video I'm gonna show you a special tool
I use to find thousand dollar per month
clients and how to get these businesses
to pay you a thousand or more per month
to manage their social media so let's go
ahead and get into this I haven't done a
social media marketing video in a while
but these are the exact tactics that I
used to get land clients for my agency
so why do businesses need your help I
think that's the biggest thing the
biggest question that a lot of new
people that are getting into making
money online or you know social media
marketing they ask why do businesses
need my help
and if you stay till the end of this
but let's go ahead and get into this so
the number one reason is that most
businesses out there are neglecting
opportunities to generate more revenue
okay they don't they're not online they
don't have social media or maybe they do
but they're not they're not really
growing that or not focusing on their
social presence so that's the number one
reason but also businesses can't grow if
more people don't know about them okay
so how can a business grow if they're
not constantly reaching new people if
there's not new clients coming into the
business and then number three is that
most businesses don't even have a
marketing strategy that's a key question
that I asked most prospects when I go
into their business and I talked to the
owner I asked them you know what is your
current marketing strategy and most of
them don't have one most of them if they
do have one there they say that they pay
for you know mailers and the in the
newspaper stuff like that and all of
that type of advertising you know print
advertising is very old-school it's it's
not targeted and you can't really define
how many people you're reaching and how
many sales you're generating through
that type of marketing so I'm gonna show
you if you're a beginner you're new to
this or maybe you tried to dabble into
social media marketing I'm gonna show
you the tool that I used to find social
media marketing clients very easily and
then I'm gonna I have a special offer at

businesses are easiest to land as a
client and get paid
now this is a good question to talk
about to is which businesses should I
approach how do how am I gonna land a
client and get paid easily you know what
businesses are gonna be willing to pay
me for those types of services like
social media management and the best you
know the best niches that I found thus
far are low ticket items okay you know I
had a real estate client back in the day
and you know it's hard to generate it's
it's more expensive to generate targeted
customers clients for a real estate
agent because it's gonna cost more so
usually if you're going with a real
estate agent which is a great niche but
usually you have to go with the ones
that are you know have a little bit more
money to spend on advertising because
it's gonna take a little bit more money
to acquire a lead so I just want to get
you you know easy clients right now that
you can just get started
get paid get experienced and I found the
businesses with low ticket items are
easier to get conversions for to get
sales for write to get the more
customers so it's easier to sell your
services to them okay so restaurants are
great is a great niche to do social
media marketing for okay to manage their
social media and get paid doing it
restaurants are great low ticket items
on the menu anywhere from you know zero
to a hundred dollars per item depending
on the type of restaurant if you're
doing a higher-end restaurant obviously
they have more expensive dishes but it's
gonna be easy to get them traffic okay
and get them new customers that will
purchase food okay because you know
couples whatever like to go out and try
new things try new food and restaurants
are great you know a great niche to
advertise for so restaurants juice bars
I found are good as well because a lot
of juice bars aren't they're not chained
they're not a chain juice bar so you can
they're usually like family-owned or
maybe there's one or two locations so
those are good to you know do social
media marketing for low ticket items
family owned gyms are great because
these are definitely not chain
you know family owned so they can do you
know they can do social media marketing
tactics and kind of go with your
services that's what I found you if you
go to like a corporate business one that
has you know thousands of locations
usually they can't you know modify their
marketing tactics so I'm kind of showing
you the best businesses to go to so
restaurants juice bars a family-owned
gyms chiropractors and spas are also
great because they're they're not
they're like mid-range ticket items but
once they start getting more clients and
once you start getting them more sales
you know that value shows so they're
they're willing to pay you more so more
than a thousand dollars per month so how
do we succeed with social media
marketing okay a lot of people are like
oh you have to know exactly how to run
Facebook Ads and you know retargeting
pixels and all this technical stuff but
really you just need the repetition of
going out and actually actually landing
a client okay that's the hardest part
okay so once you land the client you can
figure out how to you know run Facebook
advertisements and retargeting pixels
and email marketing campaigns and you
know my special offer at the end will
show you exactly how to do that so don't
even worry about the technical aspects
right now because most people aren't
going out in approaching clients they're
not going out and approaching five to
ten prospects per week at a minimum okay
so this is exactly how to succeed if you
want to succeed in land clients that
will pay you upwards of a thousand
dollars maybe even more maybe even five
thousand you have to be going out in
approaching prospects okay you have to
be going to these businesses talking up
the talking to the owner getting to know
them build a relationship because the
first time you go they might not go with
your services but maybe you check back
in you follow up with all of them in one
or two weeks and you just check up on
them you know sometimes they'll be
willing to kind of hear what you have to
say and maybe go with your services so
approach five to ten clients and I'll
show you exactly how to you know find
these prospects very easily
really
in your local area so you have to follow
up with all them as well I know a lot of
people that get started out they give up
you know they go approached three three
businesses and they get rejected and
they're done right they quit they say
I'm done with social media marketing I
can't do this anymore
but really if you start them it's an
it's all a numbers game if you approach
if you approach a hundred clients you're
bound to get to land at least five of
them at least five to ten okay so you
know you have to build that up and if
you approach five to ten per day your
chances of landing a client are gonna be
that much quicker okay so don't be
nervous it's just talking with people
it's just talking with business owners
and building your sales skills now that
is the biggest the biggest advantage of
doing this because look these skills
that you're building if you're going out
and you're finding these clients that
will pay you money that will pay you
cash to manage their social media you're
building your sales skills and that is
something that will never can never be
taken away from you and will last for a
lifetime if you know how to sell you
will never be broke okay you will always
have money on the table
you'll always be making money because
you know how to sell and that's a skill
that you know can't be taken away from
you so let's go ahead and pull up I'm
gonna pull up Google okay and this is
the tool that I use to find local
clients okay we're we're gonna type in
quotation Yelp watch a video there we go
watch a video and then we're gonna go to
Los Angeles California and then add a
plus restaurants okay there we go and
I'm gonna click on that alright and now
these are all the actually these are all
the companies that are currently paying
for Yelp advertising okay and Yelp
advertising is in my opinion untargeted
in old-school as well it's a great
system to use but you shouldn't be
paying for it I think these restaurants
you know should definitely pay for
Facebook advertising which is more
targeted you can get leads
generate leads and know how many leads
you're generating from the dollars that
you spend so this is a tool that I like
to use is called the Yelp tool to find
rut you know local businesses that are
paying for Yelp advertising which is
untargeted and very expensive so I'm
gonna go down to Desert Rose restaurant
this one right here and this is a this
is one that you can approach today these
are all you know clients that are paying
for Yelp advertising in LA you don't
necessarily have to live in California
to approach this client these are all
are all prospects in LA that you can you
know they're paying for advertising its
untargeted so you can help them out in
that kind of way so this is Desert Rose
restaurant I've never been there
but it's in LA this is a client you can
contact today you can call them by phone
you can email them and they're currently
paying for Yelp advertising if we go
down we can see right here this business
is a Yelp advertiser okay so they're
paying for this 15% off your meal it
desert rose that's a good thing to know
so they have a current you know they
currently have an offer for 15% off your
meal so that's something to keep in mind
when you know sharing how to help them
out with their website so we're gonna go
to their website if we go here it's you
know it's a decent website it's it's not
the best they're not collecting leads I
mean if you go down click here to become
a VIP that's where they're collecting
emails okay and most restaurants aren't
utilizing email marketing okay
if you collect emails for them those are
potential leads those are potential
people that might come in to the
restaurant and if you manage their email
marketing you know and you're sending
out emails for the restaurant on on
their current offers 15% off your meal
maybe they have a special on Friday
maybe they have a happy hour and you're
constantly contacting these people you
could generate sales for them okay and
and it's very easy to do so this is a
you know this is Desert Rose and one
thing that I would tell them is hey a
free tip kind of a free social media
marketing strategy for you would be to
have your 15% off offer right here and
collecting emails
okay so it would be like you know leave
your have download a 15% off coupon off
your first meal and then a little space
where someone could submit their email
and then you send them the 15% off
coupon so now you have their email and
you didn't have to pay for it right you
didn't have to pay for that lead and you
could constantly contact that person
through an email marketing campaign okay
so that's a quick fix they can make on
their website we could go to their
Instagram obviously you can see you know
they don't have many followers they're
following a lot more than they have
following them their last post was four
days ago so obviously they're not you
know they don't have someone managing
their social media if they do they're
not doing a very consistent job I'm not
saying they're not doing their job but
they're not consistent they should be
posting every day they should be growing
their Instagram via $5 swipe up ads
right $5 story ads and you know very
easy tactics to help them grow their
social media and get them more sales
okay that's the point you want to get
them more customers coming in to their
restaurant and giving them money so that
they can give you money to get them more
customers right so a very good
restaurant to approach and you know
contact their owner and and see what you
can do for them okay so again if you are
you know not afraid to go out there and
approach clients like this approach
businesses and build your sales skills

doing this over and over and you feel
you don't have the technical skills like
the Facebook advertising and the email
marketing campaigns and what do I post
