welcome to this video my name is
Franklin in today on let me show you ten
ways that you can make a passive income
online and the best part is I've tried
to lose myself I make combined with the
ones that I actually do right now I've
generated over seven figures throughout
my time online some of them doing six
figures so I'm going to doing five we're
going to go through and show you some
ways that you can make money online and
create yourself a passive income if
you're new to my channel welcome and for
all you subscribers who'll be with me
for a while this was a request from my
facebook group online summarized private
Facebook group I'll leave a link below
for that when we talk about all those
type of stuff so Before we jump into
this let's first talk about passive
income what it is and well making money
online so passive income is money that
you basically just earned when you sleep
and you earn it without a lot of work
but you get into that point is hard work
so you know about all he make money
online stuff make money with the click
of a button or little stuff well
newsflash it doesn't work you have to
actually put in some work and then once
you put them the hard work and the
passive income is created it becomes
tested and you make money basically all
the time but you've seen it before
you've seen the guys hiring the cars and
the guys going to put on the screen
right now I know he hired this car
because when I was in Vegas I hide the
exact same car for a function so that's
why a lot of the stuff is kind of seen
as a skin but I'm going to show you hint
legitimate way think you can actually
build up and income online it like I
said combined some of the ways in here
that I'm doing I've created seven
figures working online so this jump
straight into it and we are going to
start with now this is a no particular
order I've got them written down here
this isn't like top ways written out
that it's just ten ways so number one is
affiliate marketing this is why I
started online and probably like six for
probably like seven years ago now
and that was my biggest moneymaker until
another method that we'll talk about
here so affiliate marketing is when you
commission it is one of the really
old-school ways of doing things and it's
very very lucrative so there's two ways
of doing it you can promote someone's
problem there's actually three ways you
can promote someone's product through
paid advertising you can promote
someone's product through email
marketing you can promote someone's
product through email list and then you
can also promote someone's product by
doing search engine optimization so you
can rank websites and Google you can
rank videos on YouTube and make money
that way and actually a thanks book
group called affiliate marketing ninjas
which I leave a link below where you can
get a lot of information there's
actually a free course in there on how
to do a lot of this stuff so when I
talked about this for a little bit it's
actually one of the main income sources
or was one of the main income sources
for me I do work another stuff now so
when I first got into the Select
marketing I had a travel blog and I was
providing travel products and I was
making over five figures a month and
combined debt one itself and hit seven
figures over the last eighty seven years
so it's very very lucrative so you can
go to sites like Clickbank
you can go to Amazon you can go to one
called Commission Junction these tons
and what you do is you go and find
products to promote now if you are
beginning in this I would recommend you
don't go into paid traffic because it
are it can be very expensive once you've
done your how to do it what I would do
is start a affiliate website and do a
review of the product and put your links
in and then learn how to do search
engine optimization and rank it and
Google or if you go on YouTube and you
type in things like how to create a
website what what those are tutorials
and those guys has been promoted with
hosting platforms where they make around
about $65 to $100 per sign up so what
they do is they'll create a video on how
to make a website they'll do a tutorial
on how to make
website and then you get Commission's
now I also do something similar with a
thing called Shopify
I had a video on YouTube called how to
create the Shopify website and I get a
commission every time someone goes into
the description description and makes a
purchase through my link so they
fitfully at marketing in a nutshell and
then all actually there's also email
marketing so what you do is you build an
email list and then you promote products
through your email list for a commission
now affiliate marketing is not frowned
upon it is like some people but only
because they see the bad side I'm at the
spam if you're a good affiliate marketer
and you provide value and you provide
something that helps people and you know
and you promote a product that could
help them it's not bad at all just stay
away from the spammy type of stuff so
yeah there's websites like Clickbank I
have a lot of old videos of us as well
good things probably one of the best
ones go on is find a product you know I
even had a guy once go into some forums
and post his link after I shared a video
he made like 70 bucks just by posting
the link in the forum so just think
outside the box it is also did lots of
ways you can get traffic for this but
like I said YouTube and Google or one of
the main things so affiliate marketing
oh I need on Amazon as well okay and
get errors on products and you can
promote them by making Amazon affiliate
websites people do that stuff as well so
that's that flea marketing probably one
it probably is one of the most lucrative
and best ways to make a passive income
now we have drop shipping with shuttle
fire probably one of the main methods
going around right now once again very
very lucrative and got multiple
six-figure stores doing this type of
stuff pretty much make money while I'd
sleep I'll put up a image of that so
drop shipping is a lots of videos in
this as well it's when you go onto a
website called Le Express or similar and
you find products and then you promote
those products on Facebook or Instagram
or Pinterest or Google AdWords or you
break those products in the Google or
you do YouTube reviews about those
products and you have a store a Shopify
store then what happened is people
purchase that product you put the
details like the address the person
named person phone number whatever you
need to into the supplier that you have
on Aliexpress or a similar website and
they send the product to the customer
can you click the money so you get the
money they send the product to the
customer you don't touch any of the
product very very lucrative arm method
and it is very popular right now and I
have guys in our Facebook group making
tons of money doing this and then quite
a bit of minimus up I have a local store
here in New Zealand and it's a very very
lucrative way to make a money so drop
shipping okay remember that one as well
drop shipping it and affiliate marketing
are very very unprofitable right now
next we have YouTube very very common
way to make money if you were good at
something jump on YouTube and just start
videos mean for example I was very
socially awkward person I hated being
around human beings and I hated going
like to the clubs I didn't like it and I
decided I'm going to start doing YouTube
and I've got my YouTube channel to a
very good amount of scribe just our
subscribers in a short amount of time a
friend of mine just started making
random videos with a cell phone when
you're surfing and now he has nearly
100,000 subscribers now so if you've got
something to jump on YouTube start doing
tutorials and make sure you do tutorials
like if you're going to be doing makeup
how to put on eyeliner how to put on
blush while surfing how to surf put
those how-to keywords in your title
because that's what people search online
how to like this video here you can be
searching how to make passive income

a very lucrative way to make money a lot
of you guys probably know that it's been
around for a very very long time and
people make a full time looking out of
it so YouTube give it you've got a
cellphone now to start recording things
seriously start recording things that
will start slow up the start but once
you start to get momentum you uploaded a
regular basis you use those how-to
keywords you do tutorials you'll start
to get money and your staff to get
subscribers
alright creating a course one of my
favorites I don't actually have a way I
actually have a private course that I
don't really let you learn till it's my
friend
but I work on quite a few courses for my
friends we just the one recently for a
friend of mine she did a fitness course
and in four months it's generated we
just got those are $70,000 in four
months
very very very lucrative business if
you're good at something create a course
and sell that information you have the
right you have created it you for the
timer to create that Deever a good
business model a lot of money involved
and it is a passive recurring income for
you so whether when they're at Fitness
whether you're good at making money
online teach that whether it's good at
you know working on tabs maquette you
can dual mechanics course you can do a
fishing course you can do a beauty
course you can do a course or leadership
on anything okay and you can sell it
whatever you want cheap expensive it
doesn't matter it's absolutely the
marketing and get those sales so create
a course is a very very good way to make
passive income now and a lot more people
are doing it now because it's so easy to
create memberships and to create courses
and what we do for the fitness course as
we get most of our traffic from Facebook
so we advertise on Facebook we figure
out how this profit we're going to make
usually and what we do is we send
traffic to a opt-in page we click the
email then after that they go to a
upsell page with their product them on
it on their list twenty seven dollars
it's a series of free books that we've
created then what we do is we advertise
that course through our email marketing
because we click the email at the start
okay so it's and its affiliate marketing
but it's with our own product I get a
commission from promoting this product
because I have this girl created and I
do a lot of her Facebook advertising for
her so that's my royalty from that
course okay so there's a lot of deals
you can do you can do a course for
frames you can create a course for
friends and and promote it for them and
take a commission if you like just think
outside the box when it comes to that
tubs next we have free lastly once again
if you're good at writing articles if
you're good at doing if you're good at
selling backlinks if you're good at
creating a website if you're good at
something
online you can go to freelance websites
like freelance calm at work calm you can
go to fiverr.com you can go to Concord
bio I think it's called I'll put up some
earnings here my girlfriend in 2015
we're 24,000 dollars from selling simple
free-lance services she was doing
backlinks for people's we've sat on the
flat for five bucks each 16 dollars each
made twenty four thousand dollars and
you know what this was just a test and
it worked out very very well so
freelancing is another great way to earn
an income if you go on fiverr.com and
see some of the top earners they've got
thousands and thousands of orders of
thousands of reviews and they're making
a ton of money so if you're good at
writing articles sell that you're good
at creating websites sell that service
all right on Fiverr
freelancer just go on google and find
freelance website now freelancing can be
a little bit slow and hard at the start
but once you've got up a customer base
then you're going to start to earn some
really good money you get repeat
customers and there comes a passive
income just over and over again
money money money into your bank account
alright so the next one is a very very
popular training method and that's just
pretty much started in 2017 people have
been doing it for a while that it's a
booming now I'm starting a social media
marketing agency what you do is you
contact local clients in your area your
hometown in your country whatever end
you advertise their company for them on
places like Facebook and you charge them
a monthly fee so you can charge them a
thousand two thousand three thousand ten
thousand if you're doing big brands I do
a lot of this myself still at the moment
in my country and I have a team that do
this for me and we make good income from
this so social media marketing agency
learn how to contact people learn how to
do this what you usually do for example
what we do let's say you want to ever
take a health spa or like beauty in
there Sarge type thing right what you
would do is you would create a thing
called an opt-in form and you'll give
away a coupon for this place but hey get
10% off we're going to get the email
that's called a lead so the discount is
the bait you click that you know that
becomes the lead then you advertise to
them later on and basically what you're
doing is you're advertising that company
to the public you are offering a
discount you are collecting a lead and
what happens is that person will
probably go to the place and use that
discount so they make money that way
then that company can re advertise to
those people over and over again and
that brings me to another passive income
stream you can charge them for running
their email marketing campaigns that's
what we do so we have two packages where
she have a few packages but our two main
ones of straight solid Facebook
advertising or second will dual package
where we can do Facebook advertising and
their complete email marketing or then
we make most of the money actually in
the email marketing because we can
charge a lot for that because a lot of
people don't know how to actually do it
properly and we offer that service and
so we do charge a bit of a premium for
that if people choose to do that and
it's usually the bigger companies that
will choose to do you run the email
marketing campaigns usually smaller
companies have learned it themselves and
have time to do it themselves after work
after work and stuff like that little
just little businesses one-man operation
businesses usually tend to learn to do
it themselves but if it's a big company
they'll usually get you to do email
marketing for them so you know social
media marketing is very lucrative right
now and I don't see it slowing down
anytime soon all right next one I've had
a little experience in as well and
building up Instagram pages whether you
do it with shout out or BOTS or however
you do it but build up Instagram pages
fan pages and self shout outs on those
fan pages a guy that I use right now too
I purchase shout outs off people from my
own instagrams they're charging around
around 100 to 200 dollars to a shout-out
and sometimes I'm buying two or three a
day that's just from me so imagine all
the money they're getting from other
people and these are not huge accounts
from 100,000 200,000 followers but
they're the online make marketing niche
so a little more expensive but it
doesn't take long to build up these huge
followings like you can probably do a
hundred thousand and maybe eight months
now you
now that does sound like a long time
right I know it does but anything you
start online with every affiliate
marketing whether it be drop shipping
YouTube cream the course it takes time
it does take time to do it it's not
going to happen overnight so building up
Instagram pages selling shout outs and
become either become an influencer that
if you're in the fitness niche or
whatever you become a kind of influence
that if people pay you to promote
products and all that sort of good stuff
so yeah building up those screen pages
and doing shout out mixes starting a
blog once they get a lot of people and
do this and the reason actually added us
in I was on Facebook just for photos
video and I've sort of post and it was
titled something like how 10 bloggers
made 1.2 million dollars last month I
went on to this it's called an income
report the top two blogs one of them
made a hundred and thirty one thousand
dollars last month and one of the main
one hundred and fifty something class
month and then the next one was like 120
and then went down to ninety thousand
eighty seventy that's a lot of money
that's passive automatic I think one of
them was a blog called pinch of young
it's a food blog I've kind of watched
them rise up from nothing to where they
are now and it's incredible they have
just risen to the top like bosses and
their some courses now then they can an
incredible incredible millions of
dollars a year so blogging now blogging
is very slight the start why we
recommend you do is advertise on places
like we don't advertise but go to forums
and give value and people would actually
go to your blog start to rate your blog
on YouTube and one thing that you
probably wouldn't realize get yourself
some haters because haters spread your
stuff around the internet and get you
popular that's one of the reasons why I
want to my blog I've got a blog word
online.com and now gets over 50,000
visits a month and it makes a passive
income it doesn't make a lot of income
actually cuz I haven't really tried to
use it as a passive income but it makes
a few hundred dollars a month or
autopilot and I haven't touched it in
about throught least three months right
so starting a blog is another excellent
way to create a passive income but like
I said it's very slow at the beginning
and it will be but you can build it up
over time you can create and very good
income with it and just make sure that
well I'll give you some advice for some
that don't have a very large blog okay
here's my advice you can create the best
log in the world you can blog every
single day but your blog doesn't matter
if no one's going to it you need to get
traffic your main goal is to blog at the
start get some content on there but your
next main goal is to get traffic I know
some of the biggest blogs in the game
they're only posted a couple of months
they concentrate on traffic so to do
that you rape your blog in YouTube you
do some I'm sorry your anchor blog and
Google you do YouTube videos like in
this video I'll put a link down to my
blog and some of you guys are probably
going to go to the blog right you do
YouTube videos you go and become a guest
writer or an author on other blogs if
people start to recognize you know your
name they start to google you figure out
who you are you can blog about anything
you can blog how to make money online
you can blog about how to rank with
slacks and Google you can blog that
efficient you can talk about beauty you
can blog about music ah photography you
can blog about anything okay you can
even pay people to write the articles
for you on upwork if you like you don't
even have to write the articles you can
pay someone to do that for you right so
starting a blog a lot of people think
that's like did now it's a very old
method but I tell you what like I said I
stand there article the other day with
10 blogs it combined over 1.2 million
dollars 1.2 million dollars combined in
one month the top bombers make another
hundred thousand that's big money then
it's huge money so blogging is a very
very very lucrative way to make money
online stiller's always will be people
always looking for an information and
once again do tutorials if you're going
to go into the fishing one how to care
to dance at nighttime
how to capture best in a muddy lake how
to catch best in the offseason
how to catch death in the winter if you
have blotted out best fishing how-to
keywords are always winners are people
always looking for how-to stuff so you
figure out your audience you've start
doing those touch
verticals and you will be in the money
in a few months time alright and to to
monetize your blog to make money from
your blog you promote affiliate products
or you have Adsense on there maybe what
is people ever ads and stuff like that
right so we've got two more left
okay I'm sorry this video is very long I

and give you a kind of value write and
publish blocks on line I just finished
writing about 10 pages for a book that's
coming out to the end of the year a very
well-known author is doing a piece on me
in there and I'm going to be promoting
his book form
so here can be making passive income
okay writing and publishing books on
Amazon on Kindle and stuff like that you
know Gary Vaynerchuk one of the biggest
entrepreneurs in the world right printed
books he makes passive income constantly
from books russell brunson he just
brought out a book called expert secrets
he's got a book called dot-com secrets
um and like they make money all the time
they've got affiliate marketers
promoting their books for them so if you
can create a book and get some people to
promote it or somehow find an audience
for your book money once again
information people want to know
information and then we have the last
one which is it once again very
lucrative right now okay I'm telling
your methods that are working right now
not old washed-up methods that aren't
working okay
developing applications not phone
applications applications for websites
so applications workshops like shut up
sorry for platforms like Shopify for
platforms like WordPress very lucrative
right now there's like a big trend in
Shopify applications you don't even have
to be a developer you can go to places
like up work and you can hire developers
to do the work for you you just need an
idea okay put that idea into an
application and you can get passive
income from that alright so that my
friends is ten ways you can make passive
income online and just kind of
developing apps again do research load
because it's not a video is just hiring
someone to
to an opportunity have a game plan you
have a business plan in place but these
are the 10 ways to make sense of into my
mind's that are working right now I've
been an easel in some of these for quite
a long time and we'll go from number one
affiliate marketing dropshipping YouTube
creator course freelancing social media
marketing agency build up Instagram
pages and sales shoutouts start a blog
write and publish books on line and
developed apps all right there terms of
other waves guys but these are the ones
that some of these I have a lot of
knowledge inside do them I don't do any
freelancing my girlfriend did that
develop apps or develop scene that's
coming out but like I've done most of it
so I'm going to finish this off with
some advice for you from an entrepreneur
who has created six figures online in
the last 7 years and this is my advice
to you don't come online thinking that
you can make a ton of money fast ok it
doesn't happen it takes an entrepreneur
an average of 8 to 10 years to start
become comfortable or you know in life
what makes so much money that they're
comfortable it took me around about a 2
or 7 to 6 years probably I guess maybe 8
if I go way back but my advice is to
change your mindset if you think that
and knuckle down on one of these methods
okay and create and then come with that
and then move on to another one and
create yourself a multiple income
passive income streams on line alright
and then you can do whatever you want
you can wake up whenever you want but it
does take hard work first I still work
very hard it's like 10 o'clock at night
right now and I'm doing YouTube videos
why because I want to do YouTube videos
I don't make much money from my YouTube
at all but I do it because I like to do
it this is an actually I make make money
YouTube for me I just do it because I
like to earn and gives me traffic to my
other Facebook work and stuff I do but
there's nothing stopping any one of you
from doing this type of stuff it is
impossible for everybody as long as you
do it right as long as you stick to
methods that are working today okay so
