talk about how to make money using
Pinterest affiliate marketing okay so if

leads and most importantly sales right
so if you guys don't know who I am
already I've been doing affiliate
marketing for like 3 years full time and
I actually started Pinterest was one of
the main platforms I started from so I
actually know how the platform works so
if you don't know how the platform works
already when it comes to Pinterest
basically it's an affiliate marketers
best friend because it's a search engine
right people are typing in different
problems different interests they want
different ideas maybe it's a landscape
design in their backyard
maybe it's ideas for what they're gonna
do for their outside barbecue or maybe
it's just they need recipes for weight
loss from smoothie recipes right I
actually use Pinterest the other day
because I was trying to get a smoothie
recipe right because the way I do
affiliate marketing personally and the
way I'd recommended do it is to not spam
your links on the internet not just post
your links on Pinterest surely you'll
make a few bucks here and there but it's
not going to rely you with a stable
monthly income and that's what I want to
show you how to do in this video so

to do affiliate marketing on Pinterest
hey welcome back so I want to go into
the three steps you need to know when it
comes to Pinterest so as we know
Pinterest is
a search engine right so when it comes
to people searching online searching
different problems that have searching
different solutions they need this is
really good news for affiliate marketers
because it's gonna convert a lot higher
than someone on Facebook or someone on
Instagram who are just kind of there for
entertainment right that's why Pinterest
is so powerful for affiliate marketing
now with every search engine online
people are usually typing in some type
of topic right some type of niche so
that's why the first thing you want to
do is you want to make sure you're
focused on one particular niche one
group of people and that way people will
eventually come back to your page right
so for example there's like let's say
there's a 40 year old mom because
Pinterest is really popular with moms
let's say there's a 40 year old mom who
decided she wants to create a website
right maybe she wants to get into an
online business or something like that
so for example what this lady is gonna
do she's gonna come on Pinterest here
she's gonna type in you know how to make
a website how to make a website for free
how to make a website business tutorials
right and she's gonna search this up and
she's gonna see all these different
boards that come up and chances are
she's gonna click on the one she likes
right so for example let's say she
clicked on this one so the first thing
is gonna do is it's gonna come to here
and you can actually see the person who
made the pin so we can actually go check
out all the other content he's making
and we can replicate a lot of the stuff
ourselves right and that's really all
this is gonna come down to is number one
putting out a lot of valuable content in
the niche right that's the first step we
can go check this guy out kind of see
what he's doing here kind of see all the
different pins he's posting about so it
looks like he's mostly about money tips
online business stuff like that so his
niche a little is a little broad if I
were you I would start in a little more
narrow right like I said whether it's
just going after online business and
digital marketing websites stuff like
that or maybe you just want to go into a
completely different niche like
ketogenic where you're catering more to
moms who want to lose weight or
something like that right the point is
it's just to make consistent valuable
content around one niche now the next
thing you want to do here if I go back
to our three-step process
we're using so the first thing I just
showed you is you want to come up or
when people are searching different
keywords now the next stage of this is
you want to get a lead right every sale
is gonna start with the lead I'm telling
you guys people will tell you
differently to just go spam your
affiliate link all across the internet
but I'm telling you every every sale
starts with a lead okay and the reason
for that is because no one likes being
sold to they only want people only buy
what they want to buy right so in order
for you to recommend a product you have
to gain trust with them you have to
prove the product is good for them and
the way you do that is collecting their
email and following up with that lead
and showing them you know how much value
you bring how much value the product
brings that's how you're really gonna
make a lot of money on Pinterest and any
affiliate marketing strategy out there
so let me actually go and show you a
really good way you can go out there and
actually collect leads on Pinterest now
the best way to collect a lead on
Pinterest is to make sure that you're
actually giving value for what they
originally searched okay so for example
this person originally searched how to
start a website so if we click on this
pin we want to make sure it goes to a
post that teaches them how to build a
website right so for example this person
takes them to a blog and this is more
about how to start a money-making blog
which is kind of similar to a website
right so what they're saying is first
you need to go to Hostgator and this is
actually what I was waiting for right
this is where you collect the lead okay
so notice like right here
for example in this in this kind of blog
post and this kind of content piece
someone was searching how to create a
blog someone's searching how to create a
website so what they're doing is they're
giving them that valuable content on
here right and they're also putting
affiliate links so for example to create
a blog you need some type of hosting so
the recommending Hostgator as the place
to go but not only that not only are
they making money here but they're also
as you just saw a pop-up came up and it
asked me if they want if I want to learn
more right and that's where I would get
on their email list and once I'm on
their email list they can start sending
me more offers around what I'm
interested in right in this case it was
building website blogging that kind of
stuff so that's a super
super-powerful way to collect leads on
Pinterest simply just because not only
are you providing value to what they're
actually searching so you don't have to
think of any content you just have to
make the content that people are
searching on Pinterest and number two
when you're actually taking them to your
blog posts not only can you put a
filling links in there but you can also
have a pop-up come up and start
collecting the leads on here okay now if
you don't have a blog or you don't
you're not interested in creating a blog
here's what I would do because as an
affiliate myself I use more funnels
where I collect a lead then I take them
to this page right so I'm not so much of
a blog guy so for me personally I would
have no interest in creating a blog just
because I don't like writing all day so
what I would do if I were you is I would
use a reverse squeeze page okay this way
you call them and if you don't know
whatever a reverse squeeze pages that
the names kind of in the title but I'll
just read off a definition for you so
says the reverse squeeze page is where
you give value to somebody first usually
through a video or something and then
afterward you ask them to give you their
email address right so remember how I
said you want to make sure you deliver
value to them and then ask for the lead
and that's kind of what these blog posts
do but for example you can just go on a
simple funnel builder like builder all
or clickfunnels
and you can go right out this content
piece right so whatever this guy was
talking about how to make a website you
can go right out you know five solid
steps they can take and then the very
end saying hey if you want a free trial
to the website builder I use into your
name and email below right and that's
actually how you go about and collect
that lead and if you're even smarter
right you can your you can get a lot of
traffic this way and now especially if
you're using like more of a funnel style
strategy for this like a verse squeeze
page you can put a facebook picks on
here and now you could retarget anyone
who comes to this page on Facebook that
I originally come came from Pinterest
right so you know these guys are really
targeted Lee it's really targeted
traffic that's really the power of using
you know our first squeeze page like
this and giving that value first and
then collecting the email right so
anyways like I said that
the second step of this whole formula
this whole strategy once you get them on
your email list that's where you want to
start selling the products that's where
you want to start recommending the
products giving more value to them
giving more offers to them and making
sure it's just originally what they
opted in for right so if it was around
blogging or making a website making sure
that all your emails in the future all
the products you promote in the future
are very congruent to that right so
anyways guys let me show you a few more
examples of how you can do this like I
said the first thing you want to do to
get a lot of content ideas is to just
look at what other people are posting in
your niche so for example for using like
website builders we can go to Wix right
and they have 10 million monthly viewers
right so we can go on all their boards
and see exactly what they're posting and
for whatever company we're promoting
right we can just model what they're
doing as long as the products are
similar or for example if you're going
into a completely different niche maybe
it's like keto diet for beginners right
you want to start making all these pins
different keywords around the keto diet
and remember don't just go after like
the short key words like keto diet
people are typing in long stuff right
maybe someone's typing in keto diet for
moms right so that's like a more
longtail keyword I would go after those
first and a lot of this pen stuff guys
if you don't have time to make these
graphics and stuff what I like to do is
just go over to Fiverr and you can get
all this stuff done and outsource for
you so you can just type into Google 5
or Pinterest this way you can get a lot
of pins done fast and you can keep on
doing it consistently right because
you're hiring someone else to doing it
so for example you can go hire VA I will
design Pinterest pins within 30 minutes
right so you can get a bunch done pretty
fast on there so anyways if I go back to
here if you're doing this keto example
we can look at one of them here so what
this lady is doing she's just showing
you the 21 must know keto meal for
beginner so if I click on this blog post
what's gonna do is because it's gonna be
the same strategy that I'm talking about
except she's using a blog here right so
if you don't want to use blog again just
use a reverse squeeze page and it would
be the same idea we just
we wouldn't have any distractions here
it would just be straight to the content
right straight to the content making
sure you're giving a lot of value to
them and then you know two minutes on to
the page maybe you make a pop up come up
and then at the very end right you also
want to do some type of email opt-in
form so anyways with this one you can
see she's giving away all kinds of
different keto meals she probably put a
ton of time into this blog post and keep
in mind you can make one of these blog
posts one of these roofers squeeze pages
and then you can go make like you know
50 pins around that one content piece
that way you're not doing one content
piece per pin right so anyways if I go
back to here what I really like about
what she's doing is she's saying get our
no carb list necklace right so it's this
super simple like opt-in it's a super
simple lead magnet it's short it's to
the point people know exactly what it is
and they can say yes please here and as
you can see they're collecting your
email they'll follow up with us later
and I would assume if I often to this
page they're gonna start sending me
different offers around keto around the
ketogenic diet and stuff like that right
so that's the overview strategy of how
to make money with Pinterest affiliate
marketing remember don't just spam your
link on the internet always start with
targeted traffic who are searching in
keywords and then you want to get their
lead right you want to get a lead so you
can continue to follow up with them you
can build trust with them because
remember every sale will start with the
lead so once you get that lead you give
them on your email list and then you can
start to sell them your other products
and really that's how you can build a
big business on Pinterest using just
affiliate marketing alone really all
it's going to take is a lot of content
in one niche and then a lot of emails
sending different offers out right and
that's just the marketing that's the
game and that's what I like to do so
