when you're choosing a niche and these

of events that are happening from time

to time in the world you want to have a

niche that is constantly popular

throughout the year without changes good

knitting gardening well knitting is not

ever a good example because it's not

very lucrative these are conditions that

have them on throughout the year

regardless of any other conditions the

reason for this is that it takes time to

rank your website in Google it usually

takes a few months and it also takes

time to promote your website to

establish reputation Authority in the

community of your niche and you want to

be sure that the niche that you choose

will still be in demand by the moment

you start getting some attraction and

visitors to your website the second

point is you want to choose a niche that

is broad enough the reason for this is

that since we're aiming for for the long

term business model affiliate marketing

business model you will need to have

let's say a potential for the growth of

your website of the content it will be

also easier to promote

in other like in the communities in

social media and in other blogs it will

be easier to find the places to comment

and I promote your website on the

internet if you will choose any that is

extremely narrow from one thing from one

journey I made mistakes and I was going

for niches that I thought of that they

will be was a easy to rank and promote

and they were quite interesting for me

but at the same time they didn't have a

lot of potential to monetize

tattoos for example it would be quite

easy to promote a Tanish because people

who like tattoos who make tattoos they

usually are quite passionate about the

tools and they especially in social

media it will be quite easy to get

followers they will like your pictures

and material that you'll be promoting

but at the same time there is not much

of a potential to monetize this niche

because you cannot really sell a lot

maybe only some high catalogues

collections of tattoos but they don't

cost a lot of money and you will only be

getting a few cents from every sale on

the other hand if we take the same

example of skincare niche it's one of

the great examples of needs to be

lucrative and niche and that has great

potential to be to monetize skincare

it's quite passionate niche we

especially for women women spend a lot

of money on all sorts of creams masks

and these creams also cost quite a bit

of money there are obviously some cheap

versions that not that don't cost too

much money but I know there are some

creams that cost around 100 dollars each

and every bottle especially if we're

speaking about anti-aging anti-aging

creams or natural base skincare creams

and so on so a bit more specific let's

say so yeah and also you can find these

kind of creams not only in one place and

not only in one affiliate platform but

in various and along with this you can

promote some other things to take care

of the body

and to take care of the hair and some

makeup and all other things that are

related to skincare

so the point number four you have to be

interested in the niche although this

point is not let's say mandatory to

succeed you can choose an image that is

lucrative and has great potential but at

the same time if you are not interested

in the niche it will be quite difficult

for you to succeed when you're doing

something because you feel that you have

to do it and you don't have a lot of

interest then it will be quite easy for

you to find some kind of like to

procrastinate to find some other things

to do like checking and checking out the

phone messages some memes on Instagram

and watch the videos on YouTube you know

or like another episode of some kind of

TV series that you're watching on the

other hand when you are really

interested in the niche it's something

that you're passionate about then when

you are building business around it

writing content choosing products

sharing the information with others in

the community of the forums it's

something that fascinates you it's like

part of your interest and part of your

passion and it's you don't feel that you

actually are working on it like you

don't forcing yourself to do it you are

doing of course having let's say

business development in mind like

building the business but at the same

time you're enjoying the process and

because of this you're more keen to

spend more you're more of your free time

on the development of your project and

you put more effort invest more time

maybe money on

is needed and it just something that you

don't have to force yourself to do and

because of this your business will grow

a lot faster and more efficient you will

have a natural interest in your business

and you will be interested not only in

making money but you will be interested

also in let's say giving value to people

delivering the quality of information of

products and so on it will be just not

only faster and better growing business

but it also will be of higher quality

business so I really highly recommend

you to choose a niche that you are

interested in and the fifth point is you

have to be familiar with a niche

although this point is not mandatory but

it's highly recommended let me explain

you why when you're familiar with a

niche by this I mean you have knowledge

and your personal experience which is

even better it will be far easier for

you to develop this business to run this

business in this niche it will be easier

for you to generate content it will be

easier for you to participate in the

discussions on forums in social media

promote your website on

question-and-answer websites like Korra

or Yahoo Answers maybe even create

videos for YouTube and so on you won't

have to pay for for the content you will

not have to pay for promotion of your

website you can do it by yourself and

you have enough knowledge to do that you

can just take a piece of paper or open a

Word document and just type in a new

article for your website it will take

you only a few moments of your time

and your article will be ready to be

published on your website why it is not

known that really though the thing is if

you're choosing English that you are

interested in but you still don't have

enough knowledge or experience then it's

time to start getting this knowledge and
