hey this is Ryan Hildreth and right now
I'm about to show you five businesses
that will pay you they'll literally hand
you a paycheck for either one thousand
to five thousand dollars okay and anyone
could do this any age any gender any
race it it doesn't matter where you are
in the world these businesses right now
I'm gonna tell you how you're gonna be
helping them out but it's all gonna be
online so it doesn't matter your
location it doesn't matter your age I
literally taught one of my students was
a 12 year old in San Francisco that
landed two clients two businesses that
were paying him $1,000 a month so he was
making $2,000 a month as a 12 year old
okay which is insane so I'm gonna show
you exactly right now five businesses
that you can go approach okay you can go
approach online you could send them an
email you can call them if you if you
don't look live in this city that I'm
gonna search for these businesses which
is gonna be Los Angeles so if you don't
live in the Los Angeles area that's fine
you could be in New York you can be in
Europe it doesn't matter where you are
in the world as long as you have a phone
or internet access to be able to email
these businesses okay so what I'm doing
right now is I'm doing a search for
businesses that are paying for
untargeted advertising okay and why do
businesses need advertising well if
you're an entrepreneur you're you know
you're looking to make an extra side
income what would that income do for you
okay I want you to ask yourself that
first what would this income do for you
could it pay for a vacation that you
always wanted to take could it pay for
rent could it help you out in some sort
of way well this is this is an
opportunity that that I started out with
okay and this was the first business
that I built that was generating me a
six-figure income okay and it wasn't it
wasn't easy you know it wasn't easy road
to start off with there was a lot of
learning there was a big learning curve
actually effectively go out and and sell
to these businesses my service but I'm
gonna show you
some businesses that will be glad to pay
you for advertising okay in helping them
get more customers
okay businesses need more customers to
thrive they need more customers to be
able to pay the people that work for the
business to be able to you know put food
on their tables so these businesses
right here what I'm doing is I'm
searching for businesses that are paying
for Yelp advertising which is very
unfortunately it's very untargeted okay
and these these businesses are paying
for advertising that they're not able to
get data from they're not a table to get
build an email list from so and they're
paying a premium for this type of
advertising whereas if they were paying
for Facebook advertising which is highly
targeted right highly targeted data
trackable you could see all the
analytics you can you can see okay I
spent this much in ads and I generated
this much money from it or I spent this
much in ads and I got this many emails
from it so that's why I search for
businesses that are paying for Yelp
advertising because it's untargeted and
you know that they're already paying for
advertising so they have the budget they
have the money to spend because they're
either spending anywhere from $300 a
month to over a thousand on a contract
with Yelp okay and that's most of my
clients that I got for my agency when I
first started out were Yelp advertisers
because I knew okay they're already
spending money on advertising so it's
not gonna be harder it's not gonna be
hard to convince them like hey you know
you should spend money on Facebook
advertising you know because they're
already spending money right they're
already spending money they already have
an advertising budget so they understand
the power of advertising and marketing
they care about their business and they
want it to grow it's harder to go to a
business that's not spending any money
on advertising and try to convince them
to actually spend money because you have
to convince them of the ROI okay but
right here so what I did is I went on
Google okay and you're gonna type this
in you're gonna go to Google and you're
gonna type in Yelp then quotation watch
video close quotation the city that
you're
the city that you live in or you know is
near you
I'm gonna quit Los Angeles California
comma California plus restaurant okay
and these are five businesses that you
can call today you can email you can you
know maybe connect with the owner on
LinkedIn these are businesses that are
paying for Yelp advertising they have
the budget and you can easily convince
them that and show them that Yelp
advertising is untargeted and you know
convince them to instead of paying a
premium for Yelp maybe pay 75% of that
to you and you manage their email
marketing sequences you manage their
Facebook advertising okay so the five
businesses that came up were in a lot of
these arrested these are all restaurants
okay and the reason I say restaurants is
because most restaurants have the budget
okay if they're a thriving restaurant
they have a lot of customers and they
have low ticket items meaning anywhere
from you know a $10 plate to a $30 plate
right of food so the turnover rates very
quick like people come in and out of the
restaurant they're you know spending
anywhere from 30 to 60 bucks depending
on how many people come in so I like
restaurants as a client there it's very
easy to communicate the ROI that they're
gonna get and it's very easy to get more
customers into a restaurant because you
know people want to try new food ok so
these are five businesses right here you
could you could contact Desert Rose
restaurant you can contact Vito
restaurant our monta restaurant and the
fifth one which I'm gonna go over is
this gypsy cafe okay awesome business
we're gonna go I'm gonna click here and
go to their Yelp I already have it
pulled up here this is their Yelp okay
so gypsy cafe is currently paying for
Yelp advertising they're probably paying
around $1,000 a month and they're
probably on a contract of some sort and
you could see that right here this
business as a Yelp advertiser if we
scroll down okay they're open from 11:00
a.m. to 2:00 a.m. so they're open late
which is great they serve awesome you
know Mediterranean food and the thing
that I like about it is as a hookah bar
okay so I've been to hookah bars
lots of
people go in and out of these hookah
bars and they're spending anywhere from
you know thirty to a hundred bucks just
for a hookah and a lot of people that do
come in and smoke hookah they're you
know ordering food and you know they're
very social they're in a good atmosphere
right everyone's happy listening to
music and it's just a positive
atmosphere and it looks like this cafe
is doing very well for itself so you
know that they do have the money in the
budget to spend okay on advertising you
can get them more customers you can get
them more people into their hookah bar
you know ordering food and just having a
good time so this is gonna be an easy
you know Easy Company to you know talk
with the owner get into contact with the
owner via email or cold call and
communicate to them that hey you know
you're you're wasting money on Yelp
advertising I want to show you I want to
run some Facebook advertising campaigns
that can get you a higher ROI meaning we
are gonna be able to track how many
customers are seeing your advertisement
and then coming into your cafe and
ordering you know food or hookah from
you okay
we're gonna be able to track that
through our Facebook advertisements Yelp
you can't really track that you know and
you can ask them don't tell them that
hey you're wasting money but you can say
you can ask them an open-ended question
like how many customers this week have
you gotten from your Yelp advertising
and that's not a trackable answer you
already know the answers of that but
they're gonna say oh well you know I'm
not very sure okay and then you could go
ahead and tell them the benefit of
Facebook advertising and how you can
track all that data so what I like to do
is and this is what I would do every
single you know every single day that I
got home from school and I was just
starting my my agency was I would find
businesses in my local area that I can
go approach you know in person but you
know you can also do it through email or
cold call so that's why I'm saying you
can call this business today essentially
and I know that's the hardest part okay
I know that you might be uncomfortable
with approaching a business or calling a
business owner and
might be nerve-wracking at first and I
just want to let you know that every
single time I get a little bit nervous
okay so I'm right there with you I'm not
like this super overconfident person and
it just doesn't faze me at all it's
always a little nerve-racking to go into
a new business and you know talk to an
owner that you don't know and then try
to sell them on a service right but
think of it like this you're providing
value you are you know gonna benefit
their business so you not going to these
businesses is doing a disservice to them
because they need your help okay they
need your help
and you know also think about what's the
alternative okay if you don't go out and
approach these businesses and get paid
an extra 1,000 5,000 per month and you
know generate possibly a six-figure even
seven-figure income if you scale it to
that size what's the alternative okay
are you gonna work a 9 to 5 or are you
gonna you know maybe do something that
you don't want to do in life but if
you're an entrepreneurship if you're you
know an entrepreneur and you're looking
to build a business there's no other
alternative you need to go out and
approach these businesses and this is
one that you can call today that will
gladly pay you okay they will gladly pay
you so we can go onto the website check
it out this is what I like to do I like
to print out a page of their website and
you know even kind of talk about it with
them so if you're calling them over the
phone or you're sending them an email
you know send them a little business
audit maybe take a screenshot of their
of their website and show areas that
they can fix like this is their website
right when you come to this page it's
just this there's just a number and an
address and the title of the business so
I'm not saying that you know their stuff
is completely horrible or anything like
that okay this they're probably thriving
as a business but there's more efficient
ways to an optimization that they can
add to their website to their business
to just increase the ROI increase their
sales and help more people right have
more people come into their business and
enjoy that atmosphere of you know a
social atmosphere enjoying Mediterranean
food and hookah and like all kinds of
stuff so like that's what you need to
communicate
okay they're gonna be making more money
okay that's great as a business owner
like business owner what's wrong with
making more money nothing
what's wrong with helping more people
and having them enjoy your cafe that
like you know you wanted to you had this
vision to create this cafe to you know
have a great atmosphere and have so many
people enjoy it why not help more people
right so enable to in order to reach
more people you have to be running
Facebook Ads and you have to be have an
email sequence like have some sort of
email marketing there is no email
marketing on this page okay right when
you come to the website there should be
a big like thing right here a big box
that says you know enter for a free week
of hookah and dinner right enter a
raffle for a free week of hookah or
dinner put your name your number in your
email okay so there connect there
collecting emails which they can then
you can then run an email automation
sequence keeping people up to date with
the newest offers communicating with
them putting social proof of like of
pictures of people you know at at the
restaurant so they need some sort of
email capture right here that's the
biggest issue I see with this website
okay and this it's the biggest advantage
that they could add and just up their
business tenfold okay is they're not
collecting emails okay those are
potential every person that comes onto
this website let's just say a hundred
people come onto this website per day
they're missing out on a hundred leads
that they could follow up with okay so
they need an email capture right here
and they need some sort of their social
media buttons right here so people who
go check out and engage with their
social media okay then when you scroll
down then they have their weekly
specials they should be emailing their
weekly specials to people not just
expecting people to come to the website
and see them okay so the website is just
you know it definitely could be
optimized and there's definitely ways to
improve okay gypsy cafe their Instagram
is great they have tons of look at this
like there's people coming into the
restaurant they have tons of social
proof like people having fun
people dancing people smoking hookah
people having a good time look at that
like all this social proof right great
content awesome content gypsy cafe but
only you know only 534 people are seeing
it right and not all of these followers
are gonna see it because the Instagram
algorithm sucks and you know likely for
instance let's go to their most recent
post which was three days ago that's
another place you can help them out with
make sure they're posting every day you
can post content for them every single
day
only 67 people saw this okay and they
were offering $3 beers all day 15
hookahs until 8 p.m.
out of those 67 people I guarantee they
only got maybe a 1 percent conversion
rate because I'm in business and I know
that you know my conversion rates are
anywhere from one to four percent one
percent of 67 people 67 views is yeah
that's like about one less than one
person but obviously that's not a so one
only one person saw their their you know
post and then probably went into the
business right imagine if their posts
reached you know a few thousand people
right then they have you know three or
four or five people coming in then
imagine if you can get them you know ten
thousand or more views then you have
like hundreds of people coming in right
so this is they obviously they don't
have anyone managing their social media
like on a daily basis they don't have a
live video going on they should have you
know Instagram stories being posted
stuff like that and that's what you can
help them out with so and we're gonna go
to their Facebook which i think is great
they have tons of good reviews you know
but they're their posts their last post
which is great social proof they have
videos literally videos of people having
fun at the cafe only got one like okay
so that just goes to show you that you
know there they need help with their
social media the business owner doesn't
have time for this he's making money or
she's making money he or she I don't
know they're making money but they can
always help more people and increase
their profits and revenue by you know
increasing their
audience increasing their user base
right and you need to help them out with
that because they don't know obviously
they don't have time for that
they're busy you know running their
business so you can easily go out there
and let them know hey the thousand
you're spending on Yelp what we're gonna
do is instead of spending that on Yelp
we're gonna spend that on Facebook
advertising you can they can pay you a
check right they can give you a check
for a thousand and you can easily tell
them well we're gonna use an additional
$100 to run Facebook ads and the
thousand is gonna cover my services
basically me managing your social media
posting content for you running your
email marketing sequence and also
following up with your leads okay simple
simple thing you're following up with
leads your DMing people on Instagram on
their Instagram your posting for them
they pay you a thousand bucks a month
plus an additional 100 if they want to
pay for Facebook advertising so that
doesn't take out of your profit okay so
very easy if you don't know how to run
an email marketing campaign if you don't
know how to run Facebook advertising if
you don't know how to set up and I'll
see things like this that you know
