where I show you how to write content

how to structure articles were to get

ideas what to include into the articles

and everything you need to know how to

populate your website with content

before you start promoting your articles

and products and start getting

let's jump right to it here we are on my

laptop and welcome again guys to Amazon

affiliate marketing for beginners video

series and this is video number four

part number four where I will show you

how to write content and fill your

website in order to promote your

products successfully so without further

ado let me just jump right to it and

behind this screen you will see all the

secrets about today's video here we are

so I will explain the general structure

of the website what kind of articles

what kind of content you will have to

publish on your website and let's say in

what kind of style and how to write it

as well and then I will show you the

technical part how to actually publish

update your blog your week's book that

you already have if you haven't got if

you haven't build your website yet then

check out my previous video the video

number three out of this series where I

showed

in detail step-by-step how to set up a

professional-looking website with weeks

I will add a link in your upper upper

right corner so we can just click and

watch that video if you still haven't

worked it so let's continue as a minimum

I will explain you the minimum content

that you will have to have before

starting promoting how to promote I will

show you in one of the future videos

maybe no the next one may be in one you

will have to have all these articles

that you see on the screen and let me

explain it one by one first of all you

will have to update your About section I

showed you that we have to have it on

the website and they showed you how to

edit in my previous video let me tell

you one thing that the general idea of

the website is to have it like to have

this kind of personal website a personal

website where you as a person sharing

your personal experience in your niche

with the products that you're promoting

so in my case my product you know my

niche is running and my products are

running shoes well in particular trail

running shoes so I present myself on

this website in a ball section as an

owner of that website as a person who

has experience with buying trail running

shoes with using them and and so on the

the person who already went through all

the steps gathering all the information

how to buy them how to choose them what

are the differences and so on so forth

so in that About section I will write

about myself about my experience you

basically have two options the first one

presents yourself with your real name

share explain and describe your personal

experience and your background if you

have one I mean if you have experience

on the background in that Indonesia

that you're promoting and with the

products that you're promoting on your

website but if you don't have one then

you can just make up a persona character

that will be let's say as a owner of

that website and is there is will will

be thinking that that persona is a real

person - has their experience so either

way we don't want to go a commercial way

to write a faceless let's say commercial

kind of like website without soul in it

that's why if you don't have your person

experience you can make up a persona or

character and write from that but like

personas name what exactly it's right in

that About section it's totally up to

you but think of it this way that the

bass section will be on top of your

website or in a visible place and this

will be literally the first thing that

every visitor will see and read so you

better write something engaging

something personal something maybe

touching some kind of emotions or

something really catchy but don't all

think too much if you get stuck just

write at least something and then you

will always be able to get back and

correct or rewrite it so the next step

will be to write the main the base

article 2,000 to 500 words along so this

article is pseudo like ultimate buying

guide you can even call it like put a

title this way for example trail running

shoes

the ultimate buying guide 2018 and in

this article you will have to include

all the main subtopics as a subtitles so

you put a subtitle for example how to

you the structure of the article it will

be approximately the following after the

main title you will put some

introductory into

action we're just introduction to like

trail running for example but in my case

in your case you will have your own

niche and your own project so

introduction part about the niche about

maybe how it's important to choose to

get the right guide before buying this

product and then like literally one or

two paragraphs then go subtopics of

buying guide and subtopics look

approximately this way I mean it will

also depend on the product that you're

promoting because one product may

include something that doesn't include a

like something that is not relevant to

another product so but the majority of

products will include for example how to

choose your product in my case trail

running shoes types of trainer running

shoes what to pay attention to when

choosing or let's say what to consider

some kind of considerations and how to

take care how to care for for trail

running shoes then review top models

will say usually it's best sellers from

teeth from 3 to 5 but don't forget to

mention your favorite out of the ones

that you mentioned and this made article

you have to write one pet product type

the product type what I mean by this for

example my website is not only about

trail running shoes but is about running

shoes and trail running shoes its

products type or category so for this

product type for trail running shoes I

will write one article one this main

article buying guide there the massive

one then I will write one article it's

from step number two reviewing top 10

like from my top 3 - top 10 best sellers

best products in this category and then

in step 3 I will write from 3 to 5 I

supposing articles or detailed review

our review type of articles for each

product individually from 800 to 1000

words all these the this whole structure

will be only for trail running shoes

then if I will decide to include to add

a new product product type product

category to my website in my case it

will be for example a running shoes for

flat feet or running shoes for treadmill

or running shoes for a marathon sounds

something like that then I will repeat

each one of these steps for new product

category but to begin with a one product

category will be enough the only thing I

will recommend you to go with the most

popular one you will find out why it's

better to start with the most popular

products in your niche in the video

where I will be showing how to promote

this product then step number three come

supporting or review articles it's

totally up to you which one to choose

you can basically write some supporting

articles and some review articles by

supporting articles I mean it can be one

of the subtopics subtitles of the main

article and yeah or it can be something

different I will show you how to find

more topics for sub subtopics subtitles

for the main article and for supporting

articles as well it's really easy I will

show you how we can find them using free

- the one that I showed you in another

video or you can write a review article

in this case you can actually take one

of the top one of the products is that

you already include included in your top

list and review in more details so the

tool that I mentioned before how to find

more topics and subtopics from

in article or for supposing articles

it's called q''-word dot io you probably

have seen it in another video and how to

use it it's like really stupid simple

all you have to do is type in your

product trail running shoes press enter

and here come out all the results of the

suggestions and now you have to go

through the whole list and choose the

most relevant and the most probably

popular requests and searches is

basically searches what real people are

looking on the internet so some of them

are more popular other ones are less

popular so you can include some of these

questions into subtopic of the main

article or write a supporting article

based on these questions now how to

write articles festival as to the style

of the articles exactly the same as I

was telling you about about me section

it's better to write articles as a

letter to a friend I know about in 21st

century

nobody writes letters to friends anymore

so let's imagine you will be writing an

email so just maintain this kind of

casual language I mean not too casual

without slang words and and stuff so but

think about one of your family members

or friends as if you are writing for

them a guide a buying guide of the

product that you want to promote and yes

this basically will help you to maintain

their the general vibe of the article a

friendly vibe now I know that one of the

main concerns will be how to write

articles about the products that you are

not familiar with or if you chose a

niche that you don't have experience

with and you

kind of don't have anything to share and

nothing to write about

so for this what I typically usually do

in these kind of situations I set a

timer for an hour for example like

approximately then I'm googling this

product and I read it during one hour

everything possible maybe watching some

YouTube videos reading articles reading

similar guys have buying guys and and so

on and then after this hour I closed

Google all these sources that I was

checking and I open a word document and

I just start typing I start typing and

I'm typing and typing everything that I

remember about this product all the

information that I just gathered let's

say filled my head with and I just spit

it out everything into the words in in

the word document without even editing

just like pure text everything the the

kinda I don't even bother with the

punctuation signs or symbols or anything

I just put the the solid text maybe just

put periods just to separate their

sentences and then after I finish after

my head is empty and I don't have

anything to add I just start editing it

changed some words changed some phrases

add some information if I was not sure

about the let's say some numbers some I

don't names or such these statistics or

some something really technical and

specific then I can go to Google and

just double check it the worst that can

happen is you copy/paste someone else's

article and publish on your website you

can get penalized you can get sued you

can you can get a lot like into serious

trouble and I really don't recommend you

in doing that apart from Google

obviously one of the best sources of

infant

is Amazon itself since we're promoting

Amazon like products from Amazon then

you can just google trail you can google

your shoe your product

I mean search on Amazon your product and

for example this one so you search a

product that you want to include into

the article then you scroll down and

first thing that you want to have a look

at is questions section this section

Amazon included some few months ago yeah

actually maybe a year or something and

just go through all the questions so

check out these questions and answers

this is a great source of information

and then you go to customer reviews not

only customer reviews but you want to

read through both and good reviews and

bad reviews I think that's it as to the

content writing generating content for

your website now I want to yeah I will

show you examples of articles how they

should look like and a couple of

websites I will give in a second just to

consider as examples but before that I

want to show you how to update your

website so as I told you at the

beginning in the previous video I showed

you how to build a Wix website so this

is the website that I built I showed you

how to build in in the previous video

I've built it in like within 10-15

minutes with a few clicks and look how

professional and neat it's looking it

looks so yeah if you still don't have a

website just check out my previous video

so how to update it first of all let's

update About section I'm not gonna

update it but I will show you how to do

that because this website are built just

to show as as

or how to do that I don't want to sure

like explicitly show although like the

website that I'm promoting because then

everyone is copying like literally

copying everything even like articles

and then pictures and everything so yeah

in the video at least in three videos on

my youtube channel I don't want to show

my websites that I'm using for my

affiliate marketing journey to update

about section let's go to manage site

then edit site so here we are on our

website and all you have to do this is

our About section click Edit and right

here here's the text of About section so

here is about text you can type it right

here or you can just copy from another

source where you already wrote in the

document or a text file and that's it

now to update your blog on your main

dashboard there is a blog so you just

click manage blog so you arrived to blog

section and right here you can see all

the posts so these last two posts the

the samples the ones that you get when

you create your website with weeks it

just creates a couple of kind of example

sample posts and this posts I created

just to show you as an example so first

of all the sample posts is better to

delete them just click trash and it will

move to trash it will just delete them

and this one if you want to edit if you

already for example created your blog

post just click Edit and right here you

just paste your article don't forget to

include pictures you can include the

better like it's best to include

products that you're promoting pictures

but you can include other pictures as

well for example in my case since I'm

right

about running shoes I include not only

pictures of the shoes from Amazon like

like these ones but I can also include

pictures of someone running and for that

it's really easy week's offers you three

pictures royalty free that you can use

on week's website all you have to do

this click image and weeks will open

this kind of window and go to free from

weeks and right here all the sections

all the categories of the pictures and

you can also search it in my case it

will be running and it will find all the

pictures that are available in their

free gallery so you can choose any of

these pictures and that to your article

to your website really easily then

publish post and it will be published

now when you want to write a new post

just click new post and it will be the

same process as we were editing so

that's it with weeks and now I want to

show you a couple of examples of the

websites to consider when you will be

writing and creating content for your

website one of the these two websites I

actually showed already in one of my

previous videos I think when I was

showing how to do keyword research so

pic mache vidcom it's one one of the

best examples how to write articles when

you want to promote a fear I'm like with

Amazon affiliate program and as you can

see it includes the main the main title

and then there goes subtitles key points

this article is a review articles not a

main article like not a buying guide and

this is a great way how to drop your

affiliate links to Amazon right here

they put

price and availability here however I

usually add check price on Amazon here

because people like Amazon Amazon has

raised reputation and people when they

see check price on Amazon they can you

know it's a great trust factor they know

that they will if they will click they

will go to Amazon and not to blackhat

shady website that sells whatever here

is not a link to Amazon click here to

read customer reviews on Amazon I

actually used this phrase exactly as

it's written it works wonders because

people always have curiosity to read

real reviews and especially these are

reviews on Amazon because on Amazon

people kind of tend to leave unbiased

real-life reviews

unlike some review websites where people

are writing articles just to sell as

much as possible and they said yeah you

can include video it's also a great

thing especially if you can create one

if you cannot create maybe you can check

some cool videos or promote promotional

videos on YouTube or something just make

sure that they don't take your customers

away from you and then at the end some

pros and cons usually pros are kind of

major and really solid reasons to buy it

and combs usually are kind of minor like

just to let your readers know that

you're kind of not biased and like not

try to pull them to buy and you know and

then at the end of the article I highly

recommend you to include the overall a

conclusion let's say and give your

general feedback so the second website

as an example is ten beasts it's

it's a website they basically review ten

top ten products in the niche in the

category and they happen to have also

electric shavers reviews and they do it

in a little bit more commercial way

because they create a comparison table

with buttons and all that stuff you

don't have to bother doing that so
