strategies or tutorials I'm gonna go
over for passive income ideas is gonna I
think gonna help you get up kind of help
you get going if you've tried passive
income ideas or anything online then
this should help you this should help
you get going now the one thing that you
got to understand about passive income
is you know you think about passive
income like we're sleeping or traveling
or just doing nothing it's not really
that you know easy it's not if it was
thing about passive income though is you
can set things up you can set things up
early and you can kind of work hard and
then what it'll do is they'll start to
pay you it'll start to pay you over and
over and over again okay so I want to go
over these with you but understand that
it's gonna take a little bit of effort
on your part to make this work for you
alright so you want to make sure you do

hit that because what I'll do is I'll
notify you any videos that I come out
with and you won't miss any of them so I
want to go over these four with you
these are I think you can do all of
these if you haven't really done these
before in the past jump on these because
this will give you some passive income
coming in you know you can do these on
the side if you're working right now if
you're already have a job if you have
things going right now and you want to
get a little side income coming in this
is gonna work for you again you you got
to set these up this these are all
online too so you know you don't have to
like go out there and buy some franchise
and hopefully make that work for you if
you try that past these are going to
definitely work for you so we want to
jump into these four strategies for you
for earning passive income it's the
first thing and in all of these I have
done I've made money with these and so
these are these the four things that
I've tried that I've you know made money
with and I'm gonna show you how to do
them right here so well the first thing
you want to do and this is one that's
that's been used for forever this is one
I started when I first got online was
just blogging with affiliate marketing
why blog is because Google search is the
biggest right now Google controls about
60% of all the searches online what they
do is they they take all of the websites
all the different content online and
then they go out there and they create
income or they create links from that
company you know comes all the traffic
comes in your site and then you can
generate income from that now this is
all free organic traffic that comes from
Google but what you want to do is you
got to set things up first so you want
to head over to work press dot o-r-g and
you want to get a wordpress website you
can make it a little life a little
easier for you you can just use
something like Hostgator which you can
use WordPress hosting right here if you
just click on that what they'll do is
they'll set you up at a WordPress
website
the reason why WordPress and I promote
WordPress is because it's the easiest
way to get up a website going online
it's the simplest it's super easy
Hostgator has all the different
tutorials to help you get a website
going help you get up running with
WordPress okay so you wanted to make
sure you use them they're really good
they have great tutorials so just sign
up with them I think it's I mean super
cheap like five bucks a month to get a
wordpress site set up but once you get
the WordPress site set up then you start
creating content for it okay you start
creating content and inside of that that
that content that you shouldn't creating
Google's are gonna start to index that
and Google is gonna start to send you a
crazy amounts of traffic
now all that traffic is gonna come your
blog and what you want to do is grab
affiliate offers now there's lots of
philia toppers out there that you can
grab you can go to clickbank you can go
to JV zoo you can go to Amazon and find
your links okay they all all of these
big-name companies like Best Buy and
Walmart and Target they all have an
affiliate promote program set up you
just got to go there join get a link and
start putting the the banners onto your
blog
start creating that content and let
Google start to index your site okay so
that's how that's one of the easiest
ways of doing passive income it's just
blogging every day getting the traffic
free from Google and then started
getting some people to click on your
banners and going out okay so definitely
jump on that that's gonna be the easiest
passive income but again you have to set
this up you have to go to Hostgator and
you have to get a WordPress website set
up okay you got to go do some tutorials
go to youtube watch some videos and how
to set that up but once you get it set
up you just start creating the content
around what it is that you you enjoy
talking about so the next thing is gonna
be peer-to-peer lending we haven't heard
about this there's a great website
called Lending Club what they do is is
you just give them the money and they
take that money they lend it out you
know before you'd have to invest in to
go to banks and you have to do all of
these you know it's you have to go to
like you know a New York stockbroker and
try to find a way to invest your money
with Lending Club you can loan out your
money you don't need to be a bank you
don't need to have any type of banking
charter go to Lending Club you loan out
the money and you get a percentage on
that now this this is totally passive
because you loan that money and then
they they loan it out and they get those
payments back in and you and you earn a
percentage or you earn a you know
percentage on top of the loan payment
okay so definitely want to trick check
out landing club all you have to do is
just invest into them let them go out
there and invest your money for you okay
so the next one's gonna be YouTube
channel with the affiliate marketing
this is similar to setting up a
wordpress site this is something that
you know I have my own blogs and my
wordpress site set up and I also have my
youtube channel set up so I enjoy
creating videos like this but I also you
know I create videos on different
channels where I promote different
affiliate offers so you can create a
YouTube channel or YouTube videos around
particular offers and then you just send
you know the offers to you know you just
have a link in the description that goes
to the affiliate offer so something like
fitness if you go to like fitness any of
these fitness videos I mean look at 1.9
or 1.8 million views three hundred
seventy-five thousand views 2.2 million
views they just create simple of YouTube
videos and then what they'll do is
they'll have links in the description
that go out to different affiliate
offers if you look at a lot of the tech
so tech let me just type in text see
what comes up so any of these tech like
this here teck teck teck teck teck
though dual screen text so here you go
Marquis he's going to promote different
tech products and he's gonna have a link
in there probably going out to an Amazon
affiliate in there so he's gonna create
these videos for that now YouTube sends
a tremendous amount of traffic here you
gotta understand that YouTube and Google
are the same pretty much Google owns
YouTube and so what happens is you
create a blog you write out your content
Google pick set up index it sends you
tons of traffic you make affiliate
Commission's from that youtube's the
same thing you create videos and then
YouTube will go out there to promote
your videos and then they'll send the
links to your affiliate offers in inside
of your descriptions ok so just create
these videos but the great thing about
YouTube and the great thing about Google
is you create these one-time and they're
out there so if you create a video today
two three years down the road people
still could be watching the video they
still could be clicking on your links
and they and you still could be making
money from that that's totally passive
income because you created it one time
and then it starts to build from that
the next one's gonna be information
products this is another great passive
income source instead of sending you
know your YouTube traffic to like an
affiliate offer you can set them to a
place like teachable you create the
product you create the digital product
you create the videos and you upload
them to the teachable web site and then
you can sell your courses like that and
you can keep 100% of the profits from
that with the affiliate offers you're
usually going to be splitting the
profits between you know fifty maybe
eighty percent but you're still you know
you're not getting 100 percent from it
usually so with your own products you
can promote those and you can get a
hundred percent for that also you can go
to udemy udemy is a great place to
upload your products and make money from
that you can see right here that this
one has this was so is $11.99 and they
have 21,000 reviews on that it's a ton
of people that usually the reviews are
from people that have purchased a
product so you just think you know you
can just do the math on that's right
there okay once you create your product
inside of udemy and inside of teachable
then you can just send the traffic from
YouTube channel straight into there it's
all passive they handle all the payments
for you you don't worry about any of
that
alright so there you go those four
passive income sources go try them all
try a few whatever is gonna work for you
but set it up set it up early and let it
start to build and let it start to
generate income for you alright there
