alright guys welcome back I didn't
expect to have another video out this
early for you but today is a good day
because first of all it's 12:30 at night
grinding as I always do and I was let's
go to Deborah but you know what I'm
going to do up if you're faithful
encounters been getting banned recently
finally okay so um ever since the
Facebook update came out a lot of people
thinking banned for no reason whatsoever
okay no warnings no nothing can you
account back done this happened to me a
few days ago so what happened is one of
my accounts got banned and no drama
because I don't really care I have
multiple counts going and I do push the
limits on Facebook quite a lot so I was
kind expecting something to happen
but what caught my eye is i inner them
and said what's up and they're like hey
you know your first IDI set what will
add that was the problem
I broke some guidelines and I thought
okay it said that weird so I went in and
that advert had been running for seven
months and it wasn't breaking any
guidelines at all so you know the back
and said you know what's up is something
running for seven months is not breaking
any guidelines and they're basically
sending some generic crap saying we're
not going to give you a count back they
wouldn't give me a reason so I kind of
crafted a technical technical Cine this
is a legal kind of email and basically
he's got the information out of them so
I was going to I also let it go but what
what caught my eye is the seven months
edgert was at the top of my account and
basically I thought well it just seems
like they went in there found the first
advert and said that was a problem and
be running for seven months straight
so how could that be the problem their
system should have picked it up
beforehand it was breaking the
guidelines so my email worked apparently
and this was kind of lines up with my
friends accounts as well
apparently now since the update um now I
don't know if this was happening
beforehand I don't think it was what's
happening now is if your entire an
account gets quite a lot of negative
feedback you know a to Mueller action
elated negative feedback you know people
go in and say hey this is misleading on
your app Facebook will ban you or doubt
in your warning because they want to
give users the best experience and I've
noticed that I kind of compare my
account with other people's accounts
that have been getting banned and it's
the exact same thing negative feedback
so what you do is you go into your
adverts and you put some negative and
positive feedback columns and I guess
the only way to beat those guys and if
your adverts are getting a ton of
negative feedback a really high negative
feedback is maybe change your targeting
or maybe it's got a message it or maybe
just change something um because since
the update Facebook's been doing a
massive sweep and they're basically is
looking for any excuse to band counts
right now for some reason and that seems
to be one of them now if you notice
youtubers I've just brought out a new
function where if you see an advert now
you can click like or dislike it's the
same kind of concept now I don't know
thing we're down in accounts but what
these two platforms are trying to do now
is give users the best experience so of
course if the user doesn't like an ad
and that account accumulates a ton of
negative feedback well they're probably
going to ban it or something cause
they're not going to show your adverts
as much which is a bad use of us do
they're not show you adverts as much but
now their damning goes I went through
the process in the last two days and
it's exactly what it is too much
negative feedback and on this particular
account there was quite a bit of
negative feedback and on their advert
though so basically they gave me a whole
general thing like generic bunch of crap
saying that when I could give your
account back and stuff and then when I
challenged them basically said hey you
have to give me a reason why you are
banning my account they finally gave me
a reason so I just wanted to get that
out there for you guys having trouble
with your accounts if you've had trouble
with your account recently getting
banned just challenge them because you
know there's actually nothing I can't
find any writing any way of saying that
they can
in your account because of that now they
can see a platform that can do whatever
they want but if you just challenge them
and you know if your accounts really
important to you that particular account
wasn't important to me the only thing
that was a pain would be trying to
revive that seven-month campaign because
it was very well optimized and going
very well but now I gather to come back
so I'm good but um yeah just if you have
account problems look at your negative
feedbacks now apparently there's a
relevance thing as well I don't think
this is true though because Facebook
can't has been you because you have low
relevance apparently relevant score now
as well and has been for a while if you
have a lot of relevant score but I don't
think that's correct I think it's more
the negative thing okay negative um
within a course that there doesn't think
the relevance but you know you can still
have high relative to ads
and a lot of negativity okay guys just a
quick one here but my advice is to
challenge Facebook if they can't give
you a reason why you're banned
Keller's them because the people you're
contacting adjust a generic support team
they don't know anything about their own
guidelines funnily enough because that
seven-month advert was not breaking any
rules that they picked so what happened
is some generic support guy went in
there said hey what it's going to take
the first advert and we're going to say
that this is the one that got his
account banned when in fact it was the
entire account in the negativity on an
account alright guys so um I'll see you
