going on so am i walking again today I'm
gonna sit down here today check so I
want to talk to you about how to earn
passive income see you guys familiar you
guys log on here so are earning passive
income right everybody wants to learn
everybody wants to earn passive income
and not what I mean by passive income
I'm talking about income that comes in
every you know every day every week
every month that you don't have to
really do a whole lot with now doesn't
mean you can't that you don't have to
work for the money there's a difference
okay what I mean is that you put in the
work you put in the effort you put in
the time in you're able to earn passive
income example like if you bought a
piece of real estate
if you bought a rental property and that
let's say you know your monthly rental
or your monthly mortgages thousand
dollars and you're bringing in fifty
hundred dollars every month that means
passive income every month internet
marketing right you create YouTube
videos or you create a blog or you
create some type of distribution traffic
channel that brings in traffic to you
every day and that ultimately brings in
money for you every day now with you
know with real estate you got to figure
out how to get the money to go buy the
real estate to begin with you got to
find the right deal you got to find the
positive flow-on on a rental same thing
with the internet you have to you got to
find you got to find a way to get a
distribution channel going so if anybody
tells you that you can come online and
make money you know overnight they're
feeding people at your crap they're
trying to sell you something the only
way you're going to make money and
passive income online is by creating a
distribution traffic Channel
and what that is is a passive channel
that creates traffic for you 24/7 okay
YouTube is going to be a great example
that if you create a video today five
years down the road that video could
still be getting people to watch it and
they still could be clicking on the link
inside your description that is going to
be passive traffic that's going to be
passive income because if they click on
your link and they go to your product or
service then you're going to have you
know people buy your product and that if
you put a product inside of let's say
Clickbank and you have JB's that are
always going in there and promoting that
product that's going to be a passive
income for you but that's not gonna be
long-term because you know Clickbank
products that come and go quickly and
JB's come and go quickly to put you know
to drive traffic to that that product
anytime you create a product if you're
looking to just get JB to promote for
you you can struggle you got to be able
to get you gotta feel good you got to be
able to get there's kids kids all the
other values he was talking to me so
anyways you got to get distribution
channel set up to earn passive income
that's the only way it's going to work
and to do that you got to start now you
got to start building it now the one
things I really like is going to be like
I said YouTube's either I like and you
know email marketing those are going to
the two that I like the most because you
control you you can get more passive
income with it I built up an Instagram
account over a hundred thousand people
it's because I connected you know lead
thoughts on that Instagram is notable
things that you unless you're posting
three or four times a day you're not
going to be able to pick up any traffic
from that you know YouTube you can
create a video today and then say a year
from now you're still getting it traffic
from that if you create a post on
Instagram today that post is like a
three hours is gone same thing with
Facebook you post on them on Facebook
and then a couple hours later it's
pretty much yanked out of there
so you know you can stay on a fan page
like this and you can go through maybe
the the information before but Facebook
is more of whenever somebody is on they
get on it and they see the information
and they they they go from there if
Google is if you can get your blog and
get a website ranked in Google that's
going to be another great passive income
for you because you're going to be able
to pick up a lot of traffic with you
know Google now Google and YouTube there
also can be the same work so give you a
bunch of traffic and then you know they
might get it might rank you anymore the
same thing with like Google SEO you can
get ranked for a while and then you know
after a while you get your page gets go
from page 1 to page 10 that happened to
me five years ago I ability if I had a
blog on and I was creating traffic to it
you know do a blog post kinds of good
stuff and other tips point around 3500
clicks every day from a couple of blog
posts
that were ranked at Google and I had
done some SEO type things to try to get
those those ranked but one day I show up
in my traffic was just totally low that
day if I knew you know where your
traffic's at but new and I just will not
get any traffic going to realize it they
had delisted my site or you know some of
my sites are ranking lists of a sort of
a page 1 to page 20 which there's no
traffic on page 20 and that was what
they've called a panda panda and this
panda Panda and it moved yet I don't
know some other bear that they call the
penguin that's not there that's a bird
penguin him and hand up what was to wipe
me out so that was a fun and that stung
for a while you know I should have I
pretty much gave up on it I was like
screw that I'm like I said to rely on
Google and trying to find something else
and you know I was guilty just about
anybody else out there I go out to try
to look for the next shiny object to try
to figure something out but uh you know
looks like I started Google I started
YouTube videos back in 2011 was a bunch
of YouTube videos and then I just kind
of would double pay anything kind of
kimbap I was not happy with all of that
search engine so now I'm more I
understand that it
if you don't trick Google on them if you
don't try to trick YouTube and all those
you're going to be good and know that it
will reward with some traffic so you
know I had to lick my wounds and move on
I knew that that I was trying to I was
really getting traffic from from Google
through quick backlinks you know doing
all these weird things on my blog and
try to get try to get traffic so it
wasn't fun it wasn't good so I recommend
that you stick with YouTube you go with
that and you try to people do feels
everyday sometimes you may not look at
the POS and you may not want to to you
know make a video for the day but you
got to just make one and put it up
there's really no excuse why you can't
make a video we have these cell phones
now where you can just talk into them
and upload to YouTube that was one thing
when I started in 12 and when I was
doing YouTube videos in 2011 we didn't
have the easy access I've just created a
video on your your phone and upload it
right to YouTube I mean yeah I had to
use a camera and then take the card out
put it into a computer and then upload
that to to youtube so it's a little it
was a little harder back then it's a
little more trickier but now it's easy I
mean you could like right now you phone
like I'm using my iPhone I got an iPhone
5se versus up so it's updated version
bit just by ste and I take the videos
upload them right to YouTube there's no
you know some way it other videos I'll
edit but most of these videos I'll just
take and upload right to YouTube so you
can do that and what this is going to do
is it's going to allow you to get
passive income coming in because it's
gonna figure that past traffic which you
need you need to pass some traffic you
need to be able to get that now you can
if you're if you're struggling online
you're just looking for ways to make
money you've got to focus on traffic
source first you know people talk about
well content is king and all that what's
the content is great but if nobody sees
your content
it ain't King
and you know conversions you know people
talking ibill to convert better that's
fine you convert better but you have to
first when you can snap first and you
can focus on reading better you've got a
ton of traffic coming to your sides some
type of community links you can now
start to focus on converting but if
you're so if you're worried about great
content you're worried about great
conversions ahead of time before traffic
you're going to always just be
struggling always looking for probably
the next shiny object coming out be
pepsin
that's enough lead for a long time and I
was just looking for that the next shiny
object and when I decided you know what
no more shiny objects I'm just going to
focus on creating videos creating you
know content for videos and then build
my email list is when things started to
really blow up and I started building my
email list way before I was really
focused on doing videos like this or
even doing Facebook lies like this I was
more focused on building my email list
which is great because you build an
email list you have that list that you
can promote to and you can send offers
to do and you can send your video links
to that you know through that channel so
email marketing is going to be your
biggest passive income source you think
about you get about $1 or $2 per
subscribers that's on your list so if
you have a 10,000 people on subscribe
your list you can be making a lot of
dollar per subscribers which is that's
real good passive think you know I know
some people have 50,000 people on there
people think about that passive income
fifty fifty thousand a month just from
that that email this source the
you know took a while to build it up so
I just took them overnight they've
probably bought traffic and they created
distribution channels to to get that
traffic through their opt-in forms so
that's what you have to do that's how
you're going to have to build up and get
your passive income going alright so let
