you do this through affiliate marketing
well basically building an email list is
like having real estate okay it's like
having digital real estate when you own
a house or you own an apartment building
right that house or apartment building
is going to go up in value over time can
we both agree on that owning real estate
is an investment it goes up in
appreciation overtime goes up in value
over time so you can sell it later on
for a you know $500,000 profit or a
million dollar profit or you can keep
that house and rent it out to people
that want to live in it and make you
know thousands of dollars every single
month because someone is paying you rent
well it's the same thing with an email
list the bigger your email list grows
the more products and services you can
sell to other people to people on your
email list now you don't have to have
your own product to sell on an email
list you can do what is called affiliate
marketing all of the biggest brands have
affiliate programs like Apple Nike
Amazon right they all have affiliate
programs and what that means is when you
refer a customer to them you're going to
get paid a commission when that customer
purchase purchases a product like for
instance Amazon they pay a 7% affiliate
commission so if you have a website like
you have a review website and you talk
about some of the things you use at home
like maybe this water bottle right here
this water bottle is that
Liyana amazon if I were to review that
on YouTube or even just post about it in
a Facebook group and someone clicks on
my link my affiliate link and purchases
it I'm going to get paid in affiliate
Commission now there's a secret way to
be get paid every single month on

is a strategy that I just you know I'm

products out there that people have to
purchase over and over and over again
like like toothpaste for instance right
someone needs to paste every single

page so you collect the email and on the
next page you give maybe a training

include your affiliate links beside the
video so that you're making passive
income you're adding value to people's
lives by sharing how you lost weight or
how people are losing weight in general
utilizing specific fitness supplements
and I can guarantee that those fitness

can guarantee that each one of those
brands has an affiliate program they

you have your opt-in page you're
building your email list people are

follow up with those emails with those

but make it consistently and

you're building an email list let's just

always be valuable because that is
communication with customers people who
have credit cards and buy fitness

for two days that's completely passive
income I'm spending money on Facebook
ads to sell my product and also do
affiliate marketing and build my email
list so I'm not even you know I'm not
even doing the work I'm enjoying my day
making videos going outside driving my
car and doing all the things that the
passive income lifestyle has to offer
