time to be on social media but they need

to be on social media real estate agents

don't know how to be on social media and

they absolutely have to be on

social media so how do you do it well

just go to google type in whatever it is

you can do plumbing dennis i'm just

gonna use dennis right here dentist I

like to use Dennis because Dennis make a

ton of money but they just don't have

time I mean I go to the dentist my

dentist he's working from nine to seven

he doesn't have time being on social

media so what do you do you come along

and you're gonna offer them to help with

their social media and I'm gonna show

you an automated tool is gonna really

help out this process so you don't have

to get working on this all day long all

you're gonna do is just you know with

Google there's Google shows up a lot of

the you know a lot of the areas

businesses so you let's just take a look

an example here so smiles at Lakewood

Ranch this is a dentist that's near

where I'm at and so what it is is this

is going to be a a dentist that I could

call up and I could talk to them about

their social media I could email them I

could reach out to them say hey your

social media doesn't look like it's very

good

let me help and I can charge them on a

monthly fee to handle their social media

now I recommend you starting off with at

least a hundred dollars and then once

you start to really get established with

this business you should bump that up to

at least 500 or maybe a thousand dollars

on a monthly basis and if you get ten

businesses you're in local area and

you're you know charging them $1,000 a

month for to handle their social media

well you're making ten grand a month

okay so you really have to get out there

and reach out these businesses and tell

them not all not all businesses are

going to accept your offer

they're just gonna say I don't want to

spend the money online that's fine they

just don't see the value in it yet

that's that's okay so what you want to

do is just you you can do the couple

different things set up social media the

right way for them I'm sure you know how

to set up an Instagram account I know

you set up a YouTube account you can set

up a Twitter account you can set up a

Facebook account you can create a

Facebook fan page for them I know that

I've taught you in many of these videos

on how to do all that so you just go and

reach out to a business say I'll handle

all your social media if they already

have social media platforms set up great

then you're gonna handle the content

creation for there so

Media platform you're gonna get people

attracted to their social media so what

do you do well you can use a well before

you do that make sure that you just use

PayPal okay

PayPal is a great way for them to pay

you they can use a credit card they get

to send you PayPal it's a great way to

just get payments one of the easiest

ways okay

so social media use buffer buffer is an

automated tool that lets you connect to

all kinds of different social media

platforms out there and you just you can

can you can create content you can post

it immediately or you can post it to

where it goes out later so here's an

example right here so I'm logging into

my buffer account and what I'm going to

do is let's just say I'm doing a dentist

right here and I'm gonna create four or

five posts that go out today and then I

can create four or five posts that go

out tomorrow and so on but I can

automate this I can just set this on a

schedule so let's just say I'm gonna I'm

gonna post to my Twitter account I'm

gonna say white teeth white teeth builds

a great smile alright that's just it has

to do with dentists it has to do with

something people post that but it's

gonna come from not your social media

accounts it's going to come from the

dentist social media account okay so

this is something that you would connect

through a buffer to their social media

account then once you connect to their

then you'll be able to post to their

their social media accounts okay you're

just gonna have to get their login or

you just kind of walk through their

login now if you create it for them

you'll obviously create a an account for

them now make sure that you don't if you

create an account for them and you build

it up and they don't want to continue

with you do the right thing give them

access to it don't hijack them and say

no I'm not giving it back to you okay so

if you're in business for yourself do

the right thing if they want their

social media accounts give it to them

and just go find another business okay

but if you get if you're going to

connect to their account you're going to

need their password to log into their

accounts okay so then what you do is you

just you click on that now you want to

create some content throughout the day

and then also create some other links

that helps them maybe

get some leads coming in now when you do

this you think like this is gonna be a

lot of work this is absolutely not a lot

of work at all you can set this up in

the morning set it up to go out and you

don't have to touch it ever you know to

touch it the rest of that day so you you

click on customize to each network so

you can basically post these on all

three of these right here and then what

you can do is you can says share now or

schedule posts so what you can do is you

can say okay I want this to go out at

two let's say so right now it's like two

so it's two twenty P now let's say I

want to go out to about for let's say

4:20 p.m. okay so I just schedule that

boom like that and now it's it's ready

to go okay you can see right here white

great smile should I got to go back and

edit that but you can just go in here

to all the social media platforms ok so

again you understand that all you're

doing is you're going into a business

and you're just helping them with their

social media now you don't want to take

over their accounts and really do

anything damage just take over their

accounts use it for a buffer post to

then collect your money at the end of

the month and I you know if you get ten

of these you're gonna have you know one

hundred dollars times ten is a thousand

right each month but every month those

businesses they're gonna start depend on

you okay it's this craziest thing but

you're gonna you're gonna do so much

value for them that they're gonna be

like I want you to continue and you're

gonna be like well if you want me to

continue

I gotta have to charge you more okay

five hundred dollars to a thousand and

their social media is a great price okay

anything more than that I think it's

just gonna be too much but I think

anything less than that is too less for

what you're gonna be doing for these

businesses and all you need is ten of

these every month comes in automated you

know they pay you in PayPal if they

don't pay you you stop promoting them

okay and if you stop helping them with

their social media account but I think

that if you create enough value for them

and you really get their account going

then you'll see great

results and you'll start to see business

in it and what what else is gonna happen

for you is you're gonna start to get

referrals that business is gonna refer

you to other businesses and they're

gonna contact you and it's just gonna be

this snowball effect my personal kind of

personal thing is anything more than ten

businesses it's just gonna be too much

okay so I know you but in your mind you

want to do fifty and a hundred

businesses but if you have ten

consistently on every month come you

know that are doing it then that's gonna

be a good number because it's a good

number that it's small and you can

handle that but if you get them up to a

thousand every month you're making ten

thousand dollars every month from this

business and you can do this on the side

you can set all these these you know you

can set all your posts to go out you can

set out there everything to go out for

them and you can just continue to

recycle those posts but all you're gonna

be doing is just taking over their

social media and helping them promote

their business on their social media

platforms because they don't have the

time and they would rather pay you to do

it alright so there you go so that's
