what's up this is Ryan Hildreth and I
decided to bring the rori rants back for
you today I wanted to talk about
something that was you know very
important in the development of my
success and I want to share that with
you okay that's what this channel is for
I want to bring these back because I
think that the technical aspects of my
channel are cool but a lot of it a lot
of what helped me get to where I'm at
and become a millionaire which I just
hit most recently by the age of 26 was
the mental and psychology aspect of you
know success and life in general okay so
that's what we're going to talk about
today you know this is so this video is
gonna either relate to you you're gonna
know exactly what I'm talking about
you're gonna agree with it you're gonna
say wow like yeah if this is just a
reminder of you know what I need to be
doing you're either one of those people
you're either right in the middle to
where you know maybe you're not
practicing these steps to becoming you
know reaching whatever level of success
that you want to reach but yet or you're
someone who this doesn't relate to it
all and you know you're wasting time
right now
watching this video okay but hopefully
this helps you out in some sort of way
and I just want to go ahead and get into
me that wants a race but is definitely
not going to have an easy time racing
against me in the Ferrari four five
eight but let's go ahead and get into it
okay what the hell am I talking about
what is how do I become a millionaire
how do I become successful and reach my
goals okay the number one thing holding
of most people back okay including
myself when I was first starting out was
not only me but it was other people okay
and that probably relates to you so what
does that mean I know it sounds cliche
oh yeah you know other people try to
hold you back and say all these things
but it really comes down to that okay at
first it might be your parents it might
be your family and friends that are you
know holding you back they're saying oh
you know maybe you shouldn't pursue this
venture that you're after
maybe you shouldn't start this business
maybe you shouldn't invest in this risky
platform right and really those people
so your your family they care about you
because it's in their biological nature
okay they care about you they're just
trying to protect you
and that's understandable but at the
same time you have to pursue what you're
gonna pursue no matter what okay if your
gut feeling tells you to pursue
something you've done the research
you've done your your homework and you
want to pursue something then you can't
let your parents hold you back from
doing that right
your friends same thing your friends
might be saying oh that's not a good
idea well your friends are your parents
so you should probably get new friends
that you know trust in you and want to
see you succeed okay you know why circle
myself with amazing friends that you
know are all successful in their own way
and there they are always encouraging
okay because they're not my parents they
don't need to try to protect me okay
they I just you know seek encouragement
for my friends so you know again family
they just are trying to protect you but
you should always pursue what you're
gonna pursue no matter what and that's
the only way to become successful is to
not care what your parents think what
your friends think if your friends think
otherwise you need new friends because
as you get bigger right as you get a you
know as you get bigger in any success
level I mean look at Steve Jobs Steve
Jobs was fired from his own company okay
that was just a big example you look at
me for instance in front of you know I
have a channel base of a hundred
thousand subscribers obviously you know
I made a mistake in my career but if I
cared what you know two to five percent
of people were saying telling me to you
know quit or don't do this don't do that
yeah if I cared I would totally listen
to them and not pursue my dream so the
same goes for you as you grow there will
be more and more people telling you what
to do and what not to do okay so you
need to not listen to those other people
not not an ounce of it okay the only
experience you will get in life is from
your own experiences and you have to
pursue that okay if you if you want
financial freedom you want success in
any venture it doesn't even have to be
financial it could be you know spiritual
it could be mental it could be whatever
I'm gonna pull over right here you have
to be able to not listen to other people
because other people will hold you back
no matter what okay
other people will hold you back no
matter what and
that's just something that I've learned
over over this past year in becoming a
millionaire is that I mean I don't know
if the lighting is good right here
actually is the lighting okay all right
I'm gonna I'm gonna guess that the
Lighting's okay that's just the one
thing that I've learned is that the
bigger you get the more success you have
there will be more people who will tell
you their opinions and their and if
those people aren't you know don't have
any level of success that's themselves
then their opinion doesn't doesn't have
any impact because you're pursuing
things that are you know on a higher
level okay on a higher mindframe they
can't even they can't even comprehend
what you're doing all right you know and
even if they are successful take their
opinion with a grain of salt because it
might not apply to exactly what you're
doing in life so I think that's just the
biggest thing that I've learned in
becoming you know successful and for me
becoming a millionaire was you know that
was one of the avenues that I wanted to
succeed in okay obviously there's others
more spiritual helping as many people as
possible growing my youtube channel to a
hundred thousand subscribers which I
didn't think I would do in such a short
amount of time but I never would have
been able to do that without caring what
others think okay if I if I cared about
what everyone thought then I would then
I would take every opinion and
consideration I would take that into
account and apply it to my business but
that that would make my business go all
all sorts of places so you can't listen
other people you have to do what you're
gonna do the most successful people that
I surround myself with whether they
realize it or not they're just on a
whole nother mindset they're they're
just they're higher status they don't
care what other people think they just
do okay they do what their gut tells
them you know if they believe strongly
in something whether it's a career
whether it's a entrepreneurship or a
passion they're pursuing
sports whatever it may be they pursue it
with no hesitation and you know no
thought of other people in account they
just it's kind of a it's kind of a the
one time in life where you can be a
hundred percent selfish okay because if
you're trying to accomplish something
that's big and that's gonna impact the
world in a positive way you know you
have to focus on yourself
and you have to focus on the goal in
mind okay because the goal in mind for
me is to impact as many people as
possible in a positive way whether I
inspire you to pursue your dreams
whether I inspire you to make a youtube
channel inspire you to you know change
your financial future that's just what
I'm here to do and the mistakes will
come okay and when you first start off
your mistakes you think they're gonna be
you think like when you first make a
mistake you're gonna be like oh my god
this is such a big mistake but they only
get bigger okay and the most successful
people fail the most okay they fail fast
they learn from it and they move on
alright and as you guys have seen my
journey you know I know it seemed kind
of linear as far as my success it just
kind of simple seemed like a straight up
line but there were failures okay
you know obviously you've seen the most
most recent failure of my most recent
mistake and that happens you know I pick
myself back up and I move forward and
that's it that's the name of the game of
entrepreneurship that's the name of the
game in anything in life whether it be
relationships right I've had I've had
horrible relationships but that led me
to find the best relationship I've ever
experienced right so you know it's it's
funny how this aspect applies to
everything in life and you know in
relationships if I were to listen to my
parents if I were to listen to people
around me friends people I don't even
know if I listen to their advice for
every single relationship I would have
been in you know the outcome might have
been different in a negative way and I
don't think that I would be you know
with the most wonderful partner in my
life if I didn't just
learn from my own experiences for my own
mistakes my own failures and just
picking myself back up and going so
hopefully this relates to you I know
this is a longer rant but it really kind
of you know hits the heart at this
moment in time in my in my life because
I know that a lot of you that support me
you know are looking at me as maybe
someone of inspiration and maybe you're
wondering like how the hell does Ryan
get through hard times like these how
does Ryan get through something in his
career that you know was definitely a
mistake I just got to pick yourself back
up and go that that is the name of the
game and hopefully you know I've
inspired you in some sort of way in some
sort of way to just you know pursue
anything in life that you want to pursue
okay I know it can be scary there will
be times you fail there will be times
where you know ten people tell you you
know you should just quit all right and
as you get bigger right as you impact
more people there will be a larger
percentage of people telling you not to
do what you're doing okay and you know
and I learned this from ty Lopez he said
if 10% of people that know who you are
right it's out of a hundred people that
know who you are if ten percent of those
people aren't hating on you you're not
reaching enough people okay
and I don't think I've reached enough
people I think maybe two to five percent
of people that actually know who I am
actually actively you know spread
negativity so I'm trying to reach more
people because honestly that number
should be a little bit bigger there
should be more people saying negative
things about me
because that's only good for you know
that's good for marketing that's good
for virality
and you know it's good for motivation
too because in life when you're when
you're on this path to whatever you're
doing it just feels good to succeed and
inspire those who support you and
hopefully inspire those who don't
support you and change their minds and
kind of open their minds up to what's
really important in life because
obviously you if you're still watching
this video you have a positive mindset
you have the mindset to become very very
very successful you're probably already
have a great level of success in your
life but you are ready to achieve those
next levels and I'm telling you if
