Hey guys, welcome back, it's Victor. I just wanted to make a quick video and I just wanted to share a couple of things

Kind of an analogy if you will on

how to become a success whether it's in your online business

Whether it's in your personal life

Whether it's in outside of the house, you know your work whatever that case is

I've learned to subscribe to a couple of different philosophies

And I just wanted to share that with you today

And and the reason I and I picked this up from a couple of my mentors

Who I have actually followed

Online and it's helped me not just in

Creating my affiliate business online, but it's also helped me with my personal life

My physical health a lot of things

that you and I can control there's a lot of things in this world that we can't control and

Those are the things that you can't lose sleep over the things you can control

Are the ones that you need to be focused on which is what I try to do on a daily basis

so I wanted to share two ideas with you and the kind of an analogy, but the first idea is

You have and again I picked this up from another mentor of mine

and it really

resonated with me and so I kind of try to

You know bring that up on a daily basis. So the first thing I wanted to share with you is

You have to have an appointment with success

Every day you have a booked appointment. You have to write it down and you have to make sure that you

Make your appointment every day Hey

and what that means is that you actually

Make a mental appointment with success and yourself

every day and

You got to make that appointment you have a booked appointment. You have an appointment at the doctor's office

You got to make it on time. Okay, you have an appointment

To get your hair done or your nails done. You're gonna be there on time

Well, you've got to make an appointment with success and you've got to be there on time

every day

Okay, and that's the philosophy I live by now. I know a lot of times life gets in the way

We have our responsibilities

We have our family or maybe if friends or maybe a you know long hours at the job

You know

We have a lot of distractors around us that

To really try to hinder us and prevent us from making that appointment with success, but it is our responsibility

Just like our responsibility is to our family to provide for them just like it is our responsibility to our employer

To show up and perform and produce for them. It's our responsibility to ourselves

to make that

Most important appointment and that appointment with success and it's in this appointment

That you will learn all the tools. You need to learn to be a success all too often

We miss the appointments because things happen bad things happen that that can happen on a daily basis life gets in the way

Sometimes I get it

I'm human. I've missed several of my appointments with success

But I try to get right back on and catch up with my appointment

I know that sounds a little corny, but it is an analogy and the analogy is it's a psychological

It's a psychological way of living your life

in a positive

successful mindset and simply meaning that if you wake up every day and

You know you have an appointment with success and you cannot miss that appointment no matter what

You will go to your appointment and you in within in that appointment

You will learn and acquire all the tools that you need to become a success whether you're trying to lose weight

Whether you're trying to you know, you know buy a new house whether you're trying to make your personal

life better with your marriage

Whatever the case is you've got to make that appointment

Okay, make it a point to make the appointment

okay, and like I said

It's simply an appointment. You simply just have to show up to if you show up to your appointment for success

Like I said earlier you will then within that appointment learn the tools you need

To be a success in whatever you're doing

Whatever your goals are because you are making yourself make that appointment you booked the appointment and you show up every day

Okay, and if you miss an appointment like I have well, that's okay. That's not the end of the world

It's not the end all you have an opportunity to make another appointment and then show up for that appointment

I mean, it's really a very simple concept

You we just have to be making our appointments every day. Okay, so

That's one of the points

I wanted to make with you guys

And and I wanted to share that with you because it has it made a change and a huge impact in my life

once I embrace that idea

the other thing I wanted to share with you is

You know

at an early age

We we grow up in an environment that basically I'm not going to say that we're designed to fail

but

Realistically most of us we grew up an environment that are that are designed to just be mediocre

To to live in the nine-to-five mindset to to you know

We grew up and are you know and no fault of anybody of our parents, but that's kind of way they grew up

Get a good job get an education finish school go to school get in debt

You know getting in the college education then go find a really good job and then work

You know

40 50 60 hours a week for the next thirty five years paying off your debt paying off your college debt and

Hopefully at the end of those 30 or 35 years, you'll have enough saved up to retire

Well, that's not the mindset of an entrepreneur

Okay

And a lot of times we've got to retrain the way we think we've got to retrain our upbringing

It's like a habit that's been embedded into our brains from a very early age

Go to school

Go to college

And then get a good get a job and hopefully you'll have enough money to retire

But here's the thing. Okay, we run into walls all the time. I just had a great conversation

With a very good friend of mine online and another affiliate marketer him and I have connected over the last couple of months

and

You know, we kind of keep each other upbeat and motivated, but we were just discussing the other day on

you know the the lack of

success at the beginning of our affiliate marketing

Journeys, how we just didn't see?

you know the the fruits of our labor and

The things that we tried and the money that we spent and the time that we wasted

it could it could be really really, you know deflating and it also can be

You know one of those things where you just want to give up

But that's why a lot of affiliate marketers and a lot of business people

They don't make it because they hit those walls and they give up

But here's here's the second point. I wanted to make

the second point is this

You know a really really wise person once said and I'm gonna try to quote them. Okay?

once you decide

How things are gonna be once you make a decision that this is how it's gonna be starting right now

Once that decision is made without any doubt in your mind

Then the rest of the world

Will get out of your way

it just somehow seems to get out of your way because you've made a decision that that's how things are gonna be and

Then once you make that decision and you believe it

it's amazing how

Things seem to work out

It's amazing

How things the the walls and the barriers that you once faced just yesterday or the day before or no longer there

so

Just look at yourself in the mirror make that decision guys

And and and I'm not just talking about affiliate marketing cuz that's what I do

And I also work outside of my affiliate marketing online business. I work

I actually have a career outside of this. I've been doing it for over twenty five years and

I'm actually in charge of a sales force and

Part of my job is to is to train and motivate my sales force

and within

that

Time that I have those people to try to help mold and create

Productive employees and productive partners in the business that I'm in outside of affiliate marketing

My responsibility is to create that mindset that

We can push ourselves more. Yes, we're gonna fall. Yes. We're going to fail but anything worth working for

You know any anything and you fail it's okay

Get up. Okay, shake it off and move forward

You almost have to have blinders on if you will like I'm going to tell you a quick story, okay?

Many years ago my wife went to a furniture store. We were looking for a sectional a sofa and

We looked everywhere around town. Hi upscale places middle the line places

We finally walked into a major chain

and my wife started looking at sofas and

You know gentleman was nice enough showing us around. I was pretty bored

So they happen to have an electronic section

where they had big-screen TVs

audio equipment so I kind of ease my way over there and I started looking at these big screens and a young

salesperson of

No more than 20 to 23 years old started walking up to me and I put my hand down and I said, hold on

Let me tell you something. I'm not interested in any of these TVs. I'm not buying anything from you today

You see that lady over there. That's my wife

We're here looking for a sofa and I'm just another guy looking at another TV, so I don't want you to waste your time

And his response was this that's fantastic. Are you familiar with the new technology? I

Said what new technology. Well, he said come on over here and I'll show you

So the next 45 minutes I spent looking at the newest technology 4k high def I had headphones on

I had 3d glasses on

Guess what? We ended up buying before we bought the sofa

That's right, a big-screen TV. So the point of this story is this not only was he a great salesperson any newest product

but the point of the story was this that

He saw nothing he woke up

He made an appointment with success that day. Okay, and

He booked an appointment and he made his appointment

He made a decision that no matter what this is how things are gonna be

I'm gonna be I'm gonna do everything I can I'm gonna show off my knowledge

I'm going to treat him given a truly exceptional experience. Whoever's in front of me. It doesn't matter

He was deaf to what I told him he could care less that I told him I wasn't it should in buying a TV

so

the and that and the reason I mentioned that story is because it was so impressive to see this young man's

enthusiasm and

ambition even

I was his wall for the day

I was the wall that was gonna bring him down and depress him and make him feel like a failure and make him feel like

He couldn't be successful

But it didn't matter how it doesn't matter how big this wall was me

Because he decided that day when he woke up that he was gonna do everything he can to be a success

He's making his appointment. Okay, he made a decision. That's how it's going to be. Okay, so

I don't want this video to be too too corny, and I hope you don't find it too corny

But these are my life experiences that I wanted to share with you

Okay, and I want you to know that in this business journey and whatever your you're doing, whatever you're promoting

Whatever it is, you're trying to accomplish in your business life that you're not alone. There are a

Thousand literally tens of thousands of people like me out there

That can support that can we can share ideas?

I've got to do this every day. I've got to make appointment with success and I've got to have a mindset of

No matter what. This is how things are gonna be. Okay

things start getting out of the way things start clearing

You have a clear path when you when you believe in that and I truly believe in that guy so I don't want like you

Guys, I don't want me to make video too long. I wanted to share these wonderful ideas that I find

That keep me motivated and keep me going and they're not

You're not tricking yourself. You have to believe these things

You really have to believe these things

You have to make those appointments with success every day and you have to believe that

once you make that decision that the way things are going to be that that's how it's going to be and you're and you're

Just going to automatically do the things to make those things happen
