complementary products so when someone's
looking at a product on your Amazon
affiliate website and there are other
products that are on offer you know you
may also like you've probably seen it on
Amazon and other ecommerce websites so
than one thing to their basket then
obviously when they check out you get a
higher Commission because their order is
bigger I'm also going to show you how to
set up some upsells and these products
appear on the checkout so when someone
is about to checkout you can recommend
complementary products so that they can
add them to their cart kind of in the
last minute as a kind of impulse
purchase it works really well in terms
of increasing people's order size and
it's really easy to set up so let's get

sending up some cross-selling and
upselling which is basically where
you're recommending complementary
products it's a feature that's built
into e-commerce it's real easy to set up
and it can increase your basket size so
that wouldn't earn increase the amount
of revenue that you're generating from
your Amazon affiliate commissions now
before I get on the laptop and get
started I just wanna say one thing if
you're watching this on the Monday or
Tuesday or even a Wednesday of this week
the week that I've uploaded this which
is week commencing the much fourth I am
gonna be doing a live stream on
Wednesday so a Wednesday the sixth it's

what we're going to do is we're going to

which are and picked by us and and then
we're also going to add some upsells
which will appear in this cart but I'll
show you exactly where everything
appears as we set it up so let's edit
the product now in this tutorial we're
going to be doing it the manual way so
I'm going to be going into you know
products one by one and adding the cross
sells and upsells if you've got a lot of
products and you need to kind of do it
in bulk maybe by category or something
like that that can be done but it
requires a premium plugin and I'll be
doing a video on that very soon so yeah
be sure just to subscribe to our channel

probably next week so for now we're just
gonna be doing it you know products one
by one and let's just do this product so
let's scroll down we need to WooCommerce
panel which is this bit just here and
then if we go to link to products
here's our upsells and cross-sells you
simply go to the box and you start
typing
so if upsells I'm going to use socks
it's going to pick free pairs of socks
go for that now the number of upsells
that you set it really depends on the
theme you're running this theme it shows
cons of free so I'm just going to add
free and then for cross sales it just
shows cons of two in the cart so just
keep that in mind and then I'll give you
an idea of how many you want to add to
each product so you have free upsells
let's go for the other gumbel
doodleberry sock whatever that is let's
add a couple more
that's fine or mark okay let's have the
you've got anything different yeah the
samson whatever that is lager out be a
point print something okay so that's the
upsells and then the cross-sells i'm
going to add two of these and i'm gonna
go for braces which are you know those
things that used to hold your trousers
up it's good for the oktoberfest and at
one more shrinky wire back whatever that
is so there we go that's hot upsells and
cross-sells set let's go up and save the
product here we go that's saved and go
view product
then if we scroll down here we go here's
our you may also like session which is
the upsells
so yeah that's working perfectly we
still got our related products here
which is the auto-generated one so let's
add this to our cart choose a size we
can choose a color let's go for red
picture changes will work in well this
time and to Cart but then if we go into
the cart by clicking here we should see
our cross cells scroll down yep there we
go they come under the you may be
interested in bit now if I added more
than two it would kind of go into two
lines and make the checkout quite long
so that's why I've just gone for two and
if we want to add one of these we can
simply click Add to Cart and it will pop
it in the cart without was leaving the
cart which is always good just like that
and we can proceed to checkout and then
it should have both of those things to
our Amazon basket there we go so that's
all working perfectly so that's it I

and there is a plugin a premium plugin
that's available that allows you to do
this in bulk and I will be doing a video
on that really really soon so if you've
got a lot of products and you don't
fancy going through each one one by one
and setting this stuff up yeah do look
