want to ask you really quick you have no
clients your calendar is not full was
one thing that's really hold me back so
right to the hotel has capacity for 100
rooms and if the hotel only has 10 rooms
booked that means there's 90 rooms that
are that are not being booked and it's
let's say that each room is a hundred
dollars so that'd be a hundred thousand
per let's say per night well if they
only have ten rooms booked that's only
looks so let's say was a thousand
dollars a night and ten rooms are booked
as a hundred thousands that's a pretty
big rose but so what happens is these
ten thousand dollars they're only bring
an end to the hotel but 90,000 they're
losing every night okay so that's kind
of like what it is with your coaching
business if you have the capacity to
make 20,000 in your coaching business
but you're only making two thousand I
mean you're basically losing out of
18,000 in your coaching business okay so
that's like close to 250,000 per get you
that you're not bringing in to your
family out bringing into your your
business now trying to get more coaching
clients it's kind of like it's you know
we think that we have to go out and
we're to buy more training to buy more
stuff more software we have to get more
traffic and all that and that's that's
really not the case it's really the
system that is out there if you aren't
getting clients you know and your
calendar is not full with strategy
sessions because your system really is
broken okay it's just it it's just not
working okay and there is a really it
there is a really easy fix for it okay
there is a simple solution to creating
more clients getting a calendars full
and you just have to follow a simple
system a simple strategy that's all you
have to do once you get a system in
place where it's it's running
automatically for you and it's just
constantly bringing in traffic and
bringing in clients and all that and is
doing it in the background it's where
you're not actually going out there all
the time and trying to create clients
trying to get bookings for your strategy
session trying to get people onto your
calendar so it's just the right system
okay so don't try to get more training
and also try to get more try
epic try to fix the system that you're
