wanted to connect with you talk about
some things online one of the questions
I get all the time is how to make money
how do you make money online and it's a
great question and there's a lot of
parts to it a lot of moving parts to it
how to make money online no when I got
started like I started on the internet
in 1997 you can believe that 1987 I
living in Colorado with my wife she was
my girlfriend of time and I was living
in this apartment complex and they had a
computer and that computer was in this
business center and I went there and it
was dial-up you know you go and you had
to dial up to the phone there was no
there was no cell phones or anything
like that he dialed up through the
dial-up is kind of old school but that's
all we had then and we dialed up you got
on the internet and you started to
figure it out I mean I got on there and
I started emailing my friends I was like
holy crap I'm meeting with friends he's
this fun and I thought this thing is
gonna be huge and I just had to figure
out a way to start making money you know
I didn't know anything about web site
and thereby HTML back then there was a
service called geo city and it was a
free was a free website service I think
they had a banner on top but they gave
you like a free website and so I started
my making money online with a free
website called geo cities and we've
evolved a lot and since then but I
started making money right away because
I started like then you could you know I
just started figuring out affiliate
marketing there's a lot of philia
marketing programs out there that would
pay you percentage like I do today
how many Amazon claims they're like the
affiliate masters and they started it
all but
we were doing affiliate marketing before
Amazon started but anyway so I started
with geo cities that was my first
website it was free and I just figured
it out it started playing around with it
and start generating some traffic you
know you yeah Yahoo was the only search
engine
there's no Google there was no Facebook
no Twitter let me imagine that no
YouTube right none of that so today when
I hear people that say well I don't know
how to make money online I mean I just
crack up because I'm like thinking you
got so many opportunities there's so
many ways to to generate income without
a website and even today I mean getting
a website it's ridiculous like five
dollars a month for a free hosting
account with I mean at $5 a month for
Hostgator account so some people say
they don't know how to make money online
you know it's just cracks me up so today
here we are
2017 how do you make money online
without a website well you have a few
different options right Yahoo I mean
YouTube is going to be one of the
biggest biggest ways to do it
you create videos like this you put them
up in YouTube and you tell people to
click the link below the video I mean
that's the easy to get and you create
more videos and the more videos you
create the more popular the videos get
and you start to make more money alright
people click on your link you go to your
affiliate offer and they buy your
product it's pretty pretty simple
Facebook like this I mean you know
Facebook live what we're doing right
here Facebook live you can put a link
right here on this video you can upload
videos to your personal account you can
create a post on on YouTube I mean on
Facebook send somebody a link to a
Philly up offer and you get paid yeah
it's crazy I when I got started nine ten
to seven we had none of this none of
this stuff that we have today so um
there's you know there's just some and
we had I mean there was only like a few
I would say a handful of affiliate
offers when I first got started
now there's yeah you got Clickbank and
you got jvzoo and you got all these
different products you can promote make
a crushing you know some you just
actually crush it some I hear walking
I like to get out there today and hang
out because you know I'm on the computer
and I'm trying to figure things out just
like just like you guys are I'm just
trying to add more value trying to
figure out what I'm going to do next so
you know right now you can go to places
like Clickbank okay and you can sign up
for Clickbank free and Clickbank will
give you an affiliate link that will let
you you're going to walk over here
Clickbank will give you a affiliate link
that will be connected to you and that
affiliate link allow you to send traffic
to that feeling okay you can send
traffic that fill your link and hold on
I'm in a new park and I can't free right
heck I'm going I'm gonna get lost I
guess because the trail some other it is
alright so this is what we give live
right there's no editing here you got
your Clickbank link you can start
creating videos on whatever product
you're trying to sell if it's a
health-related product health and weight
weight loss there's all kinds of health
and with you know health and fitness
products on Clickbank that pay out a lot
80% 90% so this there's no excuse for
you to not say I can't make money online
I mean it's crazy right everybody can
make money online so you take your link
you create a video you can use
PowerPoint slides you can go to gym you
can create you know selfie videos of
yourself working out the gym you could
if you don't go to the gym you could do
recipes for a product let's say you do a
recipe for greens like you make green
smoothie shake green smoothie shake you
send a link you know when somebody gets
done with that that a video send a link
to your fluid offer here's the thing
with videos right if you create value
for somebody else like if you give value
to somebody then the law of reciprocity
says that you're allowed to say hey
here's a product if it can help you out
click the link and do it
so don't be afraid like like you're some
salesperson you're giving value that's
the difference be like if you go to uh
if you go to a car dealership and the
car dealership they're just trying to
sell you a car there's no value given if
they actually gave you value upfront
they probably sell more cars they don't
understand value but when you create
videos if you create facebook lives or
you create a post you're giving value
when you're at the end of that value you
say hey click this link because I've got
some more information for you or click
this link because I got a way for you to
make more money you can do that at the
end of your video okay there's no you
don't have to feel bad about that you
don't have to feel like you're you're a
Salesman anything like that okay that's
that's how the internet works so all you
got to do is just create videos like
that at the end of the video you say
click on the link you can do a live
video like this every day you do a live
video if you make an juice you know
green juices or if you want to go to the
gym you know here's here's your workout
at the gym and then you can put a link
to affiliate offer now when you start
getting into advance stuff maybe you
create your own products you create your
own fitness products or make money
online products and you like that so you
got to start off with just running
traffic to an affiliate offer once that
traffic gets to that affiliate offer you
can start creating your own products and
once you start creating a product then
you second you can start making some
big-time money because then you have all
of these backend offers I saw my
products I have you know I maybe have a
front end product that's like her front
end sales like nine dollars and then I
have a twenty seven dollar upsell and
then it goes to like a $97 upsell which
is a more advanced training and then I
have like a two $97 chain with even you
know like like a more advanced training
and you get a a call for me and we do a
you know a coaching session okay so you
could totally totally add that to your
you know to your products and that's how
you progress but to start off to making
money it's just about you trying to
drive the traffic and look if you got a
ton of money throw it in paid ads but I
recommend you don't do that because if
you don't know what you're doing you're
going to get crushed you're going to get
you know you're going to get a Facebook
can take all your money can be like
casino for you you got to learn the ins
and outs of the Internet of running free
traffic before you can jump into paid
traffic then again if you got the money
and you think you've you know got
somebody that can do it then pay
somebody to do it that's going to just
it'll just create so much traffic for
you that you you know don't know what to
do them but I don't recommend anybody
just starting off that they jump into
the internet and they just give their
money to somebody somebody else to do it
for them you're just you're going to be
spending money that you know you're just
going to waste the money on stuff that
it's not going to really give you a rate
of return and I hate people I hate
seeing people that that waste money on
stuff and then they they turn around and
they call it a scam because getting
anything in return from it but when the
reality is they just given their money
to somebody they don't know what they're
doing
they don't know what who the person is
they don't know what they've done so
start off with your own stuff start off
with your own websites start off with
your own you know your own free traffic
sites okay YouTube right now is just
crazy wish I had this 19 1997 when I got
started you know in fact YouTube I
started YouTube around 2011 but I didn't
really get serious until I guess for the
last six months on YouTube but prior to
that I was just kind of throwing videos
up here and there and not really getting
any traction from YouTube and you guys
ever seen these crane crane bear crane

those crane birds these dumb birds are
here they walk in front of the street
like like they own the street they just
walk out in front of street and cars
have to stop completely stop and let
these dumb birds cross anyways your
Safari education is back so pin money
online be consistent okay be consistent
with what you're doing every day you got
to be posting something every day you
get to create some kind of value for
somebody else don't look at it as you're
trying to make money okay
the create value you're going to make
money but if you go into it with just
all I need to makes money I need to pay
the bills then you're never going to
really create any good value he's never
going to be able to give good value to
people when they need it
alright so another thing you can do is
is making sure that that eventually you
start to get the point where you can
start controlling your traffic and what
I mean by that is that you get traffic
from YouTube or Facebook and you put it
onto an email list you put it onto a
list and that list is going to allow you
to to run traffic anytime you want you
can email your list you can do whatever
you want but the list is you can when
you create an email list you own that
list and you can take it wherever you
want with you
if you're in a weber and you don't want
to be in a way anymore you can take it
to get response the thing with YouTube
and Facebook is that you don't own the
traffic and when you don't own that
traffic anything can happen
Facebook could say hey we don't like
your account we're gonna shut it down or
YouTube could say we don't like your
YouTube account and we can shut it down
leave this armadillo right here do all
these creatures around this let's see

armadillos are always on the street poor
guys they get run down the street and
somebody runs them over controlling your
traffic most important thing you're
going to do online is when you start
generating free traffic and you start
using YouTube and Facebook and some of
these other sites get them off Facebook
get them onto your YouTube get them onto
your email list that way you can email
your list my email list has saved my ass
so many times it's crazy when you know
when I've had Facebook counts closed
down on me or I've had YouTube I've had
a YouTube account closed down on me lost
a ton of videos I had websites get shut
down on me now when those websites get
shut down I lose all my traffic but my
list is always protected me it's always
you know kind of bailed me out so the
list is when you own that always going
to be able to bail you out
so that's important and that's when you
on your list that's really how you make
money
big-time because you know now you don't
that you don't want a website right you
don't a website you own the list you can
mail your list anytime you want you can
mail them new products you can mail them
new new stuff so get you get the traffic
off and onto a list that's all I mean
when I wake up in the morning I'm
thinking about how how can I create
value for somebody but how can I get
value to where somebody's gonna click on
the link and they're going to go to my
opt-in form and they're going to sign up
for my product ok that's what I'm
thinking about the whole time when I'm
doing that so that's what some you know
get people off your list and or get
people off Facebook YouTube and onto
your list if you set them straight to a
fillion offer which I tell you to do
that which is fine click the link go to
the affiliate offer you're going to be
your what happens is somebody clicks on
Lake and they go to the affiliate offer
if they don't buy it then they go
somewhere else on the internet and
you've kind of lost that traffic if they
go to your email list then you can email
them maybe four or five times maybe it
takes um seven times the CDR offer
before they'll buy well imagine if you
sent it straight to the offer they don't
buy the first time you don't have six
other opportunities to send that traffic
so when you get them off YouTube and on
to your email list you have multiple
opportunities to sell your products okay
so that's really it um start making the
YouTube videos start making Facebook
lives I think it's really going to help
you out I'm going to keep bringing these
live videos to you guys because I think
you you know I'm just trying to dump
everything I had over the last twenty
years on you guys
just so you can really get the
information to where you can start
living the life I mean you know I'm out
here 11 o'clock in the morning I don't
have to go to work
I'm up at 5:30 every day just because
I'm you know I got discipline in my life
but I don't need to be at a job right
great now I could go to the pool if I
want and go
hang out with my kids if I want which I
do know because summertime but you know
I don't need to to be anywhere and
that's just I think that's the freedom
that you want to be at you want to be at
that point where you know you have
multiple streams of income coming in you
got a list it's going to be able to
provide you with income whenever you
need it that way you're not stuck at
some dead-end job you're not worried
about going to you know getting up and
and traveling stuck in traffic you can
just create your own lifestyle that you
