welcome back all right so in this video
I'm gonna show you how you can get your
videos to rank higher in the youtube
search results okay I'm going to show
you exactly what I do
just some little rules that I go by and
some different strategies and techniques
that I follow in order to find out you
know different keyword phrases how to
figure out you know what are those words
and phrases that most people are
searching for so I can get the best
results possible and and I'll just talk
about a video that I recently posted
yesterday that's already ranking pretty
high inside of YouTube and I'll show you
a couple things that I did and maybe you
guys can get some inspiration and do the
same thing and get some similar results
okay so the very first thing here is
what I do is what you're going to do is
is get a Chrome extension there's one
out there called keyword Keg alright
I've been using this for a really really
long time this is a great little tool
it's actually free and so go to google
type in keyword Keg Chrome extension
okay and then you're gonna see it here
at the very top and it's gonna look like
says install on Chrome it says remove
from chrome for me because I already
have it installed but what this little
tool is going to allow you to see is all
the monthly searches for any given
keyword phrase that's entered in Google
and also any word that you enter in
inside of YouTube it's going to tell you
and show you how many people have
searched for that term in a month
alright so let me go ahead and zoom in
here real quick all right I want that
didn't work too well it's gonna zoom out
okay so I've entered in PayPal money
which was a little tiny phrase that I
was trying to rank for in YouTube and
it's funny because here's my video right
here that isn't it doesn't really
entirely count because I'm not in
incognito mode but I'll show you that in
just a moment what you do after you have
installed the keyword Keg Chrome
extension if you look really closely
here whenever you enter a keyword it's
going to show you right here the total
monthly search
so at the moment that's 4600 monthly
searches for the keyword term PayPal
money now I've been doing this a while I
know that anything that has to do with
free PayPal money or PayPal money or
whatever that it's just gonna get tons
of clicks okay because there's lots of
people searching for that so if you have
a youtube channel something that's based
around making money online you guys are
going to love this video okay if you
also go over to Google and you type in
the same keyword it's going to give you
the result here at the very top but with
the keyword Keg chrome extension it's
also going to give you related keyword
phrases that you guys really need to
check out so instead of assuming that
some phrase that you have or that you
have made up is going to you know work
out great and get more traffic or get
some kind of views what I would do first
is check out the popular related
keywords that go with the keyword that
you've entered into Google and this is
really important because looking over
here you may feel that maybe earn PayPal
money instantly sounds good but then if
you look over here you're only getting
490 monthly searches however if I go
right up here and it says how to get
free PayPal money fast and easy
well that has a nineteen hundred
searches per month so that you can see
there's a huge difference there another
thing is that that you can do is when
you enter the keyword okay with the
Chrome extension installed if you scroll
down all the way at the very bottom of
all these search results right down here
it says searches related to the keyword
term which is PayPal money and the great
thing is is that this is actually like a
default you don't even need a Chrome
extension to see these related keywords
however with the keyword Keg extension
is going to list the amount of monthly
searches for these terms right next to
it so let me go ahead and zoom in here
I'll get really close
and so you can find other keyword
phrases that you would have never
thought about otherwise alright so the
one right here free PayPal money
instantly just having that word
instantly at the very end apparently
people are searching for that so that's
four thousand four hundred monthly
searches for that term so I would make a
video or have a video that has this
phrase in the title and then there's
earn free PayPal money three thousand
six hundred monthly views all show also
shows some keep some competition and
some pay-per-click information if you're
wondering like what it's gonna cost
pay-per-click if I run an ad or
something like that on Google giving you
that estimation as well but since we're
on YouTube a it's free free traffic
right so what I'm gonna do here is just
kind of take you through and show you
exactly what I'm doing now before I do
that let me go over to the incognito
browser uh so what I'm gonna do is go up
here onto YouTube and type in PayPal
money and even the Chrome extensions are
not going to work inside of the
incognito browser so you're gonna need
to go back to the regular browser to get
that to work now I'm going to get the
actual results okay so it says right
here my video yesterday was number two
all right now there's also some other
reasons too because of that I pretty
click Beatty thumbnail there that I did
but coming down here I should have yeah
here's another video of mine sites that
pay a paypal money fast now once in a
while I'll make a video about PayPal
money or free PayPal money I don't want
to have that in my all my videos I don't
want to just clutter my channel with the
with the term free PayPal money even
though it's a great keyword term it gets
a lots of eyeballs people are just
searching in stuff like PayPal money
free PayPal they're doing that all day
long if you have a channel that's based
around making money online try this
you're gonna be very surprised but I
just don't want to clutter my channel
with that but coming down here finding a
lot of people that I know
on this page there's J Brown yeah he did
a really good job actually I made this
video and then I think shortly after he
made this it's pretty impressive here's
another one I made here make money
watching videos get Pay Pal money which
was another one of my most popular
videos two thousand two hundred and
sixty-four thousand views that was three
months ago one of my most popular videos
just because it's pay top money guys so
I just want to give you some of these
tips now let me give you some tips when
you are creating your video you've
uploaded it and then you are going to
create the title right so just as
yesterday I just posted this already
fifty seven hundred views two hundred
and forty likes twenty-seven dislikes
and sixty comments already on this video
now right here it says download apps for
PayPal money in 2019 I wanted to change
it up a little bit I didn't want to just
have get free PayPal money because
everybody's doing that and YouTube and
Google they do not like duplicate
content I've tested this before I tried
to do the old thing you know I think
it's the old piggy back method where you
find some guys video that hit that was
very successful and then you go out
there and try to do the same thing and
your video doesn't do quite as good
right then nobody sees your video and
the reason was I try this a few times
and I was using the exact same title you
guys are gonna want to change your
titles a little bit mix it up okay
YouTube doesn't want to see the same
titles video after video you just have
to be creative add some text in the
front of that title and also change or
add some text some different text at the
end of that title one of the popular
things that you guys can do is just add
the year after that so if it's well
we're here in 2019 so I'll put 2019
after that and then I'll put download
apps for a pal money in 2019 but the
most important thing well it's all
important but write hit down here in the
description of your video you also want
to have the keyword phrase is well
business is going this is going to drew
radically change your position inside of
the youtube search results okay matter
of fact I can just sit right here change
these words around and my rankings and
position inside of YouTube is just gonna
change its that sensitive however
looking over here on the tags which a
lot of people get all wrapped up into
the tags guys believe it or not I
haven't found the tags to do a whole lot
for me even YouTube they they don't even
really talk a lot about it they they
really focus and they try to give you
clues that it's mostly about the titles
and the description and I agree with
them now I'll tell you what I do use the
tags for and that's to see where my
rankings are inside of inside of the
search for whatever term so you can see
right here I don't even have to use the
incognito browser I can just simply go
to the description or into the info of
the video that I posted and it's gonna
tell me right here that for PayPal money
I'm positioned at number two now I'm
using a little plugin for this it's
called YouTube buddy and this is a
really great plug-in because it gives me
all these tools I mean tons of tools you
know you have fine didn't replace you
have all these little tools I can come
over here and click on sort and then the
YouTube buddy tag sorter will remove the
duplicates from my list of keywords a
lot of times you know we're just jamming
in keywords into the tag box and we
don't even know if we've entered the
same keyword over and over again
well this software will detect that and
allow you to delete those keywords in
other words let me give you a quick
example I'll just put in here let me
just go ahead and I'll put online job or
something like that
there we go so I'm running a little over
let me go ahead and just delete one okay
so I've got I've got on on line job
twice here let me go ahead and just
click on sort and then right here you
can see that it tells me that you've you
know it puts it in red and says hey
you've you've put the you put the tag
online jobs twice and I'm giving you the
option to remove the duplicate and so I
can just click on remove duplicate and
then go ahead and click on apply and
close so that's just another little cool
tool but this is not all about to Buddy
which it's a great tool I've got a link
for it down below in the description if
you guys want to go check it out but
what it does and what I like another one
of the most popular things that I like
to use it for is that it gives me a
little number next to the tags that I
have in the information of my video and
it tells me where those are being ranked
and I can set this up so it tells me
this information based on incognito mode
all right and so just like it says right
down here where this video ranks in
YouTube's search results incognito mode
now I think by default if you install
the two buddy extension you may have to
go into the settings and tell it that
you only want to show the ranking
results for each of the tags and the
keyword phrases in incognito mode only
so that you might have to go in there
and do that
I've set this up so it says hey I'm
ranked at number two for this keyword
phrase that's awesome so I don't have to
open up another browser but those are my
tips guys and also please experiment
with thumbnails now now I understand
when it comes to branding a youtube
channel which is great information and
it's a good rule of thumb so if people
know you know what the who's who the
video is from just by looking just by
glancing at it you know kind of having
all your thumbnails will look a very
similar having the same branding maybe
you have a picture of yourself you know
on one side of the video and every video
you do you have the same thumbnail same
font same type type
rafi whatever you want to call it inside
of your thumbnails but what really took
my channel off and what really launched
my channel was making something totally
different because I would have never
known if something else was going to
work if I were you know if I would just
keep making the same branded thumbnails
over and over and over again just like
these ones that I have right here you
can see that I switch it up a little bit
you know I have the same type they are
the same typeface and typography on
these thumbnails right here I have a
title and then I have a little a little
image I use a clip art image sometimes I
use a screen shot mostly a clip art
image that seems to just appeal to most
people but then I'll switch it up a
little bit so I'll add a PayPal balance
screenshot or something like that or
just experiment and and I'm all about
experimentation testing things all the
time okay because that's going to tell
me hey am I on the right track let's
play with it a little bit let's mix it
up okay let's use some crazy-looking
faces or something on my videos to see
if that works and so that's what I did
yesterday I simply just placed my phone
on the table and then I got my wife's
phone and I took a picture of the PayPal
cash out screen for the app that I was
talking about on this video and so the
thing is itself it's a lot of it is
about curiosity if you can create some
type of curiosity as much as you can
with your titles and your thumbnails
then you are going to get more views
okay
don't worry about anything else just get
that curiosity going you're gonna be
very surprised I don't worry if it's to
click beta this was something that I was
worried about I wanted to be all clean I
wanted to be the good boy and you know
behave myself and you know well guys I
did that at the beginning and I didn't
really get any results okay I just kind
of like got pushed back with everybody
else that was trying to stay real clean
and pretty and
all that stuff I when I started just
making tacky stuff did everything just
took off it sounds crazy but that's what
happened so I hope this helps you guys
