you guys just some things that I believe
can help you make a passive income as a
beginner that I wish that I knew when I
first got started back in 2013 2014 in
order to create what is known as a
passive you know income it takes hard
work it takes dedication it takes
discipline and it takes consistency and
I want to preference this because if I
can get another thing across you guys in
this video if I can hit you with two you
know left and right hooks it is a lot of
the questions that I've gotten a lot of
questions that I've seen come up through
email Facebook all my social media is
Brando I've seen the tools that you've
used or Brando I've seen this that
you've used or I've seen you do this how
can I get that for free I've seen
there's trials with it how can I get
this for free how can I do this on a
budget how can I not pay for things and
I'm going to tell you guys if you want
to be a successful entrepreneur on or
off the internet the Internet is the
most cost effective way to start a
business because if you think about it
you don't need employees you don't need
a storefront you don't need the
distribution center a fulfillment center
you don't need any of that
okay just thinking hypothetically so if
you're currently involved in a business
your your traditional business may need
that online still okay
but just building a business online
period you don't need all those things
that go with the traditional business
which makes it so lucrative right you
can maximize the ROI that you can get
online with that with that business
model so that said when people are
asking and if you're somebody who's
asked this question how can you you know
get things for free or how can you get
more of a handle I'm going to tell you
go back to McDonald's go back to working
a job you're so much better there and it
would be more of a smart idea to work
your job to save up money and then
invest it in business and starting up a
business then opposed to not having a
job not having any money come in and
you're trying to start a business you're
going to struggle and more than likely
you're going to fail I'm just telling
you from experience and having seen
people go through the same thing it's
going to be detrimental for you all
right because in business you're going
to have expenses now on the internet
there's tools and things that are
necessary for building a business ok
these tools are you know you have to
have a capture page you have to have an
autoresponder all right that's an are
not a P so you have to have a capture
page this collects people's email all
right
collects people's names and email so you
can follow up with them build
relationships with them and eventually
sell them your offers you have an
autoresponder that allows you to do the
emails but in an automated form so
you're not over your computer 24/7
sending out emails who wants to do that
I certainly don't want to do that unless
you enjoy messaging people 24/7 this is
stuff over here that goes with the
territory of building a business online
and that doesn't even go with like a
marketing budget if you're spending
money on advertising to make sales all
right so that's not even including that
so how can you create a passive income
if you have a business which is a core
core training of this video if you have
a business you have multiple offers or
one offer or you don't have a business
how do you create a passive income
because this is going to be a video
directed towards both groups both
parties if you have something if you
don't have something okay just want to
clear the air well what I found to be

strategy since 2014 going full-time
firing my boss and being able to create
financial freedom I encourage you to

email marketing alright YouTube and
email marketing are by far the best ways
you can create a passive passive income
where you do the work once and you get
rewarded for it over and over and over
again in the future whether you decide
to work harder or you don't work that

alright you can go to youtube and you
can create videos so v4 videos hope you

alright so you create videos cater to
units so if you have a product you
haven't offered what you want to do is
you want to analyze your offer I
encourage everyone pull a pin pull a
piece of paper write down who your
target market is alright who is
interested in your offer who would be
interested in buying from you and then
what you want to do is create YouTube
videos what you could do is create
videos content free content directed to
that audience
not pitching them not talking about your
products and services not hard selling
them that's don't be an amateur
your professional raise yourself above
the competition alright no amateur
you're not pitching them in these videos
you're just giving tip videos review
videos you know giving a DIY you know Do
It Yourself video you're just giving
value in your videos ok to your audience
that's interested in your products make
sense so if I had a health and fitness
product that was awake a supplement
shape ok my audience would be people who
want to get a 6-pack of ABS workout get
bigger muscles do yoga you know diet and
exercise that would be my niche so I
make videos on how to do those things
how to diet proper ways to diet in the
morning evening lunch right that would
be the type of video I create now what
this allows you to do ok which is really
cool you can't do this on Facebook
Instagram no other social media platform
you can do this on is once you start
creating videos you can monetize your
YouTube videos to make money off of
youtube
meaning YouTube will actually go ahead
and they will allow you to monetize your
they will place ads on your videos now
raise your hand or like this video if
you've ever seen advertisements on a
YouTube video right before you watch the
video chances are you've got it right I
know you're full of right there but
I'm talking to you right there okay I'm
talking to you okay the one person right
there yeah you're full of it um just
just just kidding but that all of you
guys should be shaking your head yes
you've seen advertisements on YouTube
well the cool thing is you've seen that
that means that person on that channel
is making money some of them are making
a lot of money some of them aren't
making that much money okay but the
coolest thing is from you creating
YouTube videos marketing to your target
audience and if you don't have you know
an offer a product in place that's fine
the fact of the matter is you can create
a YouTube video and you can get those
videos monetized you can make money from
it without even having an offer how cool
is that that's freaking badass if you
ask me okay you can't do this doing
Facebook post Instagram pictures you
can't do this doing anything else on the
Internet only YouTube which is very
passive that means if you create 100
YouTube videos alright these little
boxes are videos I know they look like
bricks maybe we'll draw a little happy
face there you know those sad face there
well you know tong face there that looks
really bad but anyway I'm letting the
fifth grade you know personality come
out of myself but let's say you have
collectively a hundred YouTube videos
alright this equals 100 videos v4 videos
now let's say out of those hundred
videos you average a collective you know
collectiveness out of 100 videos you
average those videos getting about a
thousand views every 30 days so every
month a thousand views per video so this
one gets a thousand this one gets a
thousand you get a thousand you get a
thousand like Oprah Winfrey you get a
thousand right they each get a thousand
views this collectively equals in a
month basis you get you know a thousand
times 100 that's a hundred thousand
views in a month makes sense so out of a
hundred thousand views that's a lot of
people you're going to make some money
usually on average about a hundred
thousand views you'll make about you
know it's about $1 per thousand views to
$2 per
you know you'll probably make you know
anywhere from you know an extra $200 to
an extra you know thousand dollars from
that alright just from you creating
YouTube videos you could be making from
you know a hundred videos that average a
thousand views a video every single
month you could be making an extra two
hundred to a thousand dollars just from
you creating content to your audience or
creating content period on YouTube
that's flippin cool guys so that's one
way you can create a passive income
another way and let's change up the
color here let's go let's go blue again
another way you can do it is through
email marketing which is what I believe
to be the most lucrative and what every
single lesson for you what every single
one of you should be focusing on in your
businesses when you're establishing
yourself for the very first time on the
Internet you should be focusing on
building out your email list if you're
not focusing on that all right as your
course strategy you my friend are going
to go down the you are not going
to make it on the internet I'm just
telling you you can 10x your business if
you build an email list just listen to
me guys okay so how do you do this well
here's what I did I leveraged YouTube
alright I did a lot of YouTube videos
those videos got views I directed those
people from my youtube video I would
link in my description to a capture page
alright where they enter their name and
email all right from there they would
get on my sequence my email sequence
where I send them from my autoresponder
over here okay a tool that is essential
for making money I would send them
automated emails that give them value
all right that gives them value and
because I'm in the money-making niche
the emails I'd be sending them is like
how to build a business online how to
market themselves online how to make
money online I give them free values
without pitching a product in this
service that's a value based email
that's value you're not selling anyone
you're just giving free value free tips
free tricks
that's about some people haven't asked
me questions Brenda let's free value how
do I get free value in my niche in my
product well think about your product
about your niche if you don't have
products and niches it's quite simple to
give value you're giving something to
somebody for free without charging them
that's value okay a value talking about
your life that's that's a video talking
about your life that's a value video
talking about entrepreneurship and what
you've learned over the years of what to
do versus what not to do that's a value
okay that's value based video so I would
create value based emails linking back
to my youtube channel alright and all my
other social media Facebook whatever and
that would grow you know grow my social
media but at the same time as I'm giving
them value it establishes a relationship
with them which is the heartbeat to a
business that I always talk about you
know a little happy face there too it's
the heartbeat of business so then when I
offer them you know my products or my
offers guess what because I've given
them so much value and I've built
relationships with them because that's
my focus when they see that offer
they're more than likely to buy okay
does that make sense and that's the same
way you want to structure out your
business or you know you don't have to
this is just what I personally found as
somebody who's 22 years old who is able
to you know find my boss at 19 go
full-time on the Internet at 19 years
old back in 2014 this is what I found to
be the most lucrative way to create a
very passive income because here's how
it kind of pans out guys what you need
to think about okay let's go back to
this example right here alright let's go
back to this example right over here
this 100k here so out of this 100k not
only will you make two hundred to a
thousand dollars just by you posting on
YouTube posting videos on YouTube okay
but out of this 100k let's say you put
together a capture page so in all of
these YouTube videos you link back in
your YouTube video description to a
capture page reset you know hey and your
name and your email here well let's say
out of those hundred thousand people in
a month that view your videos you get a
boat let's say let's be conservative
let's say you get about 10,000 emails
alright let's say you get about 10,000
emails so now you have 10,000 people on
your list
right there now on your list that you
can direct response marketer which is
the number one form of communication
when it comes to selling okay does that
make sense and everyone's in the
business of selling everyone's in the
business of building relationships so
now you have out of a hundred thousand
people because not everyone who watches
your YouTube video is going to click
that capture page link in your video
description not everyone's going to do
it and if you don't know what I'm
talking about guys I will share a live
example of this in the in the video here
part of me but I have shared this before
multiple times but I figured out add
this into the video just as a training
just to clear up some questions because
there's been a lot of questions around
this over the last week but let's say
you get a hundred thousand or ten
thousand emails not a hundred thousand
and you start emailing them you start
giving them value right you start
emailing them let's say you you make
candles right you start emailing them
how to create their own candles what to
look for when making their own candles
how to create their own sense different
kinds of sense how to you know maybe
design your home with candles how to
layout your home with candles right you
can give different value to them all
right remember you're giving them value
v4 value as I said v4 video so some of
you guys are completely thrown off now
alright but you give them value and now
you've built a relationship with them
where they trust you and guess what now
a lot of them are going to buy from you
when you share that offer with them so
you share that candle offer with them
that weight shake with them that
internet marketing business opportunity
that marketing course they will buy from
you because you've led with value and I
want you guys to keep this in mind if
some of you guys are like well Brando I
don't get how that's a passive income
how is that a passive income because I
had to market on YouTube to get an email
list how does that even work well it
works like this when you go and you put
out those videos alright those hundred
videos right here 100 videos that are
collectively getting a hundred thousand
views a month now these are not average
or typical results this is just an
example video keep in mind as the months
go by those videos don't get deleted
it's not like they get wiped off the
internet so as the months go by those
hundred videos are going to get more and
more and more views alright and more and
more people are going to see it
so that numbers probably going to spike
up so you'll probably make more money
from ads you'll probably increase this
number too but not only that guys when
you get numbers like this and it doesn't
have to be ten thousand it could be five
hundred it could be a thousand all right
keep in mind this 10,000 is not going
anywhere all right it's always going to
be there unless you start pitching them
and pitching them in every single email
if you lead with value and you give
people what they want based on your
niche and your audience you want to
connect with and if you don't have an
offer I would encourage all you guys to
look into money-making niches mmm and
which is health and fitness all right
health and fitness beauty all right
beauty fashion
all right that's another one oh what's
another one here we got internet
marketing all right these are
money-making niches so if you do not
have an offer don't sweat it okay
because you can still create a passive
income just by posting YouTube videos
but then you're like well Brando what
kind of YouTube video should I post well
I encourage you guys do money-making
niches create videos run money-making
niches health and fitness how to work
out how to diet how to exercise beauty
right skin care these are things people
want to learn how to do want to learn
how to look better feel sexier every
single day millions and hundreds of
millions of people are looking to
advance themselves in beauty and fitness
health and fitness and in fashion -
fashion is never a dying trend people
are always buying clothes right so these
are money-making niches internet
marketing how to make money who doesn't
want to learn how to make money who
doesn't want to learn how to market
their businesses online
these are money-making niches that will
never die out okay so new trends can
come and go but these niches are always
here to stay they've always been
money-making so that's what I encourage
you guys but needless to say when I'm
trying to get back get back to is these
10,000 people that are now on your email
list where you're giving them emails and
you're giving them value in your emails
all right building relationships with
them this money will keep coming in so
think of it like this you know you build
a list of a thousand contacts 500
contacts you give them value you keep
value then you share your offers some
people buy from you it doesn't mean that
those thousand or five hundred contacts
are dead now all right all you do is you
keep giving them value all right
you keep giving them value you keep
building relationships you keep sharing
your offer and it will be a continuous
cycle of money coming into your bank
account these are this is where you hear
gurus on the internet say they just woke
up at like four o'clock in the afternoon
they opened up their laptop they sent
one email only one email and they made
$10,000 for the day the reason for that
is because they've given so much value
to their list all right they've given so
much value and they built such a strong
relationship with them that when they
send out that email and they share their
offer people buy from them okay this is
how you can create a very passive income
does this make sense
does this make sense I hope this makes
sense I've had so many questions come in
in the last seven days on Brando you

tools do I have to have a capture page
that I have to have an autoresponder and
if I don't have an offer how can I find
an offer and how can I create a passive
