what's going on guys welcome to today's
videos so in this video we're finally
gonna finish that click Minh campaign
that we started in the port once so you
know if you haven't watched the part 1
make sure you do that because in that
episode I actually did the campaign the
whole landing page and everything so if
you don't watch this it's not gonna make
sense but yeah so what we're gonna do in
this video is I'm gonna mainly focus on
Facebook ass so you're gonna see exactly
how we run Facebook ads and I'm gonna
get a good idea of how I run things when
it comes to do Facebook ads and one more
thing before we start you know I know a
lot of you are waiting for the final
episode of the the automated website
series that we started a couple of
months ago so finally that one is
actually coming out in the next couple
of days as well so if you're waiting on
that that's gonna come out soon alright
guys so let's get it started let's show
you exactly how I do Facebook ads and
share a couple of cool Facebook ad tips
with you as well while we do this all
right so let's get it started
alright guys so let's go ahead and start
the ad and talk about Facebook guys a
little bit so again I got the Kois
funnel here just let's go through it
real quick you know this is something
that we created if you remember we did
in the last video so yeah it's just you
know it's a simple four five question
quiz that leads to a fleet link
quiz so we're gonna use a tool I'll
explain while we do it to create a
nice-looking app for this as well
alright and the tool is camera this is
gonna allow you to create a nice graphic
for your ad it's a free tool you can use
it just go go to canva.com and sign up
for it alright so let's go ahead and
create the ad now on right now this is
my staging account I think I've talked
about staging accounts a lot in my
youtube channel a staging counselor
basically accounts that we use before we
running the main ad in order to test
everything this way what we do is this
this actually allows us to keep our main
account safe so this way we do actually
lose the main account because imagine
you know you have a good account you
have a bunch of ads running everything's
working fine and
you're making it on money and then you
end up creating an ad that is kind of
against Facebook's Paul terms ads policy
and then you know they end up banning
your account and just lose all the good
campaigns so that's what you don't want
to do that you don't want you want to
have multiple eyes account and test it
on the ones that you know you're willing
to lose and then after that go to
laughter everything is what everything
is fine you know you test it for a while
you move the same ad to another account
to your main account basically so yeah
so that's the idea here so let's go
ahead and create a campaign I'm going to
do a traffic campaign right and let's
call this quiz 88 much of why called the
Kois codes 88 but whatever so let's give
it a daily budget I'm gonna start with
$10 day and less yeah actually not that
ten dollars is not enough not I mean
this again this this is your budget but
I usually do to 2025 one of the another
rule that I have is I go I spent the
exact same amount that I'm going to make
if I make it sell all right
so for example I'm I don't remember how
much we're gonna make on this one but I
a remember it was a $25 so we'll just
put it on 25 may be that you know if we
make a sell we're gonna make $25 so
we're just gonna make the TV ad budget
that we spent on this whole day so the
rest is pretty simple you know that's
the lowest cost you want to go with that
as scheduling on run out all the time
you can do that the thing is you can't
edit the ad scheduling with daily
budgets so if you want if you want to
edit that you got to do life don't budge
another thing is ad scheduling in case
if you don't know that means that you
can rehab your ad run on a specific day
on a specific time of the day that's the
idea here
all right delivery type standard you can
change that as well and but not with
this with not with this bit strategy as
well so yeah so continue let's give it a
name here
I don't care about that actually let
that state alright so this is where we
get to the interesting stuff right so
one of the things again these are my and
based on my experience one of the things
that I've learned is that you always
want to have a single placement you
don't want to just overdo your placement
so this is really important you know
placements are where your ads are going
to show
I usually disable Facebook audience
that's working I think is if you want to
do audience and with Network you have to
do it separately that's something I'll
always do all the instance work in case
if we don't know what is that it's
basically ads banner ads or everything
else that are shown outside Facebook
maybe on apps on websites stuff like
that usually it's apps I guess I'm not
really familiar with this but yeah if
you want to do it you gotta do it
separately Instagram it's fine you can
leave it there but I usually disable my
sent messenger and audience because you
want to do them separately again it's
the idea because the ads are really
different format the messenger and you
just want to make sure you design an ad
specifically for that all right see you
so let's go ahead and after we do the
basics here I want to go back and do the
audience but hold on let me just do this
simple stuff here so Facebook newsfeed a
marketplace I'll let it stay for now
video we're not doing a video ad so that
doesn't matter right column sure it's
you got an explorer well let it stay
stories yeah well that's fine mmm I'm
not a big fan of instagramming stories
if you don't have anything super
engaging
you know usually videos are great for
Instagram stories but beside that it's
pretty hard to get people to click
because it's a quick ad really so
in-stream no search no you don't want to
do that in article no this is the this
is not actually on Facebook so it's
basically the Facebook audience Network
that's
something I've been disabled so the rest
is pretty simple right link clicks
that's what we're looking after
optimizing for there are a lot of
different options you know landing page
views daily unique impressions and
impressions they need you to reach an
impression I think is these like
specially the landing page views this is
something you want to do if you get
enough data you know if you have the
Facebook pixel on that page and you're
you you have enough data so and you
tracking conversions because in this
case we cannot really track conversions
so so yeah so that's not a good option
so we're just gonna go for links now
let's go to the good stuff which is
audience all right so this is where you
really got a you have to really think
okay you really have to think about this
one so location let's go ahead and add a
couple more I'm going to go with the UK
as well there you go
and age we're gonna change this to two
and then that this is where you got to
actually think now you can actually use
Facebook audience insight tool that's
something I usually do because um that's
gonna give you a lot more data
especially on audience affinity but in
this case since we're doing it quick I'm
not gonna be getting to that okay that's
a whole video by itself I'm actually
might make a video about it so I'm just
gonna go over 30 okay genders I'll just
go for a woman and detail targeting this
is where we gotta actually just get
clever all right now one of the biggest
things when it comes to facing targeting
is not just tackling audiences directly
now let me explain so for example you
know you could go for the basic stuff
right like you could say hey we're gonna
target people who are interested in
weight loss right so yeah
that that could work possibly right but
another clever thing you can do is you
can actually target stuff that are not
that that or these people are looking
for in their free time or they do they
do it for fun for example let's say
someone is looking into weight loss
think about it what else they would be
interested in they would be maybe
interested in running right maybe in
some cooking shows or whatever you know
just think about it that's like that's
how you got to think so this way you can
target stuff that they're interested in
more than just their actual niche and
many do this you actually know paint a
lot less because like the big niches
such as like make money weight loss and
the dating and stuff like that if you
want to tackle them directly that's
gonna cost you a little bit more but if
you want to save money and also be more
clever and do better targeting in your
ads you can actually target stuff that
they are interested in ok so again let's
see if you can find some running stuff
running interest there you go that's not
bad
see if we can actually limit that it's
still a big audience obviously we need
to have this like under two three
million usually I mean I've had
audiences that are just up to 25k 30k
but again it depends on your niche you
want to keep it fairly broad but not too
broad let's see what else and you can
actually narrow down or exclude as well
so let's narrow I'm going to add the
weight loss here okay and let's think
about another things I see we just
really narrow this down so 380,000
people who are into extreme weight loss
at the same time or into running see
guys this is how you narrow it and I
think this is good enough we can test it
now obviously I'm gonna make a video
about testing as well against I'm gonna
make two enough
the video about two of these things and
not gonna be the part three but just
like a quick video so make sure you
subscribe to the channel but about
Facebook audience inside and also about
and about just like optimizing your ads
after running them for a while so stay
tuned on that so yeah we're just gonna
stick with this for now and see how it
goes and see the audiences all right you
know it's kind of broad not super broad
but most tested basically all right so
there's a lot more when it comes to face
with that you can do that I'm not gonna
get into I'm gonna actually do this in
future ads all right so now next one you
just want to select the page okay and
then actually see I'm gonna choose to
your master class page because that's
the page I really want to go for um yeah
so just stick with that alright let's go
ahead and create our ad alright so this
is where we add the stuff now what you
want to do is you want to go ahead and
create your create a nice image for your
a so in this case I'm gonna use canva
I'm gonna use Facebook ad there you go
and just actually not blank I mean you
can choose blank and just choose a
template for it doesn't matter so let's
choose a template I see you're gonna
find something nice the thing is it's
none of these with some of these
templates they actually have too much
text in it so you gotta be a bit careful
when it comes to just editing this test
and stuff and editing the text basically
mmm let's see this could work
alright so healthy recipes yeah this
could work actually so let's see if we
can drop some get some stuff now the
thing is one of the things that you want
to do with your ads this is a tip for me
you want to have consistency meaning
that when they read something on your ad
like the headline the picture or
whatever and then you land on the page
then each day there needs to be a
resemblance okay so this way they know
they're in the right place for example
you don't want to say on your ad
20 pounds in 20 days and I'm in a deal
and it's gonna say 10 pounds in 20 days
you know again you just want to have
that consistency and make sure you have
that thing going on here so they know
exactly they're in the right track right
they click they were getting what
they're clicked on right so yeah um so
let's see let's actually ungroup this so
what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go to
elements see if it can look something
there you go
like more healthier look with a more
healthier look that's the idea here
let's delete this there you go mmm and
the thing is healthy recipes is fine mmm
let's delete that
I could work now the thing is weight
loss ads are a bit tricky on Facebook so
we'll see if this gets approved we got
to be careful you don't wanna be too
extreme you know that's actually turn
this there you go
yeah so I'm just gonna go with a safe
bet
so here's why so one of the things with
putting this take this actually this
sentence here so take the quiz to learn
more the idea here is to get them ready
to just tell them hey what you're gonna
get you know they're it's not because if
we say lose weight or something they're
gonna expect a page with a landing page
or a text that tells them exactly what
to do but we sit when you say take the
quiz they're gonna know if you click on
this ad it's gonna actually ask us to
take the quiz
so that's idea here so yeah so I'm just
gonna keep this clean simple let's
download it and don't just download the
jpg and let's see how it goes all right
all right so that's that so let's go
ahead and upload this here at image
and let's see how this is going to look
because this is another thing that I
really care about is how the ad actually
looks on Campbell actually there's an
option to create for Instagram Instagram
ads as well if I'm not wrong Instagram
post it you can just do that as well a
portrait that's basically the same you
know just Instagram at so yeah you can
actually create for that as well so
let's continue and there you go so the
image is added alright so now let's go
ahead and just add the text now this is
where you gotta some spend spend some
time and just think about what you want
to say so I'm just gonna copy the URL
for now and there you go right and what
I'm gonna do is I'm gonna pause the
video though comforter twice so I'm
gonna pause the video real quick and
work on this text ad and then I'm gonna
explain the reasoning behind like each
of these lines and everything gonna be
back all right okay guys so I'm back and
I just finished the ad text and
everything so let me explain so one of
the things we want to do are at least
what I do when it comes to setting ads
about weight loss is just keep it a
little bit you know keep it a little bit
or general like just don't hit a point
specifically in this case because we're
focusing more on the actual a cooking
recipe part of it because that's the
whole product that's that's what this
product is about right just the cooking
recipe more than the diet itself so
that's something I just wanted to
emphasize on and just have some weight
loss things in there so they know okay
these recipes are basically for weight
loss so as he says take the text or
primary textures take this ten-second
quiz to get ten healthy recipes that
matches your diet this you know if
someone is into great loss word they
know that hey
is basically what it is so you can
actually get creative with this add more
text if you want but I usually start
with something really simple see how it
performs so headline that's this is the
most important thing usually people with
what people pay attention to like they
kind of skim through the text really and
then they'd look at the headline and and
then description this doesn't show here
I guess this shows on the right column
there you go yeah so this shows right
here or actually no I've no idea where
it shows its sphere they used to show
below the headline for some reason it
doesn't anymore anyway so yeah so
display link doesn't matter you can call
it change the call to action I don't get
this song written it's not needed learn
more spine and then tracking if you have
a pixel installed you can actually track
in this case I don't have a pixel
installed you definitely should do that
I'm going to add the pixel right now
after this video all right guys so yeah
that's pretty much it so just want to
click confirm and this is gonna just
give it like a couple of hours until
they approve your ads and then your ads
are gonna start running guys I just
wanted to add this quick segment to talk
a little bit about what I'm gonna say
what I'm gonna teach you guys in next
video because there's a couple of things
that we left out because I just wanted
to get this ad done and just show it to
you show you guys the basics of it but
there's a lot more to talk about and
we're gonna talk about some of them in
next video one of them is gonna be
audience insights because this is a
really great tool I should definitely be
using it so I just want to kind of talk
about this one a little bit and then
we're gonna talk about a be testing this
is another one because the thing is one
of the things you can do with a be
testing is to just basically I'm not
sure why this is not showing no ads but
one of the things we can do with AV
testing is to basically just have
multiple ads here okay and then just
test them against each other that's an
important thing obviously when it comes
to free you guys you definitely should
do that and then we're gonna talk about
longer ad copy as well important stuff
and then I'm gonna actually talk about
pixels as well important to just track
your conversions and
using everything so we'll talk about
this stuff in next video guys I guess
