Inside Ryan Hildreth's New Crib & Entrepreneur Space

what's up YouTube this is Bryan hildreth

and I'm finally back sorry I've been

gone for so long I have just been under

so much lately been preparing for my

wedding my upcoming wedding and we just

moved into a different place into a new

place so I kind of want to talk about

today I want to show you my new place

show you the new crib and how cool it is

definitely luxury more updated and just

a very good workspace but I want to talk

about today at the end of this video how

important it is to have a good workspace

for business and entrepreneurship but

also separating your work from your

living space okay and that's also cool

and that's partially why we move

okay so I'll kind of walk you through

the place right now first is the first

really cool place in this building is

the gym okay this gym is

state-of-the-art doesn't have any

barbells which is unfortunate and that's

why I continue to go to a regular gym

because they have barbells and free

weights that are above 50 pounds but

this is a perfect place to come do some

cardio get a quick arm pump in you know

it do some pull-ups and just you know if

you want to get a quick workout in this

is a perfect place they also upstairs

have a cycling room which is also very

cool has a beautiful view of the pool

and it's just a great place to come and

work out and do a 45 minute cardio

session in the cycling room next we have

what is you know kind of the office

space so you can rent out this office

space for 25 bucks an hour

they're very nice so I fully enjoy this

I could come down here work get outside

of the apartment work a little bit and

just have a beautiful quiet office space

to work in okay so really nice and then

if you go right outside of the office

area it is the grand entrance to the

pool

okay now this pool is like luxury resort

style Olympic sized pool very awesome to

come down here in the summer and just

hang out and chill I know today is kind

of a cloudy day

we're probably not the best day to lay

out by the pool but such a beautiful

area to come down and relax okay

especially if you have a high stress you

know high stress job a high stress

career so in the last place is the sky

deck that I'm on right now and now the

sky deck infamous sky deck I had to have

this so definitely I like this sky deck

a lot better than the last place because

it's more private it's more intimate

there's no grills up here so there's no

one cooking but it's very intimate has a

beautiful view and a nice little

astroturf but let's go ahead and get

into this alright I hope you enjoyed the

crib I just as much as I enjoy it let's

talk about why I moved into this place

now this place is a little bit more

expensive than my last place but I'm

able to write that off as a business

expense because now I have a loft okay

so my last place was a one-bedroom

pretty decent size

this one is a one-bedroom with an

upstairs loft so the first thing when

you come in 20-foot ceilings and has a

nice loft area upstairs where that is

counted as my business area right so

that's a business expense right there

for tax purposes but the best part about

this is now my work is separate from my

living okay I found in my last place if

you're you know just starting up an

entrepreneurship and business you know

it's kind of hard to work inside your

home right you get tempted to go to the

cupboard like I do

you get to go to the refrigerator and

then you never really leave your home

you're always inside you're in the same

place and then you get this feeling of

like frustration later on in the day

because you haven't left your home and

you continue to stay there so that's so

important when it comes to business and

entrepreneurship is separating your work

space from your eating space from your

living

even if you work in the same under the

same roof okay so I needed a separate

area where I can go upstairs go to my

computer film some videos and then come

downstairs and enjoy my food you know

enjoy my living space it's so important

to separate those things because you'll

notice when you are working in your

kitchen right you're working on your

kitchen counter

you never really enjoy the living space

because it's your workspace so you tend

to like want to go out and kind of just

get out get out of your house but your

home should be a place where you can go

and enjoy and feel comfortable and

relaxing and there's no one's there's no

stress involved in I was starting to

feel stressed inside my last place so

you know we decided to pay a little

extra get a business tax write-off

and enjoy the amenities have a nicer

place area very important you know when

you're working online you're a YouTube

creator content you're trying to pump

out another thing that I want to

communicate too is if you've ever had

that problem of having your own private

workspace if you're filming videos and

you're naturally introverted like me

when I first started out like I don't

want people looking at me right when I'm

filming my tutorial videos on YouTube I

never want any don't anyone around me so

it's very important to have your own

workspace and if you can't you know

maybe you're at your parents house or

maybe you have a part in an apartment or

a house that you have roommates with how

do you find a nice private workspace

okay if you can't have a private room

where there's a closed door in your

house or your parents house or wherever

you're working from right now you have

to be able to go somewhere and work so I

recommend going to the library your

local public library and reserving a

room a private room that you have a door

and you can go ahead and film your

videos there and film your content there

work on your business there but here I'm

glad that I have you know a lots of

different spaces I could come up here to

the Skydeck and work if I want I could

you know work in my loft I could go down

to the business area but

you know it's important to have your own

workspace and also communicate if you

have a girlfriend boyfriend partner wife

husband whatever it is it's important to

communicate with them to that hey I'm

gonna spend this next hour and a half

two hours three hours four hours working

okay so that I could come back and enjoy

time with you that's also another thing

because I noticed when my fiancee would

come home you know I'm still working I'm

still in the computer but it's important

to delegate you know time with your

partner and communicate that and say hey

I'm gonna be working from this time to

this time and cut it off right like when

you're when that time comes stop working

and enjoy time with your partner so I'm

so glad that we moved into this place

it's so beautiful and I definitely gonna

be filming more here so hopefully this

video helped you out a little bit taught

you a little bit about separating your

business space from your work space you

need a separate room you need it

somewhere where you can go and work and

then come back home and enjoy your

living space eating you know eating your

food and just enjoying it you're relaxed

and comfortable home without having to

feel that stress of work okay so it's

important to separate the two spaces
