the secrets I'm going to reveal how
youtubers are actually making their big
money with their YouTube channel all
right so you come online and you want to
earth you want to start generating
income for yourself and you wanna start
doing right here online well you tubers
how are they making their money well I'm
going to show you actually the formula
that all of the big youtubers are
actually making the money you might
think yeah you want to you know create a
YouTube channel you want to run some ads
on it but that's not really where the
big money is coming in ads on your
YouTube channel is is just kind of extra
little kind of side cash that comes in
if you could believe that but there's
actually a formula and a flow to how big
YouTube channels create their income now
Before we jump into that though there's

channels show you kind of you know
different ideas that people have and
then you can do the same maybe if you
have a channel now maybe you want to
change things up a little bit but let's
just let's run right into a couple of
YouTube some bigger YouTube channels it
doesn't really matter what product you
have what service you have everybody's
gonna have a niche channel that they're
creating so you look at this channel
right here it's me and my golf it's a
good channel I like golf
I like gonna come to this channel I like
learning what they're doing on this
channels they're just giving good advice
about golf they're just showing
different different techniques different
things people ask questions they write
they do a video on it and then they have
a they're just giving good value on
their channel alright let's look at
value value tainment a great channel
it's just giving good value it's it's
just talking about entertainment or
entrepreneurship it's talking about you
know making money online giving great
valuable insights into you know how
people are generating their income it's
a great
right here you know right here on on
YouTube so then let's look at sunny
Sunny's channel is a very good channel
on how to create a YouTube channel how
to do videos and how to do thumbnails
it's very good valuable entertainment
when you come to her channel it's all
about value and then let's look at one
more great Cardone is another great
valuable content he's all about sales
and creating sales for real estate he
comes on here gives us his advice gives
you tips give you tricks gives you all
this valuable content so I just gave you
four examples of channels on you on
YouTube all of them give valuable
content they give it away for free they
just give all their their best
strategies and tricks away for free why
because they want to attract the
audience okay they're trying to attract
the audience not because they want to
run ads on their on their videos no they
are trying to attract the audience so
then they can have a program or a
service that they're going to sell to
them to that audience let's look at the
flow here so you have a website that you
create okay you have a website and you
got to put people through what is called
a funnel and when you put people through
a funnel you basically are kind of
putting them through a taking people
that aren't interested in your products
or aren't interested in your service and
you put them through there and then you
get to put them out and put them into
your products or services the way to put
people through that funnel is using
organic traffic like YouTube and
Facebook and social media and all that
good stuff so when you're using your
YouTube channel think about creating a
funnel and think about just attracting
the right people but that means you have
to put out tons and tons of valuable
content so you can attract a lot of
people and then you can filter them down
into the areas of where you know the
groups of people that you're trying to
get into your service everybody on all
those channels they're all selling
something they're all selling the
service they're all selling a product
whether it be a ecommerce store whether
it be you know a digital product or a
coaching program all of our selling
something
if you're gonna make money online if
you're gonna make money on YouTube
channel you have to sell something and
you have to sell something to the right
audience if you pick the wrong audience
and you have the wrong product they
don't match then it's not gonna work
but and the best way to do that is you
just put people through a funnel like
this so there's two options you can do I
mean there's just really how you gonna
get people through a funnel you're gonna
use a lead capture page like leadpages
and you're gonna connect it to an
autoresponder service like Aweber or get
response connect leadpages to get get
response and you create a you know an
automated email system that comes out
you know that that drives people through
and onto your email service provider now
why do people build big lists all of
these people that I just showed you all
these channels they're all building a
list off of youtube why do they build a
giant list why do they build email lists
because if YouTube ever came and just
decided to close up shop then you would
have nothing left you'd have no traffic
you'd have nothing but if you had an
email list that you can continually
email on people
well then you just pick up right where
you left off and then you could start a
new social media account whatever you
want to do but just think about that if
you had a YouTube channel and it all
sudden it closes down if you're not
building the list what do you have left
you got nothing that's why all of these
channels are all building a list that's
how the big money is made on the back
end of their channel but you have to
create the value first put people
through your funnels so then what are
they doing well you can use a program
called teachable you could create a
product a digital product if you want
this is just one area that you could do
it you can use a Demi lots of different
great different programs that you can
use but you the first process is putting
people through this funnel okay putting
people through this funnel here this pot
right here is gonna be leadpages okay so
leadpages is going to be a place where
you can drive people to a lead capture
page get their name email put them into
an autoresponder and then follow up with
them and then down here your e-commerce
side your your leads your sign ups this
could be a
I'm like teachable it could be Shopify
it could be anything like that but but
this part down here is going to be the
area that you're going to sell somebody
in your audience a product okay if you
sell them a bigger coaching program
where they can work one-on-one with you
or you know have a digital product where
they can get in and get a lots of videos
and training all in one place so they
don't have to spend time on their
YouTube channel so understand that the
big youtubers what they're doing is
they're creating tons and tons of value
first because they wanted to attract as
many people as they can and then they're
going to put them through a funnel right
here so they can pull out the people
that are going to be interested in their
products interested in their services
and then that's how you're going to
crush it that's how you're gonna make
the big money on YouTube and that's how
these big channels are making the money
they're not doing it for ads okay so if

doing it for the ads well then you're
