you know a few years ago I had a big

website that was cranking out pretty

pretty good income I had a good Philly

at marketing business that was rolling

in a ton of traffic that was coming in

and all of a sudden I had a hosting

company that was hosting my websites

completely go out of business they just

completely went our business shut down

everything I had nothing left I had no

business and nothing going on so I was

totally dependent on a hosting account

I was wholly dependent on his websites

and my income pretty much stopped and I

needed to figure out something really

really quick I don't know if you're in

that position now where you need to

figure out something quick and you need

to get it going now well I had to figure

out something quick I needed income

coming in I had a family to support and

you know I didn't I needed to feed them

really I need to feed myself so the

first thing I did was this is I made

sure that I went straight to Google

because I knew Google wouldn't shut down

a new Google wouldn't be out of business

in you know a couple weeks or whatever

and I decided I'm gonna start looking

for local businesses I'm sort of helping

out local businesses and I'm gonna

charge them for that well within a

couple weeks I was able to generate a

very good income even more income and I

was making with my websites that I had

set up because I was helping out local

businesses and that's exactly what I'm

gonna show you right here so if you're

in a spot where you know maybe you got

on you've done things online and things

haven't been working out and maybe your

websites are shut down or whatever the

case may be this is gonna be one of the

ways that you could fall back on this

and you can really crank this out get

some income going and then maybe go back

to whatever business that you were doing

before if you were trying to do

something before alright so what we're

gonna what I'm gonna do is I'm going to

get into my computer here and I'm gonna

show you everything you need to know in

order to get that rolling so what we're

gonna do is I'm gonna head over to

Google Maps this is gonna be the first

place we're gonna head to because I'm

gonna show you how to do this now before

we do this well let me just jump over up

Google Maps what I wanna make sure you

do this is you can only do this in your

local area okay you can't do this

anywhere else you can't do this you know

you can't do this

like if you're in an area and you're

trying to go to a different area and

you're trying to to you know like if

you're in New York and you're trying to

do this from somebody in Kansas City

this is not gonna work okay this has to

be done in your local area so here's

what you're gonna do you're just gonna

go and just find local businesses and

you want to find local businesses that

are local you don't want to do any

chains or you don't want to find any

things that are like corporate big you

want to find just local mom-and-pop type

shop restaurants and bars local

businesses okay so people that have

started a business and they're online a

lot of the businesses locally they they

don't understand about social media they

don't understand the power of you know

taking like facebook and creating custom

audiences of people that I've come to

their website they're they're missing

out on so much money okay and you're

going to come along and you're going to

help them out so what we're gonna do is

we're gonna just going to search for

some local businesses okay so the first

thing we'll do is we'll Jun - restaurant

so let's just go with restaurants

because this is the the tab that's up on

Google Maps so all these restaurants pop

up in my local area now all of these

restaurants are going to be a lot of

these are going to be some of them are

gonna be chained but a lot of them are

gonna be local businesses that that may

be a local family started or just a

local individual started so let's I'm

just going to go through here and what

we'll do is so we'll click on this right

here

let's do Paris Bistro now they're gonna

have the web site right in here so then

you're gonna click on the website and

it's going to pull up now here's what I

do I have a Chrome browser let me go

over here to the Chrome

so the Chrome Web Store okay so I use

Chrome browser for my my browser and you

can get Chrome just go to google and you

can type in Chrome and you get

downloaded for free

but then there's a this thing called

Facebook pixel helper and then it's a

little chrome window up here on top so

what I do is I go to a website and I

look for this right here so if I click

on that it says no pixels found on Paris

Bistro LWR comm so that means there's no

pixel on there that means they're not

collecting customer database from their

website okay they're missing out on so

much money but now I back it up with

this I do wait I do his page I just do

let me go back I'll show you so you

don't so I do right click and I go down

here to page a view page source and then

I do like Google tag so I look for the

Google tag so they have a Google tag

manager that means they probably have a

pixel in there alright but most likely

they don't have the Facebook pixel in

there like let me just I'll go over to

PayPal big big website here so when I

pull up PayPal you see right here it

says when I click this it says PayPal

pixel or Facebook pixel right here on

Google ok or on PayPal so here's a

Facebook pixel there here's another

Facebook pixel they have two facebook

pixels on PayPal's website so what that

means is pay is PayPal is collecting

some data from the people that come to

the website they're creating custom

audiences so they can run ads to them

okay so this is the key to your local

business is you want to make sure you

get this Facebook pixel on to their

website okay and let me just before I

come back to Google Maps let me just

show you let me just show you let me

just show you a couple more examples

before I get into the Facebook pixel so

this is a local restaurant okay so they

need more customers coming into the

restaurant if they don't they're not

going to survive and they're gonna

they're just gonna go out of business

alright and we don't want that to happen

so your local area is gonna have

restaurants they need to get a custom

database set up of people that come to

their website so that way they can they

can run promotional material to just

that customer database okay so I'm going

to click on that I'm going to come back

here and

go back to your restaurants let's go

back here I'll see lucky Pelican let's

see here this I know this is a local

restaurant here alright so this is a

seafood place locally okay no pixel here

so then I would say okay this is I would

put this on my list all right this is

another website that is not a pixel

alright let's go back to restaurants

let's just do think seasons is a big

chain Thai bison in sushi I think this

is a local yeah

so you a lot of times you can tell by

the the URL the link if it says like the

local town comm inside of that you know

this is a local restaurant so this is a

definitely a local restaurant because it

has the city name right in the link

itself okay so so right here you can see

there's it says no pixels found on Thai

spice FL of Lakewood Ranch okay so I

live like a ranch so then what I do is I

do a page source I do

Google tags so there's no Google tag

manager on this page right here so that

means they're not even using Google tag

to drop the pixel and they don't have a

Facebook pixel on there okay so this

restaurant is losing out on tons and

tons of money because they don't have

the Google pixel on there they're not

creating a custom audience okay and let

me show you I'm gonna show you how to do

custom audience in just a second so

stick with me for a little bit all right

so I clicked that now I'm gonna go back

here and then let's let's clear this out

let's go to something like bars local

bars just bars are always local let's

see here cheers and whine I know this

place right here is a mom and pop

organization here cheers Cheers to wine

calm mom and pop local right here okay

so so this place right here I can walk

in there drink some wine with them I

could sit down with these these two two

couples right here this cup over here

and I could sit down and I could talk to

them about not having the pixel on their

website and how much they're losing out

all right so look right here so no pics

Google I'm gonna do a this is viewed

page source okay so I'm gonna do Google

tag no Google tag I mean these guys are

losing out on crazy money I could come

in there I sit down with them and I

could talk to them about their not

having the pixel on there alright so I

would add that to my list so this I

would just continue to come back here to

let's go back to you ball let's go back

to bars so I just continue to come back

and and just adding more of these local

see McCallister's I think oh yeah

McCallister's I think is a local

restaurant

okay so McCallister's is local

restaurant I know the GM there I play

golf with them so I can sit down with

him and talk to them right now they have

a pixel on their website okay so

Facebook pixel set up on their website

now doesn't matter if I know the the GM

I know the owner I could say hey do you

guys have a pace Facebook pixel are you

utilizing it are you building a custom

audience are you maximizing it and if

they say no no problem then you sit down

and you go on to the next step alright

so that's what I do I just start

collecting what local restaurants local

bars local dentist local chiropractors

I've got a whole list of websites that

aren't using the Facebook pixel okay so

they're not building a custom audience

what is a custom audience well a custom

audience is somebody that goes to this

website so if somebody comes to the

website right here Facebook pixel will

will grab that person's IP and then they

will be able to run some custom

promotions to that person alright so

that's what's a custom audience is built

for so I just add up I just keep adding

more and more URLs okay and then once I

do that then I'm gonna go to my local

area and I'm gonna start reaching out to

these businesses okay

there's absolutely probably you know

five hundred thousand of these

restaurants local businesses that need

help with custom audiences I mean you

you could spend all day long doing this

alright so you get a list going of all

this now here's here's the thing let me

let me write what let me go in here to

let me find so okay so when you're on

Facebook make sure you set up a Facebook

fan page okay you said up

fanpage and just have it your name you

could have a bit I would rather have

your name than a business name but just

have a your name and then over here it's

going to be see us as business manager

this is where you can get into the

business manager side of Facebook so you

go in there and then from here you can

have if you go up here to the top you

could have tools and you go to pixels

okay so you go to pixels and so this is

gonna pull up here alright so lets us

pull up bomb come on facebook let's go

alright so as soon as this pulls up then

I'm gonna click on this pixel right here

and then up here in the right hand

corner is going to be a setup

so it says install pixel so you're

probably thinking what the heck is this

pixel thing all it is is a piece of code

that you put onto the website alright so

here is you put this really what you

what you want to do is just take this

you copy this to your clipboard and you

put it on to your website now a lot of

WordPress sites have all you have to do

is drop this code right in WordPress

it's really easy to drop this code in

but once you get this code into to the

restaurants website then it's going to

show up on that chrome pixel right it's

going to show the pixel that's being

shown up there okay so this is this code

right here this pixel code from Facebook

any you know anybody can get it you can

set it up so what you want to do is you

want to have your own business account

and you want to link into the

restaurants business manager okay so you

want to link into them and then you want

to be able to set up some promotional

ads for them alright so I'm gonna click

on that so then where we at here let me

make sure I'm not getting ahead of

myself so we set it the pixel once we

set up the pixel right let me go back

here once you set up that code then

then once you set up the code on the

website so let's just say that Thai

restaurant that didn't have a pixel code

on it you would take the code okay from

the business manager of the restaurant

or you could do it on your own business

account drop it into the website okay

and then it'll show up here as the pixel

code is set up on the Thai restaurant

alright so then from here

let's go back into let's go back into

this fill up here let's go over here to

you so you can set up let's see here

what where does it add audiences so see

this audience tab right here so you can

set up an audience right here boom boom

boom boom

okay so custom audiences this is all the

people that have come to that website so

if thousand people or 10,000 people or a

hundred thousand people have come to

that local restaurants website what that

restaurant can do is they can run

promotional ads just to those people why

that's very targeted people are gonna

see that ad they're gonna come in he can

give out coupons you can give out free

meals you can give out you know free

appetizers you can give out you know

whatever they're doing whatever the

business is free massages just think of

something that business could give away

they drop an ad on Facebook and they

could do it right into the custom

audience here so from so from the custom

audience you can do that now there's

another trick to doing this also you can

do this from let me see here so as soon

as you get inside and you run a campaign

okay this is kind of the key to

everything you do you can run a custom

audience but you can also come in here

and under create under locations so you

can you can do your custom audience

right here

or you can do locations right here okay

so then you got locations you do night

the United States so then let's go back

here so McCallister's the where's the

address all right here 3 4 2 0 2 is the

address of this restaurant so then I put

3 4 2 0 2 hit enter ok so look at this

this square

here this is the whole area coder here

so then you can target that restaurant

can target everybody in just this area

right here okay that's that's huge I

mean you could just run a promotional

campaign hey come on in get a free you

know free meal get come on in and get

some free appetizers you're just trying

to get people in the door and when a

restaurant gets people in the door

they're gonna love you for it all right

so how do you really make money with

this okay so this is kind of the key to

it all you're going to be doing is this

is you're gonna you're gonna contact

these these local restaurants or local

bars and you're just gonna tell them hey

I'm gonna set this all up for you and I

set a pixel for you I'm gonna get a

custom audience going and then we can

start running promotional ads for them

okay you're gonna charge them anywhere

from five hundred to a thousand dollars

to do that okay so these restaurants

it's it's worth it to them they're

making money they need advertisements

and they're probably blowing a bunch of

advertisements on radio and in

newspapers and all this other stupid

stuff they're not getting any any rate

of return on that you can show them how

you can get a rate return on just with

Facebook and doing local Facebook ads

okay so then what you want to do is you

can set up a gig on Fiverr and you can

just send them right there and say hey

this is my gig and and then they could

pay for it right there online you can

also just go to PayPal send them a

PayPal a Buy Now button and once they

click on it they'll buy it and they'll

be in ready to go you know if you don't

know how to do Facebook ads come over

here to to Fiverr and just find somebody

that runs can run Facebook ads for you I

mean there's there's gonna be lots of

people in here let's do search if you're

charging a company or if you charge your

business $500 $1,000 you can come in

here and you can pay for somebody for

like $50 so okay I will set up and

monitor your Facebook Ads for $50 right

here I will run my Facebook ad campaign

to grow your your likes okay here's 1225

a little much right here I will make

source a also ads I wouldn't pay any

more than $50 for somebody online to

create Facebook ads if you wanted to you

can go over to like you know go to up

work and just find somebody on it's a

freelancer and you'll find something

that's very cheap they can run some

Facebook ads that

you've run some Facebook ads okay so

don't be afraid to reach out to people

that know what they're doing if you

don't know what you're doing the key is

just getting the business locally right

just going through this list of local

businesses and just writing down all

this businesses that don't have the

pixel you want to get the pixel up on

their side so you can start creating

custom audiences for them and then

you'll be able to run custom targeted

campaigns to those people that have come

into the restaurant and you can also run

targeted campaigns to people that are in

the area locally okay so that's that's

all you have to do I mean it's really

simple that's how you're going to be

able to generate some really really good

income for yourself okay you just got to

be able to hustle and get local

businesses again remember it only works

in local areas so you want to make sure

you you definitely want to do that okay
