hey what is up is Tyler Pratt and in
this quick five minute video I've
actually taken my timer and I've set it
so we're going to do this in five
your business how to get more leads how
to get just up and running quickly with
your business now one of the best real
estate right now is Facebook okay and
one of the best real estate properties
is going to be your image on top so you
have your personal page and the image on
top and I see I've been doing this I see
a few people doing it but not many so
that's going to be great for you alright
so on top you have your image when
somebody comes here they see all these
photos they see love you know live in
life having a good time
people look at that photo and they go
wow he's having a good time let me find
out more about what he's doing
so they click on this button right here
so this is the key to this whole thing
is there's a a call to action button on
this image it says click here for more
details okay so when somebody clicks on
that the image pops up now on the right
hand side here you have a title and a
link this link can go to anywhere you
want goes and it should go to your lead
capture page so when somebody clicks on
this it goes to a lead capture page
where I give away a free report
somebody's entered into my email okay
so now what happens is is is somebody
sees this they go there and now you have
generate you know these free leads
people come in they click on that and
you're going to get tons of leads coming
into your business with your personal
page now how do you do that you look at
this this banner right here and you say
well how do I create one of these very
easy very simple what I use is a system
called canva you can go to canva.com and
you can you can create this image right
here what I do is I'll just click on
more I'll go down here to the bottom
okay so facebook cover right here you
can see these just click on Facebook
cover and it will pop up and this is
going to be the right dimensions and you
can use any of these over here to the
left if you want let me just show you
the one that I had right here so here is
the one that I created
and so what I did was I just created
this banner here I put some images in
here I kind of don't you know I kind of
put it so it's it's kind of overlaid so
where it's kind of faded a little bit so
it so these letters pop out but you can
change any of these letters right here
so love and life today okay and then I
just put in this this C here I'm going
to move this over
can I do it so now let me do it yeah
there we go
so then I have this this image right
here okay so here is the call to action
I put this is just a you know it's an
element over here that I just used so I
used a a see here I use a shape right I
just put a shape in here you can take
this shape right here and you can shrink
this down like this you can also do a
rounded button right here you can bring
that down like that you can bring that
over this is really the key to the whole
thing is having this call-to-action
button here so I just hit that
I'll come up here to text do a headline
I'll say got a I got a rush I got two
minutes click here click here for more
info okay so then going to shrink this
down to 24 18 and then you just slide
that over here
you want to do it 216 so it fits down to
12 okay there we go so then right there
and then what I do is I click on white
boom white there we go and now there's
your call to action now all you have to
do is you just click on let's see here
we're gonna click on download okay so
then you go PNG recommended you can do a
PDF jpg I just leave it as PNG
recommended and then you download that
to your you just download that right to
your computer and now that image is
ready to go and all you have to do is
just come back over here to Facebook
okay and then you just says update cover
photo you click on update cover photo
and then you find that in your computer
it uploads that right to your to your
image and then all you have to do is you
just come over here and you click on
edit right this little edit button here
and then all you do is you put in your
URL here so you put in your URL comm
right and you click on done editing and
there it's it's uploaded and now you
have a really cool lead capture page and
I got this whole thing in under five
minutes so now all you have to do is
just go out there and take action with
it so go to canva top and you're good to
go
