selling like a pro and then selling
really selling with stories okay so if
of online with your marketing with your

cell and facts tell okay so story cell
and facts tell all grades all great
selling you see on lines young on
infomercials you see in movies and
things like that they're always they're
always selling with a story so you as a
business owner want to sit down and
figure out what your what's your story
where did you go from where did you end
up where what was your journey along the
way well what obstacles did you go
through what you know how far did you go
down before you figured it out and
created whatever you create it okay
that's going to be your story that's
your journey that's your you were you
know Russell's brought some talks about
attractive characters okay that's the
same thing your stories what's really
going to sell your products and services
you know when I've been online since
like 1997 and I've had ups and downs
struggles I've had times where I didn't
even know how to figure out how to turn
on the computer but I went through it I
figured it out I just kept kept at it I
never quitted I never quit and and I
just continued on with it eventually I
got to the point where I could do some
things and one of my first coaching
experiences and my coach coaching
businesses was teaching people will not
even teach people but just getting them
set up a wordpress like they wanted to
start blogging and I knew how to go into
Hostgator and and hit the install button
for WordPress turn that on put a theme
up and then I was able to teach people
in a four-week coaching program on how
to use plugins how to upload content be
you know images and things like that so
that was my real first coaching business
but I didn't I didn't prior to that I
had to kind of learn how to do that and
I just kind of stumbled upon hey the TV
to install a wordpress plugin but I knew
there was millions people out there that
didn't understand how to install
WordPress and still to this day is
stoked there's so many people out there
want to get into blogging or they want
to create a website WordPress is one of
the easiest ways to do that and get get
started with that ok so that was my
journey that I got started with and then
eventually it seems kind of evolved from
that I've gone through where I've lost
belf I'd say about 50 pounds at one
point I was about to twenty to twenty
forty about 40 pounds but I got down to
about 170 I guess that's sucky pounds
170 i looked i read a paleo diet ebook
that I found online for about seven
dollars i read that applied it and and i
started to eat differently what I did
was I just basically created a fitness
program a coaching program that I taught
people had you know basically my journey
I just kind of talked about my journey
but I created a a weekly process where I
talked about paleo diet when I ate and
what what I wasn't eating in and and
showed my journey okay so now I'm able
to not get up to 220 I'm able to stay
about 175 180 was not wait because I'm
able to eat good foods and not eat all
this other crap okay so that was my
journey so when you're when you're
online your business and your you're
trying to sell stuff and trying to you
know create stuff figure out what your
journey is start talking about that okay
