you should be striving for and in this
video I'm going to go through eight
different ways that you can make passive
income you can do you can use all eight
of these or you can pick one of them and
go for it so what does that my name is
Tyler I like to help entrepreneurs just
like you go out there and have success
online and like to show you different
and you can ply them right here online
and you can make great money to do that
you can do this on the side do it
full-time
whatever works for you I'm gonna work
you walk you through how to get into
that the first passive income source
that you're going to get into and this
is one of those that everybody's using
there's one of those that's great but
there is a slight change that I want you
to make and that is going out there and
promoting a niche affiliate
opportunities a lot of times we go out
there and we find you know Clickbank and
we go to offer vault and we we just find
the first offer that we land on or we
just find an offer we think is going to
be great and what that's what I want you
to do is start to think about niche
specific affiliate offers because when
you do that you're going to see great
passive income coming in to you because
cute you can promote these now what I
mean by niche specific there's a lot of
times when you promote an affiliate
offer and you get paid one time for this
okay you're gonna get paid one time and
that's it and you get you get your
Commission's what I want you to look for
is looking for niche specific meaning
health and fitness if somebody's gonna
help a fitness if they're looking at
like yoga if they want to get into yoga
find a yoga affiliate offer and what I
want you to do is I want you to find one
that has a recurring payment on it okay
so where your recurring monthly billing
on the you know could be a membership
anything like that so find it a niche
specific but also find one that is a
recurring why do you want to do that
because if somebody comes in and you get
somebody on board and they go through
your affiliate link and you get your
first Commission for that you want to be
able to get that recurring income coming
in that's passive income so
you get somebody in today and they're
still recurring three four six months
down the road that's income that still
comes into you that's income that comes
in regardless of whether you do anything
or not you can promote this for a month
and still get paid six seven months down
the road so look for niche-specific
if somebody's into CrossFit and the
health of Fitness find a very CrossFit
type offer promote it and also make sure
that they have a back-end you know a
back-end recurring payment on that
that's going to give you that passive
income and that's going to allow you to
make that income while you're sleeping
in while you're traveling all right so
the next way to get passive income
coming in to you is creating a lead gen
capture website now if you probably
thought maybe you you know you create
your own leads for yourself and you
create your own leads and build a list
and that's great
however I want you to think about
creating a lead gen capture page and
start to get leads for businesses so
I'll give you an example you set up a
lead capture page for in a local
attorney a lawyer they need leads they
need people that need attorneys so what
do you do you set up a lead capture page
you start to collect these leads and
then you sell them to the lawyer okay
you sell them off to the attorney and
all you have to do is just go find the
traffic go find the people that need an
attorney and then what you do is you get
them into your lead capture page you get
their name and phone number and then you
turn around and sell those leads to that
attorney you can do this for Dennis with
local dentist in your area set up a lead
capture page where you collect leads for
people that are looking for local
dentists and then what you do is you
sell those leads to that dentist
this is totally passive because all you
have to do is set up the lead capture
page one time and then allow those leads
to start to come in you can use
clickfunnels you can use WordPress you
can use lead
I think it's leadpages net I think is
one of the the other ones use any of
these but set up a lead capture device
for our lead capture program for any of
these local air you know local
businesses they've got Dennis you got
restaurants you got chiropractors
lawyers all of those need leads set up
lead capture page collect the leads and
then what you do is you you know you you
sell those leads off to that business ok
so that's how you can get passive income
because then that's you know it's just
Li's they've come in every day or every
month and you sell those off all right
the next passive income sources this is
one of my favorite and this is creating
a course go out there take a video of
yourself and then you explain what
you're passionate about and you tell the
people what you're good at maybe teach
people how to change the tires on your
car change people teach people how to
change the oil in your cars teach people
how to create a wordpress website maybe
teach people how to blog maybe teach
people how to set up their first YouTube
channel you create a course around that
and you can do that and dip in a variety
different ways you can set up a
clickfunnels account and you can just
set up your course there you can use a
program called teachable you can go
there but you can also go to a place
called udemy you go there and you set up
your Demi you set up an account with
them you create the the videos and then
you upload those videos to udemy and
then people will come to that
marketplace on udemy and they will buy
that course that is one of the best ways
it's one of my favorite ways because hey
I can teach people how to go do certain
things that I want to help them do and
all you have to do is just take what
you're passionate about take what you
know put it in a video format and then
go out there and sell it as a course
great way to get passive income because
hey people would be buying your course
at 2:00 a.m. when you're sleeping so
that is one of the best ways you just
got to set it up that one time and one
time you get it set up then all that
traffic comes into your site all those
sales come in you make that passive
income alright so the next one is going
to be starting a YouTube channel right
one of those things that anybody can do
it's free you can do it and you can
start up today take your iPhone start
talking on your iPhone upload them to
your youtube channel when I started my
YouTube channel and I really got serious
about it I just took my iPhone I put it
on a tripod I started talking into it
I had no audio to it nothing like that I
just started talking to it
I used the app on the phone I uploaded
it to YouTube and that was it I created
maybe a little thumbnail using canva but
other than that all I did was just
talking to it uploaded it to YouTube and
then my channel started to grow I was
consistent with it but I was you know
constantly putting content out onto my
youtube channel so start a YouTube
channel is great now here's the passive
income part of it once your channel
starts to take off and you get to a
certain point you got to have a
subscribers and 4,000 watch time views
once you get to that point you can turn
on monetization now monetization allows
you to run ads on your YouTube videos
YouTube sets it all up you all you have
to do is just create the content and
then they'll run the ads over your
videos and then what they'll do is
they'll send you a check at the end of
the month and it's going to start off
you know you first got months you might
make only a couple hundred bucks but as
you start to create more content you
create more videos you put it up on
YouTube that's when the income starts to
roll in for you and that's when passive
income comes in you can be traveling you
can be at home whatever your YouTube
channels always gonna be running people
are always gonna be watching your videos
and they're always gonna be clicking
through the ads making you money all
right so it's starting a YouTube channel
it's a great passive income source for
yourself alright so the next one's gonna
be starting a membership site now this
is going back to when I talked about
getting a recurring payment but on the
affiliate site creating your own
membership site you can do it in a
couple different ways now one of the
easiest ways is to just go to Facebook
and set up a group Facebook group and
then you charge people to get into your
group you have a secret you know it's
secret they have to join and then you
have to let them in and what you do is
you create a little maybe a little sales
page for it talking about your group and
have the content that's inside of there
that you create now all you have to do
is you can use PayPal you can just send
somebody a PayPal by link PayPal is free
you just sign up and what they'll do is
they'll give you a Buy Now link you
click on or somebody clicks on that they
go there they buy now you can check them
now you can enter them into your
membership site you can also use places
like you know click files has a great
membership site but kajabi is another
good one out there you can use kajabi
and that allow you to create a
membership site it's super cool and it's
so so passive why is it passive because
your members are gonna be paying every
month
think about this you know Netflix
Netflix has like something like a
hundred million users think about that
100 million users at $15 a pop that's a
lot of money I mean we're talking
billions of dollars right there just
from recurring payments that's what you
want to do with a membership site
Netflix all it is is just a membership
content site so you can create your own
type of Netflix you just create a
membership site you create content in
there
you constantly be you know adding new
content you could have a forum inside of
your your membership area where you're
interacting with your customers or your
you know your new members in there and
you can always keep it updated with new
content new at new stuff that you're
coming through and new trainings that
you put up okay so starting a membership
site I love it because it's just
recurring payments that come in every
month and it's totally passive you could
you could set up your membership site
and and crank it out for a couple months
and then you could take off a full 30
days if you wanted to and your members
will still be coming in there buying
your content and you're still beginning
recurring payments that to me is a great
passive income source all right the next
passive income source and this is one of
those that's been around forever and
that is just to invest into real estate
okay investing in real estate doesn't
have to be where you go out and buy a
you know a mansion you go out and you
find some local properties in your area
you find some area you know properties
it that need some work you you pick up
those properties you throw some paint on
to them maybe do some landscaping in
there and then once you get that
landscaping and all that stuff in there
done all you have to do is just now is
just take that new proper that you have
and then go out there and try to get
renters inside up there get some renters
in there you get some positive cash flow
if you need to go get a you know a bank
loan you have your bank loan you have
your payments on them on the house and
then you have your rent payments and
whatever the difference is that's your
positive cash flow you can start with
one and you continue to add more as you
know as you start to get more properties
in your area but this is totally passive
income because it's cash flows coming in
every month people pay the rent they
give you the check they give you the
payment and then you're good to go
alright so there you go investing in
real estate is gonna be another great
passive income source for you alright so
the next was gonna be renting out your
room you don't think that you can make
money with your your house you have
extra rooms maybe a guest house even
apartment we have an extra room you can
rent it out you can use a program and an
app call it air B&B what you can do is
just go in there create an account and
then put your available space on there
if you have an apartment maybe you could
leave for a for a week of your apartment
and then you can
people rent that out but if you have
guest room if you have a guest house in
your house you would definitely want to
rent that out and it's totally passive
because people would come in they rent
it out and a lot of times they're only
gonna rent it out for maybe a week if
you're an area where there is a lot of
vacation places you can rent out your
room for a week for people that come in
for a vacation a lot of times when you
if you have an apartment and just say
you rent it out for a week like if you
leave for a week and you rent that out
that we could cover your entire rental
you know payment of that month and
that's a great way to you know to add
extra passive income source is just by
renting out space that you have use air
be me B&B and just make that great cash
coming in from that alright so the next
one's gonna be were just writing a book
oh you're probably thinking I don't know
how to write a book and that's okay
because there are a lot of services out
there will actually write a book for you
there's a lot of services out there
called ghost writers what they'll do is
they'll create a whole book for you and
they'll give it to you and you can
create it and put a logo on it put us to
the book cover on it and now you have
your own book back in the day you know
15 20 years ago even ten years ago you
had to go find a publisher you had to
take your content and give it to them
and then maybe he had to pre-order like
ten thousand books and that was a lot of
money it was a lot of time and you
weren't really sure if it was really
going to work nowadays you could take
your computer you can take a doc format
and then you can write out your whole
book on the doc format and you can
upload it straight into the KDP amazon
service and what what the amazon will do
is they'll go out there and market your
book for you so anytime somebody comes
to the amazon store they're gonna see
your book they buy it it goes into the
kindle store and also what amazon will
do is they will print out your book so
they'll create a hard copy for you and
they'll send that book out to the person
that bought it it's a print on demand
you don't have to preorder a ten
thousand books when somebody if somebody
if four people only buy your book they
only print four books if ten people buy
your book they only print ten books so
it's it's print on demand when somebody
orders it Amazon will print the book and
they'll ship it out to your customers
really easy and it's totally passive
because it's it's in the marketplace and
you're not limited to just one book if
you wanted to create hundreds of books
you can the more
the more passive income opportunities
you'll have to do that and that's great
sources of income so those are eight of
my top favorite passive income sources
these will allow you to make thousand
Plus every month all you got to do is
just go out there and take action on it
