and in this video I'm gonna show you how
to make money on Instagram through
affiliate marketing utilizing the swipe
up feature now this is a fairly new
feature that Instagram introduced about
2 months ago and I did receive this
feature and I want to show you how to
utilize it for affiliate marketing
making passive income online so here we
are on my Instagram profile and as you
this is when I was introduced to this
swipe up feature and I'll show you how
to get to 10,000 followers later on in
this video but for now let me just show
you how to make money through Instagram
utilizing your following your community
and obviously we have a theme based
around my Instagram right might be ms
luxury lifestyle entrepreneurship so
what I do like to promote is my movement
watches this is an affiliate program one
of them one of many affiliate programs
that I joined because I do enjoy their
product and a lot of people don't know
about movement watches so I wanted to
share that with them so what I'm gonna
do is go to the home page I'm going to
click on the little at the top left hand
corner I'm going to go to camera ok and
we're gonna utilize Instagram stories as
you can see me here so what I'm gonna do
I'm gonna flip the camera around I'm
gonna take a quick picture of my
movement watch ok let's get some good
lighting on this take a quick picture
boom movement watch and what I'm going
to do as you can see right here at the
top top of the screen this little link
right here ok most of you might not have
this but when you do reach 10,000
followers you will have this little link
to where you can click on that and then
copy paste your affiliate link which
will direct directly to whatever
affiliate offer you're trying to upsell
whether it be you know and it could be a
product maybe that you sell that's not
an affiliate product maybe it's your own
product
ecommerce product and you're just trying
to get the word out there so what I like
to do is press preview link to make sure
that it goes to the direct site that I
want it to go to to make sure the links
working perfect goes to the movement
watches home page and I'm just gonna
press done and basically what you're
gonna what you're gonna want to do is
provide a call to action so swipe up to
checkout movement watches okay and oh so
watches wrong okay there we go so swipe
up to checkout movement watches you can
you know do whatever you want add a
little add some little tags right here
maybe this litte tag haha I like that
right there so what I'm gonna do is
press add to my story okay and that will
be part of my story now so you know and
you can analyze how many clicks you get
by going to this top tab right here
you're gonna see this little bar chart
okay and once people start clicking and
actually swiping up on your insights
you're gonna be able to see that and the
only way to get insights is to have a
business profile so I do recommend
switching over to a business profile as
well but as we can we can go down here
go to stories and actually actually what
I would do is go here click on my actual
story swipe up and you can see how many
link opens as you can see this last post
that I posted had 39 link opens okay and
then that would basically tell you how
many link opens you get let's let's go
back this is usually how many link opens
I get I get upwards of a hundred and if
I'm doing this every day and I get one
conversion from movement watches that
that could be 10 to 20 dollars per day
if I get one conversion so this is a
powerful method to use for affiliate
marketing utilizing the swipe up feature
which is only offered to people who have
ten
and followers or more so if you don't
know how to get to 10,000 followers

to grow your Instagram community your
following and share some of the products
that you enjoy using now the hardest
question is the one question that I get
often is how do we actually get an
affiliate link and I'll show you exactly
how to do that right now so this is how
I did it for movement I actually went to
their movement watches comm and usually
the companies that you enjoy will have
something at the very bottom very very
bottom that says become an affiliate so
you're gonna just click on that view
their Terms of Service you know fill out
the application whatever whatever you
need to do to become an affiliate and
get your affiliate link another website
that a lot of students were actually one
of the students in the affiliate
marketing course that I that I have has
had some major success through is
Shopify because there's so many people
out there building Shopify stores and if
you're in that niche you have a Shopify
store or you have some knowledge on it
why not recommend that people use it
they do have an affiliate program right
down here at the bottom so this is one
that that I've been looking at I don't
have my own Shopify store but it's
definitely a good affiliate program that
they have weren't up to $2,000 per new
merchant referrals so that's definitely
a big bonus we show you how to do all of
this in the affiliate marketing course
