advices how to choose a domain name for
your affiliate website after you decide
what your website is going to be about
it's the right time to choose a domain
name for your website you basically have
three options first one is exact match
domain name the second one is partial
match and the third one is brandable
domain name so what are the difference
between each of them exact match domain
name means that it's basically more
related to micro niche websites that I
was talking about in in the video about
affiliate marketing basics and
explaining what micronized websites are
small website with only few articles
usually around ten or sometimes even
less and this is basically a dying
technique how to earn money online with
affiliate marketing and when it was
working really well
people usually were choosing exact match
domain so Radia was to choose the main
keyword phrase of this website for
example if you if the main keyword that
you wanted to rank this website would be
how to lose weight then you wanted to
register a domain how to lose weight com
exact match that would match exactly
your queue the main keyword phrase and
then of course you would publish few
other articles how to lose weight with
exercise how to lose weight at home how
to lose weight dieting and so on but the
domain name would match exactly your
main keyword that you wanted to rank
the most back in the day a few years ago
maybe even a couple of years ago still
it was the case and the and Google was
giving quite high priority to this kind
of exact match domain names and was and
was ranking them quite well just because
they had exactly mashing domain name to
the keyword that they were trying to
rank for now it's not the case anymore
and Google can even penalize some of the
websites at least they officially were
claiming that they released an update
that like four there are algorithms that
they would start penalizing exact match
domain names in Google search so it's
not either way even if you will not get
penalized it's still not worth it
because it doesn't give you any kind of
like boost or anything like that and it
also works let's say in a negative way
because it will be quite quite difficult
to promote your website on forums in the
communities and let's say in other
places other than Google the second
option is partial match domain name that
means that the main keyword that you
want rightful you basically take part of
that keyword part of that keyword phrase
and add something let's say another the
second part of your domain name would be
something more let's say brandable as an
example if you're going to wait for
snitch and your keyword phrase will be
how to lose weight or weight loss for
people with diabetes
you could choose weight loss mastery or
weight loss Academy or something like
this
that would include weight loss and help
identify for both Google and your
visitors what this website is all about
but at the same time the second part it
doesn't exactly match with any of the
keyword phrases that you want to rank
for this way Google will not penalize
you and this way it will be far easier
to promote your website and create a
brand around your website and the third
option is brandable domain name it's it
can be something similar to partial
match domain name because for example
weight loss mastery it can be also quite
quite brandable as a perfect example of
purely brandable domain name I can give
you avocados calm it's spelled like
avocado but with you at the end instead
of oh these guys as if I'm not mistaken
they their website is about all fitness
or yoga something like this but as you
can see there is not much in common with
avocado don't think maybe yoga people
eat like people who do yoga eat more
avocados or something like you know so
yeah you can come up with something
absolutely even not related to your
niche but it doesn't have to mislead
your visitors for example if you if your
niche is going to be about Fitness you
can't really name your website as I know
a purple carpet calm because people will
think in the that your website is about
carpets but it's not so it will be quite
misleading and it will work against you
couple things you have to consider when
you're choosing a domain name I really
highly recommend
4.com domains not dotnet not org or not
any other ones
it just looks professional yet simple
and it will not create any kind of like
mixed perception of your visitors and
people on the Internet we're in the like
policy in the community where you will
be trying to promote your website
another thing to consider is it's better
to avoid any kind of hi any kind of
hyphens symbols or even numbers in your
domain name it just sometimes it can
work really well for you and create even
more let's say a unique brand name for
you but usually especially when you also
don't have a lot of experience it there
is a chance that it will work against
you and it will not look as let's say as
solid and decent as you expect it to be
now I know from my personal experience
that choosing a domain name it can be
quite time consuming if you feel stuck
and you just run out of all the ideas
what your domain name for your new
website can be and you're not happy with
those ideas that you came up with
already there are two tools that I'm
using for myself in these kind of
situations that helped me to generate
some fresh ideas and name I and come up
with with a domain name for my new

probably a top result with with a link
to that generator and the second tool is

similar way
you usually have to provide at least one
word for your domain name usually in
this word is really all it's related to
your niche or a certain word that you
really feel that you want to have it in
your domain name after you press
generate button it will generate all
sorts of options not only options for
your potential domain name but it also
will show only those domains that are
still available to to register to buy
them and yeah all you have to do is just
go through the list of those generated
domain names and choose one and voila so
after you decide what kind of domain
name you want to have it's time to buy
it and the service that I personally use
is called namecheap.com I started using
Namecheap ages ago
when I started learning myself how to

feel it marketing in general and yeah
since then I never had any problems
issues or anything like that they also

mistaking with every single domain that

protection for one year for free so I'm

choose any other one like GoDaddy is
quite popular as well or I don't know

have a motivation to look what kind of
options the right to buy domain names
but there are a lot all you have to do
is google domain name registrar
and then you'll see all the possible
results

recommend you to use one single service
after you choose it this way you will
have all your domain names in one place
it will be easy to manage them so that's
