now if you took this if you had this
video here and you said hey come here

do you think that people can't that come
to this video right here they would
probably like yes I want to get some
green or you know some some organic
green juice and I would click on link
and go there so that this would be a
video that you would create put it up on
YouTube you can create a you know a
whole health and fitness weight-loss
type channel where it's just nothing but
foods and recipes and different
strategies you don't have to even put
your face on the camera just go find
pictures talk about it you you can talk
about weight loss and just use recipes
and make videos around that if you can
find videos of people that that have
before-and-after pictures put those up
on to your video as well okay but I
recommend you just creating a meal type
video that shows people if you eat these
particular foods you're gonna lose this
amount of weight okay and you can do
this
there's tons of recipes out there I mean
you can do chicken recipes and
vegetables and meats and and sausages
whatever you want to do but there's
there's a healthy way to eat particular
products create videos around that and
then tell people to click on the link in
the description go to your link by the
