today I want to teach you how to make
money online using YouTube and small
channels many people think you've got to
have a big channel you have to be
generating a lot of views to be making
six even seven figures online well I'm
going to debunk that myth today and show
you a step-by-step process that you can
use to find a market find a niche solve
a specific problem in that niche and
then create content around that niche
and have success fairly quickly so if

you before we get started with in this
tutorial I want to show you what I've
been able to do in just one affiliate
income stream using and leveraging the
YouTube platform just over the past few
months and even over the past year I'm
here logged into my stripe account you
can see up here Josh elder that's in
fact my username here for this merchant
account I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna
click refresh right here before I do
that real quickly because I know it's
gonna reset these numbers because it's a
brand new month today is May 1st 2019 in
the past month I did 50 1200 $18.48 in
the month before that March 1st to March
31st I did forty six thousand three
hundred four dollars and forty-five
cents and yes this is all profit for
those who you guys are wondering I get a
lot of people in the YouTube comments
asking me okay well what was your profit
margin like this is all 100% pure of
profit - a few hundred dollars and you
know expenses for autoresponders funnel
building software's and just tools that
I use to track remark my cells are
coming from so you could probably say
that 99.9% of my income is all profit
but you kind of get the idea here so let
me go ahead and refresh this this is
obviously legitimate and let me go to my
year-to-date numbers so you guys can see
what I've done year-to-date from January
1st to May 1st and again this is just
one income stream I'm not going to show
you my other affiliate income streams
and bore you with more numbers I just
want to show you that this process works
no
to inspire you so my net volume from
sells a hundred and seventy thousand
dollars that I've been able to generate
since January 1st 2019 so been doing
really really well with YouTube
obviously I'm not guaranteeing that you
can make this type of money from the
get-go I have built up a pretty decent
following starting from small channels
earning my first six figures and now I'm
almost doing six figures per month I've
dollars per month since January of this
year which is pretty dang cool so if
you're just looking to make your first
six figures or your first seven figures
then this is a great way to start is by
creating small what I like to call micro
channels so let me show you exactly how
to first you know find out what market
you want to go into pick a niche and
then solve a specific problem because
that is the key the key is not to create
a bunch of ambiguous content on one
channel the idea with a micro with a
small channel is to focus on one
specific problem and then create
numerous pieces of content around that
one problem that's being solved and if
you can't create numerous content around
a specific problem then you're probably
in the wrong niche you might have an
idea where you create a couple pieces of
content and it's really not scalable so
you want something that is somewhat
scalable when it comes to solving a
specific problem so number one you want
to go into a market a market of course
can be anywhere from health wealth and
relationships again a market is just a
large group of people and then a niche
is a group of people within a market and
then you have like sub niches which is
kind of that specific problem that you
would be solving in a niche but I want
to make this simple I want to make this
easy for you I want to show you some
numerous examples that I have right here
on screen I'm just gonna zoom in a
little bit here so you guys can see this
so number one decide on what market you
want to go into obviously the big three
or health wealth and relationships pick
a niche within those markets those
markets are
proven to have a lot of money being made
a lot of people say don't go where the
competition's at yes go what are the
competitions at but then carve your own
blue ocean carve your own you know a
problem so to speak that you're solving
within that specific niche that no one
else is solving or maybe they are
solving that problem but they're not
solving it in a specific way and that's
exactly what we want to do so I'm going
to show you guys some numerous examples
get your brain churning give you guys
some ideas because I know this is a
problem for a lot of you is deciding on
what niche to go into you know I
probably struggle for a few years just
trying to decide what niche to go into
at the end of this video I will kind of
give you or offer you a business in a
box that's gonna give you a niche it's
gonna show you what specific problems to
solve and how to solve those problems so
I'm gonna train you on how exactly how
to do that and that's for those people
that may be like I have no idea what I'm
good at I don't know what my expertise
is I don't know what niche to go into so
I understand those of you that are in
that situation so at the end I will give
you the opportunity to pretty much have
me help you build a business show you
what needs to go into show you what
problems that you should be solving
you'll be able to pretty much
carbon-copy my business so the niche
that the first example that we're gonna
you know kind of go into is the make
money online niche and so this niche is
a niche that I went into after
struggling for many many years after
trying multiple things online I decided
okay I've been buying all these products
and I've had some results but nothing
like life-changing yeah I bought an SEO
course here I bought a Kindle publishing
course over here I made a few hundred
maybe a few thousand dollars but I
didn't have a lot of success with it so
what can I do you know through those
successes those failures I did buy a lot
of products that were just complete
garbage and I spent and wasted a lot of
money on these products so I figured you
know what I could do is I could help
people
just the products that will actually
help them make money online and stay
away from the products that won't help
them make money online so the whole
purpose of the channel that I created
was to help people avoid rehash scams by
actually purchasing some of these
products spending my own hard money
hard-earned money on these products and
then doing a comprehensive review and
then giving my final verdict and then
leading people in a direction that would
actually help them and a product or
course that I personally had success
with that would actually help them and I
made my first six figures by doing this
and that was my honest online marketing
channel it used to be called real I am
reviews but I recently changed it a
couple weeks ago because what I want to
do is I want to be able to talk a little
bit more about other things marketing
within this channel so what you can do
is you can start with you know a micro
channel you can even change the name of
that channel and then go into other
topics within that specific niche so for
example to make money online niche one
problem being solved is helping people
stay away from scams another problem
that's being solved is maybe helping
people start their own affiliate
marketing business it's both in the same
niche but we're solving different
problems and that's exactly what I plan
on doing with in this specific channel
right here so I'm at the phase where I
really want to branch out and I've kind
of exhausted or somewhat gotten bored of
talking about just online marketing
reviews and I want to talk more about
how to actually start a business for
affiliate marketers or how to scale
their current affiliate marketing
business within this channel so what you
could do is you can start by solving one
specific problem and then what you could
begin to do is as your channel grows you
can start to go into other niches and
you can solve different problems within
those niches too now the idea is to go
into you know niches that relate with
your current niche so you don't want to
be talking about you know network
marketing in one channel and then you
know all the
and start talking about fly-fishing
honey that's that's not going to make
sense that's not gonna work but if I'm
talking about something that has to do
with make money online like I talked
about affiliate marketing and then I do
some product reviews in the make money
online space those are somewhat
intertwined in somewhat related so for
about five years I simply just did a lot
of different reviews based around mostly
online marketing products helping people
stay away from online marketing products
that don't work and also I did some
network marketing reviews here as well
and so you can see video after video not
a lot of these videos have you know a
lot of views and they don't need a lot
of views to generate a lot of income and
the reason for that is is we are
targeting people that are ready to buy
something okay because they're looking
for a review on a specific product
they're not at the beginning research
phase they're actually towards the end
of the research phase and so because of
that we can actually take less views
less subscribers less people and make a
lot of money doing this so if you're
starting out and you're struggling to
build your channel up it's probably
because you're not solving one specific
problem you might be talking about one
topic one day and then a totally
different topic
the next day focus on what your vision
is for the channel what specific problem
you are solving and then create
consistent content that solves that
specific problem right if you're
marketing to everybody you're marketing
to nobody and when I first got started
online that's exactly what I was trying
to do I was trying to reach a broad
range of people I was trying to like of
course I'm in the affiliate marketing
and make money online space and I would
just create videos about how to make
money online how to work from home and a
lot of these topics they are saturated
there's a lot of competition there so
what you want to do is when you're
getting started you want to talk about
subjects and topics that don't have a
lot of competition
and once you start having success with
those less competitive topics then you
can start talking about more competitive
topics because your channel will be
growing you'll be building more
authority with your channel you'll be
uploading more consistently and YouTube
will reward you for that and so when I
had a lot of success and I kind of hit a
ceiling with that that real i.m reviews
channel which is now honest online
marketing I decided to create my own
branded channel here and you know this
is where I piggybacked off of my success
of that real IM reviews channel and I
would take my success from that channel
and I would document how I'm having that
success on this specific Channel right
here so you could do the same thing with
any niche out there if its weight loss
if it's beauty you can start with a
micro niche and then you can create a
more of a a broad channel that covers
more of the of a broad niche and take
the results from that previous channel
and document those results on your
primary channel and so I've been doing
that seriously for about a year and a
half I've been pretty much consistently
posting at least a few times a week and
I grew my channel from 3000 and you can
see it's all the way up to about 46,000
people in a matter of you know about a
year and a half so it's amazing how fast
your channel can grow when you're really
clear on what problems you're gonna
solve and you can see other students of
mine a recent success is Karen marrow
and she's a perfect example of what I'm
talking about in this video and right
now she's kidding anywhere from you know
40 subscribers a day all the way up to a
hundred subscribers plus per day and she
does exactly what I and what I show in
my inner circle program so if you want

business in a box I actually showed her
the niche to go into I showed her the
problem to solve
I showed her the video topics to talk
about and she took that she went out
there and she ran with it and now she's
generating between five to ten thousand
dollars per month because of the
training that I illustrate and the first
few months she can attest to this the
first few months she really didn't take
this as seriously as you know she could
have after those first few months she
finally know after seeing different
successes within our groups she finally
took the bull by the horns she started
taking action and she's been doing that
consistently and I would say in the past
about six to eight months of solid
action she generated a nice five to ten
thousand dollar per month cushion so

yourself doing a lot of work to make
very little how would you like to be
able to create income from just a few
videos a couple videos maybe you decide
to create ten videos a month and you
find out that those videos are resulting
in a $10,000 per month income right I've
seen people do it what if you just put
up one video a week and that one video a
week ends up creating an extra $2,000
per month income if you create the right
videos around the right topics you can
have success fairly quickly now again
this isn't guaranteed that you're gonna
create success like Karen are gonna
create success like myself right but I
will say if you take the information you
take action on it you will get the
result so how do we actually make money
from these videos and it's very simple
we create a video around a specific
topic
around the problem that we're solving in
my case I did a lot of you know internet
marketing product reviews and what I
would do is I would obviously give my
honest review and at the end I would say
hey this is probably the product that
you should go with instead of the
product that you may be looking at and I
would have a link in the description of
my video I would even have a little
watermark right here and a lot of times
like with this video I just shot this
video with my web camera on my Mac you
can use your iPhone if you have an
iPhone you can even just share your
screen if you don't want to show your
face and then at the end just like I did
in this video you have a call to action
telling people what to do next
those people would go through what's
called a sales funnel and a sales
process if you're not familiar with what
that is don't worry I actually helped
you set all of this up in my program but
essentially someone will fill out their
name and email address on this page they
will be sent to the offer if they decide
to purchase the offer I will get
obviously a commission off of that right
and it's really that simple and I'll
just rinse and repeat that process and
so regardless if you are you know in the
beauty niche and maybe you're showing
women how to do specific hairstyles for
women that have curly hair right or
maybe you're somebody that is you know
in the network marketing niche and you
want to help network marketers bring
their business online and get more leads
and sales through video because you have
experience with video and you also have
experience with network marketing so you
could really communicate to that crowd I
also saw another niche channel that
helped entrepreneurs reduce their tax
bill by going offshore and actually
getting other passports and even
changing their citizenship to another
country so it's really cool to see the
different niches the different problems
being solved out there on the internet
you just got to be super clear that is
the key of this video be super clear on
what problem is being solved and there
will be no competition if there's a
problem that you want to solve that's
already being solved out there in the
marketplace how can you do it
differently how can you do it better and
once you identify that man success is
right
on the corner so with that being said I
