whoa you're back okay Wow well this is
the introduction welcome to my video I
see you trying to click off somewhere
around here don't do that not yet
because this is this is the introduction
you gotta pay attention this is
important today we're gonna be talking
about why most people don't make sales
in affiliate marketing when I'm really
talking about most I'm talking about
specifically like 99.9% of people and
yeah not that long ago I was in the
99.9% ok I was struggling I wasn't
making money and I'll talk about that in
a second but it comes down to three
things first its expectancy second is
complexity and the third is a decrease
in confidence now a lot of people get
involved in affiliate marketing and
expect the world because they see how
easy it is to get started it's so
lucrative to get started I mean anyone
in their dog and grandma can get started
in affiliate marketing you just find a
product on Clickbank or pretty much
anywhere and you can promote it but the
thing is not a lot of people know how to
market not a lot of people have
experience online so they expect to make
a ton of money because they see these
people over here making a ton of money
and the new person imposes those results
on themselves and they expect to create
those results in a short amount of time
and it's just so far-fetched it's not
real okay it's really not and a lot of
it has to do with how people share their
stories online like some people some
gurus will be like yeah I was able to go
from broke to making you know six
figures in three months and people like
attractive that means I can go from
being broke where I am to making six
figures in three months just like you
and they expect that to become the
reality so then they go out there they
take action their first month their
second month their third month or fourth
month and four or five months passed by
and they're not making any money they
make no sales in affiliate marketing
part of it has to do with they don't
know how to market so they took their
affiliate link which is a big no-no and
they took it and they spammed it all
over the place in YouTube comments on
forums on posts and Facebook groups
which I've said before guys please don't
do that if you follow my channel don't
do that guys again people only buy from
who they like know and trust if you're
spamming people out there and you're
expecting to make a sale it's not gonna
work out and I see this so much in the
affiliate marketing space okay but I
also see so many gurus not actually
sharing the
story to how they're able to make their
money when in reality to make that ten
thousand that twenty thousand dollars a
month in those three months they had
struggled for a year or two years or
some even five years some even ten years
okay everyone has their own struggle
some people take longer some people take
shorter
that's why expecting to do things that
other people have done and you know kind
of comparing yourself to others is
detrimental do not do it okay don't do
it and also I want to touch base on this
if you're expecting to get into
affiliate marketing without any startup
cost like I've seen questions come my
way Brando if you can pay for my startup
cost and pay for this and that I'll pay
you back after I make a certain amount
of sales or after I make a thousand
dollars my first month if you can just
pay for the start-up cost associated
with with business you know do you think
we can work out a deal no like if that's
you and you have a problem with funding
your business and entrepreneurship in
general and the out of pocket money you
need to start up your business as an
affiliate cuz yes it is gonna cost you
money to drive traffic to market to have
a capture page all the things necessary
to makes it to make sales in affiliate
marketing if you have a problem with
that go back to McDonald's become a
manager in McDonald's because it is
gonna cost you money it's not gonna cost
you any more than $100 probably a month
$200 a month to be able to do it and
operate it which is really inexpensive
when you compared to traditional
business but that's the problem
you know affiliate marketing is so easy
to get started oh it's so easy to get
involved in all right and begin
promoting companies and entrepreneurs
products that you are going to have
people who struggle because they expect
it they're looking at it more like a job
than they are a business so all in all
don't look for shortcuts
don't complain because it costs money to
market it and make sales because that's
what's gonna make you money so it's not
like you're losing money and don't go
out there and put in the least amount of
work treating your business like a hobby
and expect the most amount of money out
of it in fact my first year in affiliate
marketing in 2013 I made no money my
first year all the way till the end of
2014 then I was finally able to make
enough to quit my job at Red Lobster for
a whole year and a half no money I was
persistent and I was very stubborn
alright but I made nothing if you merge
these two together all right what
happens is you create the third little D
which is a decreasing confidence and of
course when you have complexity things
you don't understand and you don't know
how to market get the right products you
don't know how to do this that and the
other and you're expecting to be like
somebody else okay that you're looking
up to it decreases your confidence
because months pass by and years pass by
and you're still at the same place where
you started okay
and when it decreases your confidence if
you have a spouse or significant other
it decreases their confidence as well
and their belief in you and then they
think it's skee me and then you quit
okay because you convince yourself it's
not going to work for you all right you
need the secret magical power and that's
far from reality as well so how do you
overcome this how do you not go through
this and have to go through it like I
did for like a year and a half the
solution to it is focusing on simplicity
that's what's gonna get you guys results
and when I figured this out I was able
to get myself out of being in the 99.9%
club okay so it comes down to three
things again it's three and three first
is you need to have a vehicle you need
to have an engine and you need to have
the right traffic these all combine
together the right traffic is really
like gasoline to the engine to the
vehicle that you choose now you probably
have heard all of these things before
you need products you need a marketing
funnel and you need traffic but here's
the thing you need to always remember my
camera just cut out there are a number
of different vehicles you can get
involved in and they're gonna take you
from A to Z in different lengths of time
like if I want to go from New York to
Los Angeles I can go into a private jet
I can go into a Lamborghini I can go
into a Toyota Camry which one do you
think I'm going to choose to get there
to get to my destination and obviously
this is a metaphor an analogy for going
from where you are currently today to
making a thousand ten thousand twenty
thousand dollars a month whatever that
desired outcome is well you want to get
involved in the private jet right it
only makes sense why take a longer
period of time to get there so that is
why doing product research having all
three of these things incorporated or so
essential and if you miss one of them
well you're just not going to make money
when you're going out there and you're
picking products more than one product
you want to make sure they're hinds a
man they're in a competitive niche a lot
of people tell you don't go things that
are competitive do it because if there's
competition that means there's sales to
be made if there's sales that means you
can make sales as well so get
into products that are competitive that
are in a growing niche okay this is
important because this is going to be
the heartbeat to your business this is
what's gonna make you sales
okay make or break your business it's
gonna do the relationship building for
you and then obviously getting the right
traffic you could do Facebook Ads you
could do Instagram influencers shout
outs you could do YouTube video
marketing I've actually talked to the
taught this stuff on my youtube channel
so if you guys check out any of my other
videos I recommend it if you want to
learn how to drive traffic that's what
I'm all about I even have a mentoring
course on it down below do you need that
though no you maybe not need that right
not everyone needs a mentor okay mentors
are good though so what most people do
what your competition is doing out there
and where people kind of get this wrong
is they're directing traffic
specifically to a product and that's
what a lot of gurus will tell you you
know do direct marketing that's what's
gonna make you a sale you see this
especially in the drop shipping
ecommerce niche a lot of people doing
like Instagram influencers shoutouts and
you know creating content out there and
they're directing people directly to a
product page where they have to buy
there's no value there there's no
rapport there this is literally hard
selling people right on the front end
they have never bought from you before
there's no relationship a second way or
strategy you see most people doing is
they will direct that traffic and what
they're gonna tell you is direct that
traffic to your marketing funnel and
then what your marketing funnel is going
to do is it's going to promote your
vehicle it's going to promote your
product and other products and that's
not what you actually want to do and
just to kind of recap if you guys are
confused on a marketing funnel it is
essentially your capture page alright
where you get people to enter their name
and email and then obviously those
people get on your email list where you
can remark it retarget to them different
products and then obviously from your
capture page when they first see it
entering the name and email they go to a
thank-you page and then they go to a
sales page where they can buy a specific
product so the reality is this strategy
worked in 2016
worked in 2015 worked in 2014 some
people still rely on this strategy for
their business and it does it does work
guys
but the reality is you need to be
different than your competition you do
not want to play on the same level
playing field as them you want to
elevate yourself so you can dominate and
you can become an authority in your
niche that you choose alright if
you become an authority you have the
influence you have the power so when you
share a product and service with people
they just buy from you and you don't
even have to pitch them it's effortless
that is the beauty of doing things right
you want to effortlessly make sales in
affiliate marketing
so you're not directing your traffic to
your marketing funnel where your
marketing funnel is promoting your
product what you want to do is you want
to direct that traffic to your marketing
funnel where your marketing funnel is
promoting the results all right of your
product and what your product can do and
specifically the results so you're not
talking about like hey guys this is my
product these are the benefits and my
product people do not care about
products people don't buy products
people buy things based on the results
that that product can do so an example
this would be here's this pen you guys
see it hopefully you can see it in this
camera focuses I really don't know it's
a black and white pen people are not
going to buy this big black and white
pen because it's black and white and
it's nice and it's kind of broken right
but it still works and it clicks people
are not buying it for that reason okay
there's no benefit there people would
probably buy this pen because they need
to write an exam or they want to draw a
picture on a piece of paper and then
sell that picture to people okay does it
make sense there is a specific result a
desired outcome that that niche those
people want so you have all these people
out there on the Internet in different
markets right we have people in health
and fitness h-f we have people in
internet marketing
all right we have people in real estate
we have all these people who want
specific results people in real estate
like real estate agents they want to
sell more homes get more leads make more
sales they want more prospects people
are looking to buy a home on the other
hand they want a mortgage they want to
get accepted for a mortgage they want
credit advice they want pre-approval
right they want all these things they
want specific results right on both
sides of the coin you have real estate
agents and then you have consumers on
internet marketing it's the same thing
you have people who are in internet
marketing who are struggling to make
sales get leads find products to promote
create their own products create their
own courses market build a brand etc and
then
you have people who just want to fire
their boss make more money make an extra
500 a month health and fitness people
who want to get abs want to get bigger
biceps a bigger back a bigger butt I beg
your booty right you have all these
specific desired outcomes that people
want they don't want products alright
they want those results that is what's
going to catch people's attention and
that's what's going to make you an
authority to where you're right here
with everyone else - now you're over
here so what do we do to separate
ourselves and this is exactly how I've
done it guys and this is what's gonna
allow you from a very very tiny list of
like 10 people to begin making sales you
have 10 people on your email list you're
gonna be able to make sales from this
and if you have a hundred people on your
email us you're gonna be able to convert
like twenty to thirty percent I'm just
telling you because now you're different
than everyone else people are going to
focus on you because what you're doing
is you're focusing on their core
problems you're focusing on the results
that they want ok so what you do is you
do your marketing funnel in a way where
yeah you have to capture page still and
they have to enter their name and email
so they get on your email list and you
can remark it to them but from there
they go - yeah your Thank You page but
instead of going through the sales page
which is what everyone and their dog is
doing ok not you you're gonna be
different
you're gonna elevate yourself above the
competition not reinventing the wheel
but by thinking smarter and instead of
pitching them which is what door-to-door
sales is but this is like virtually on
the internet the only difference is you
collected a lead here instead of just
going straight to the product it's
pretty much the exact same thing instead
of that instead of going straight to the
sale what you do is you create a video a
free pdf and ebook something of value
you're giving to them absolutely free
doesn't cost them a dime ok and you're
teaching them how to get those results
they want for free in that so maybe you
do a YouTube video and you're teaching
them how to get a six-pack how to get a
bigger booty how to do squats properly
squat
you know routines different exercises
you're teaching people how to quit their
job how to make a certain amount of
money how to get more leads how to get
more traffic right you're giving this to
them absolutely free and at the end of
that content you give them whether it's
in a Facebook post whether it's in an
Instagram post whether it's in a YouTube
video alright you do it on social media
why because that's where everyone is
right
it could be on snapchat too you do a
little video or Instagram live Facebook
live like utilize social media because
everyone's already there but once you
share with them how to get the results
they want they look at you not as a
pitch person not as a sales man or sales
woman all right they look at you as
somebody who knows their and looks
at you as an authority even if you only
have 5 people that follow you or no one
who knows who the hell you are
you have now gone like this in their
eyes to someone who is like this all
right and they're gonna pay attention to
you when you send them an email in their
inbox they're gonna be looking forward
to your message when you update you know
a status on Facebook Twitter Instagram
they're gonna be looking forward to your
information okay and when you have that
type of influence and that authority
it's so easy to make sales guys and I
feel like I've talked about this before
but this is like the simplest way to do
it you want your marketing funnel not to
promote the product you want your
marketing funnel to promote the results
that you know they're looking for not
necessarily that the product is gonna
get them yes you know in the back of
your head your product and your products
can help them get all of those results
but you're here to be you're here to
build a legacy you're healed appear to
build relationships and rapport with
people and become an authority in the
marketplace and so you feed them little
appetizers before you give them the main
course meal okay does that make sense is
this starting to like blow your mind a
little bit this is how you go from
newbie struggling you know following
theory based you know mechanics and
marketing to actually be in a
professional and marketing and and
getting results
okay this is how you do it so now the
question would come down to okay Brando
we're gonna find high in demand
competitive products that are growing in
the marketplace and where can I actually
find the right traffic because it's
pretty easy to create capture page sales
page etc like your marketing funnel you
can just go to click funnels I think I
showed that in the last video guys if
you haven't seen that go check that out
but there's a lot of ways you can do it
also products are pretty easy to find
heintzman check out the last video I
uploaded on my channel guys if you have
not seen it I talked about how to stack
products and how stacking products maybe
my first thousand dollars in affiliate
marketing
alright so definitely check that out I
talked about where you can find products
different ways and again you can go find
a shitty product on like Clickbank comm
and promote
and share your link all over the place
but you don't want to promote any type
of product you want a product that is
high in demand that's growing that has a
volatility to it a little bit because if
there is all those things in the
infrastructure it means that it's
working and if it's working it can work
for you ok so that's super important now
right traffic getting the right traffic
you can do influence or showed us you
can do Facebook ads there's so many ways
to do it
all of which I've already uploaded
videos on on them on my main youtube
channel right here that you can dive
into just search my channel and you can
scour them and binge watch them if you
really want but this is how you do it
this is how you can make sales this is
how you can get out of the 99.9% just
like I did even though it took me a year
and a half and you might wonder well do
I need a big following do I have to
create my own products do I need a
mentor to properly do this no you don't
need any of those things you just need
to get started alright you need to get
started I learned guys how to do this
from watching free YouTube videos yes it
took me a year and a half after watching
tons of YouTube videos to begin taking
action and begin creating results which
is kind of the caveat to having a mentor
if you have a mentor they shorten that
learning curve to where you don't have
to sift through all the information on
the Internet and learn it yourself which
you can do absolutely free and dominate
and make money online in the affiliate
marketing space but it's gonna take you
time it's gonna take you time to learn
things it's gonna take you time to
adjust the fall down get back up the
thing with the mentor is they help you
get back up they help you not fall down
they help you jump over the the little
dips and the ruts in the road so you
don't have to experience falling down
all the time alright that's kind of the
benefits of a mentor that's actually why
I created my mentoring course which is
the first link down below if you want to
check that out you absolutely can that's
not a plug because you guys don't need
it you can be like me if you're a little
bit stubborn and you can take the next
year year and a half if you want to and
you can learn these things on your own
who knows maybe it'll take you a little
bit less time alright but patience is
key the longer you wait the more you're
going to make a lot of people are super
impatient when it comes to affiliate
marketing and I want to end out on this
because it's so easy to get started you
can get started for free it doesn't cost
you any money to get started the only
thing that's going to cost you money is
like advertising and creating your
marketing funnel and if you have a
problem with that go be a manager
mcDonald's if you really have an issue
with investing into your business to
make money
don't don't even do it it works the
exact same way as college and university
you can't go to college your first month
and your first year and expect to become
a doctor all right even though you may
have dropped ten twenty thousand dollars
for the first semester guess what you're
still not gonna be a doctor I'm sorry
honey it does not work that way
all right you got a sacrifice you got a
dedicate you got to be consistent you
can look look for handout there's no
shortcuts with this even though it's on
the internet and it's easy to get
started there's just no shortcuts guys
okay if you want to know the shortcut
this is it this is it right here well
that is that is it guys that that's all
there is to it that's how you make sales
how you get yourself out of being in the
failure Club all right and in the
absolutely dominating killing it
massacring it club and being part of
that point one percent which is not hard
to do it's really more of a paradigm a
thinking paradigm that you have to get
to alright and that's really what it
comes down to because you can get
started you can get excited you can
compare your results to other people but
the back story of most successful people
when it comes to affiliate marketing who
are absolutely crushing it is they
failed for a whole year they fell down
they struggled for six months before
they started making that money alright
it didn't happen their first or their
second month especially for new people
getting started
you just can't set that expectation
because the reality is you're gonna have
to learn some things you're gonna have
to invest in some things and there's no
shortcuts to it so I will leave you guys
with that I don't want to ramble anymore
like I tend to do at the end of these
