you've ever thought about creating a
YouTube channel for yourself and you are
curious on running ads for your YouTube
channel and you're curious what is it
really gonna take in order to start
YouTube channel I'm gonna show you in
this video what it's gonna take for you
to make money with ads what it what
you'll get per thousand views and I'll
show you a couple other tools and you
can use free tools that you can use to
help you increase your income while
using YouTube now Before we jump into
that though there's going to be a link
below hit that because what I'm gonna do

them okay so YouTube it's one of the
great platforms that you can jump onto
right now okay it's a great place to get
on to you you haven't missed the boat
anybody can get on YouTube right now if
you get on there so our taking action
you start creating videos and you start
building up a channel building up an
audience you're gonna do great but there
are some things that you want to think
about before you actually jump into your
YouTube channel because you do want to
monetize it you do want to put some ads
on it and you know get benefit from your
creating the content and so I want to
show you a couple examples of some video
channels that that are going to be okay
that are not going to be okay so you got
1,000 views so what happens is is
companies businesses they come to Google
Adwords and they say I want to run some
ads on YouTube and then what they're
gonna do is they're gonna find videos
that are going to convert okay so they
got it they have to find channels
they're going to be good they gotta find
videos that are going to convert so then
what happens is is people come to you
know different videos and they put ads
up and they just don't convert so here's
an example
PewDiePie now he's probably one of the
biggest YouTube channels on there and I
know it's probably gonna be crazy you
think about this but he probably doesn't
make as much money as some of the other
big YouTube channels out there because
his
videos or just kind of random they're
just you know all about him you know him
and and weird stuff and it's just not a
place for companies that would want to
come here and advertise okay so me as a
business owner I would not come to
PewDiePie and put an ad up and front up
on his videos just because the return on
it wouldn't make sense so he's probably
making about probably $1 per thousand
views now he's you know he's the numbers
that he runs on his channel are
absolutely insane I mean just crazy 18
million video views a day so I mean you
got to think about 18 million divided by
a thousand times a dollar if that's what
you're gonna be that's what he's picking
up so he's picking up eighty thousand
dollars a month just from that channel
and you probably look at that going wow
that's Debbie create but the thing is is
he built this up over years and he's
built this up this brand of over years
so if you're brand new just coming in
and doing a random Channel it's not
going to attract the businesses that you
want for generating ads so here's
another example jenna Marbles very big
YouTube channel I mean there's 18
million subscribers but she also has
just random stuff that's that's
different you know giving myself a beard
cooking Thanksgiving food my dogs try on
Halloween costumes as a business owner
and they's somebody that has a product
they're probably not going to come to
her channel and want to run ads on our
channel just because there's just all
kinds of stuff all over the place and
that doesn't saying that I'm not saying
that she has the channels bad I'm just
saying that she's probably only making
around $1 per thousand views but let's
look at her her numbers here so she's
she's doing around sometimes a million
views per day so she's averaging around
a million views per day so you you have
to divide that by a thousand and then
multiply that number by a dollar and
that would give you you you know the
rough estimates I mean she's still
crushing it as far as ads but again if
you're brand new and you're thinking
about jumping into a channel you want to
think about your channel and what you're
going to be creating on your channel
so let's look
had some examples of what to do
okay so Marquis is a great channel of
it's a great example of what to do he's
all about tech he's all about you know
tech products it's very niche it's it's
tech I mean he could even niche it down
to be like iPhone or Android or you know
just Apple or just Microsoft but he does
a lot of tech which is great
advertisers love to come to his at to
his channel because they know exactly
what they can advertise on his you know
his videos so Apple would come to
Marquis his website and they would run
ads on his channel because they know
that that they could that everybody is
about tech like Microsoft would come
here and buy ads you know all these tech
companies would come here HP or Sony any
of these big companies would come to his
channel and run ads on his channel so he
is making tons of money per thousand
views so he's probably picking up I mean
I couldn't imagine he's probably making
anywhere from like six seven eight
dollars per thousand views so you can
see the different the difference in his
income so let's look at some of his
stats so he averages around seven
hundred and ninety six thousand views
per month so if you divided that by
around if you if you took 796 divided by
a thousand took that number multiply
that by seven or eight dollars that's
going to give you your number so he's
crushing it he's making the ton of money
with it here's another good example dr.
oz in the fit in this space okay dr. oz
has been around for a long time yes he
has a name and he has a brand and all
that but he's built up his channel
around Fitness around health so when
advertisers come to his channel they
want to run ads on his videos they know
exactly what they're getting so like
Weight Watchers would come to his
channel and run ads Oprah probably would
run ads on dr. oz big health companies
if you have a supplement or a product
that's in the health and fitness space
you would run ads on dr. oz so dr. oz is
probably he's probably making anywhere
from eight or nine dollars per thousand
use so you see the difference in the
channels he's you know crushing it with
his and the thing is is if you have a
very niche down channel like this you
can make a lot more money than somebody
with like a million subscribers because
advertisers know exactly what they're
getting when they come to your channel
and they're gonna run ads on your
channel so you got to think about that
before you open up your channel so dr.
oz he averages around two hundred and
thirty nine thousand video views per
month so if you look at that you divide
that by you know one thousand and you
multiply that by probably eight or nine
dollars per thousand views so he's doing
real well with this channel with ads
okay so you got to think about this
before you jump in to any channel if you
want to make money with ads be very
specific be very unique and have
something that you know advertisers
would want to come and run ads on your
channel here's a couple of tools you can
pick up you can go to vid IQ it's gonna
give you some stats on other channels on
keywords all that good stuff you can
pick this up at the chrome store okay so
a chrome store right here just pick that
up through the chrome browser right here
and you can obviously it's free and it
just put you know hooks up right into
your Chrome browser and then another
thing you can do is you can come in here
to Google Adwords and you can run
keywords too for any of your cheat you
know any of your videos that you do so
if you look at Google pixel 3 so you
like marquees he would run Google ads
you know he would he would run Google
pixel 3 and then he would pick up you
know good keywords right here and he
would use these keywords in his title of
his videos you can see a thousand to a
million average searches per month and
you can look right here so this is total
bid is around $3.59 six dollars and 96
cents so pixel 3 on marquees he might
pick up around six or seven dollars per
thousand views on this Google phones
this one's you know there's a top bid
about $32 that could be you know Google
phones could be a great keyword so if
you're picking up a you know a channel
and you're starting that channel you
want to start making ads with it look to
keywords and look to
you know look for channels that are like
this and just kind of model what they're
doing if you want to get in the health
space learn what they're doing
again just don't try to get a like you
know all random channel like this
because it's gonna take forever for you
to build up an audience it's gonna take
forever free to really get any traction
going so get an itch down go to keywords
find keywords that you can use in your
video titles and you should see success
okay so once you get a really good niche
in website then you'll start to make
really good money with your ads with
your ad spend so there you go that's all
you got to do jump on that take action
and you should see success coming in to
you quickly this is what you can expect
with a thousand views on YouTube so just
start your channel make it happen take
