The Next 3 Months Could Be Your Most Profitable On Shopify!





what's going on guys welcome back to
another video today marks a massive day
in the e-commerce industry or world I
should say q4 so first of October for me
right now the 29th for a lot of you guys
probably upload this and maybe a week or
so away but the this is probably one of
the biggest parts of the year what is
the biggest parts of the year for a lot
of e-commerce stores if guys you play
your cards right so in this video we'll
just wait for those waves to go away and
this video would take you through a few
tips and stuff of q4 or kind of what I
did last year and my mistakes and what
you shouldn't be doing because last year
last q4 is really my the
first q4 I went
heavy with with e-commerce and I made a
lot of mistakes so I kind of want to go
through that with you guys but the first
thing to remember guys with q4 if you
don't know what q4 is it's basically are
the last three months of the year just
people love to spend money you've got
Christmas coming up you've got Black
Friday you've got Cyber Monday so the
first thing that comes along with this
type of stuff competition guys Facebook
Ads and be very very expensive until the
end of the year now and I'm talking
extremely expensive because everyone is
trying to capitalize on this gold rush
so there's a few things you kind of have
to do to change I would say my biggest
mistake last year guys one of them was
doing $5 headset testing at the and the
q4 now I know I say in a lot of my
videos my last one about you know the 50
plus conversions you can do your $5 add
six and stuff but you kind of have to
realize that q4 as a short period of
time it's really only two months so
we'll talk about that in a second why
it's only two months but the the thing
is you're gonna have to try and find
winners pretty quickly so jumping off $5
add citrus isn't really going to be
worth it at the moment because there's
tons of competition and you have to find
these winners quickly now what I'm doing
this year is I'm actually going to be
testing products that have worked for me
in the past and ones that are working
for me now okay I'm not going to do any
new products that was a huge mistake for
me last year I missed out on a lot of
revenue so what I'm gonna be doing is
finding ones that have worked for me
before
and I already have a few that have
started up yesterday and they're doing
this needs better right but I would
recommend guys you need big balls to do
this q2 this q4 stuff you need a bit of
money so I would recommend jumping and
listening it's camera on my face
bitter I recommend jumping in guys at
like 10 15 20 LED sets for your initial
testing when you start up because that's
what you're gonna have to do guys so
much competition right now
now the other biggest mistake I did and
a rookie mistake was doing my ads for
too long for Christmas so this year I'm
going to be stopping em on the pretty
much the first of December obviously I'm
just going to try out my camera a bit
better here obviously because guys
what's going to happen is a lot of
people are going to purchase for
Christmas for their children and stuff
right if you keep sin if you keep trying
to sell them products like 20th of
December 1919 of December I love you
guys probably realize this is pretty
obvious your products not going to turn
up that's what happened to me last year
had a lot of refunds a lot of complaints
a stupid mistake on my part
so this year I'm pretty much stopping
all of my ad sets on the first December
all that first week of December because
I don't want any of that drama happening
again okay so make sure guys testing
with a little bit more money this time
and cutting off your ads early because
you don't want to have complaints guys
trust me it's horrible so the main dates
we have are I come into the exact dates
for this stuff actually we have Black
Friday okay maybe that's supposed to
November maybe correct me if I'm wrong
we've but let's say your Black Friday
Cyber Monday and then we have Christmas
and stuff like that so Black Friday and
Cyber Monday I definitely recommend
getting into those ones because people
want to buy and what you want to do guys
is put your prices up another thing I
did last year though shouldn't have done
that I should have done put your prices
up like 20 or 30 percent because people
want to buy people are buying and
they're buying they're buying and you're
gonna have to give away a lot of
discounts guys people expect discounts
at this time of the year for the q4 so
you're gonna have to go out there and
put your prices up 20-30 percent and
have massive discounts and in that 20 30
% to the make up for any loss of income
and stuff like that but you like if you
play your cards right guys you're going
to get massive massive buying friends
these frenzies at this time of year I
started some edge sets maybe a week ago
already start to see some pretty good
results from those I should be expecting
way more better results probably the
next week or so it starting to come up
and then Black Friday Cyber Monday will
be massive and then I'll probably keep
those going until Christmas but another
thing guys is shipping times obviously
very very important if you already have
established suppliers another thing I
didn't do is contact them and see
what this shipping times are around this
time of year because they do get a
little bit longer okay what I did last
year is I didn't really do that
processing times go up to like seven
days shipping times where that's like
two three weeks and it was horrible so
you just want to go out there and talk
to your suppliers and see what's going
on a lot of them won't have any of this
drama I think most suppliers with this a
little bit bad at that point is home
they're okay now I have spoken to them
their processing times are down to three
days and they should be delivered in
three sorry two to three weeks so the
third week is my cutoff that's why I'm
going to be stopping at December 1st now
not only that guys ok
q4 is good k2 for q4 make money make
money you know we have a plane going
over us make money on a boat before make
money
test test but we'll bigger budgets trip
your shipping times but a lot of people
realizes after Christmas all right get
your edges going again with Boxing Day
sales we have New Year's sales there's
like a whole two weeks and sales that
all the big brands do all the big shops
do and that's a massive gold mine as
well alright so after Christmas after
Boxing Day jump out there he gets is
going again throw lots of money into
Facebook ads into your winners and
you're going to make tons of money as
well on there you've got people that
want to spend Christmas money you guys
people that want to spend a bunch of
money before they go back to work on a
spindle their holiday pay and stuff like
that guys people have tons of money
around this time of year ok they spend
up large from pretty much right now 1st
of October all the way through to kind
of the second week of February January
February or January sorry and then but
make sure you stop if you plan to
advertise for Christmas like specific
Christmas promotions only stop those
promotions about three weeks before
Christmas all right if you want you can
keep your other stuff going I'm not
going to be doing that this year because
people are still going to purchase for
Christmas but um keep those going but
maybe just have a little thing in your
page it says hey you might not get this
before Christmas if you're expecting it
for Christmas or something like that
guys because you know that shipping
times are around about two to three
weeks sometimes even longer depending on
your supplier
alright guys so I'm going to bounce I'm
supposed to be somewhere just want to
get this video done I haven't had a
chance getting videos done recently I do
pre record a lot so
I wanted to get this out of my gimbal
was broken so have the holders of my
hands why it's so shaking my arms very
sore right now so just remember guys
competition is gonna be very very heavy
right now okay that's one thing don't be
scared just get in there and put some
money and if you have some money to do
it you don't have any money to do it and
just stay away from q4 because that's
very very expensive okay it can be very
expensive it depends on your niche it
depends on your testing I might not be
expensive for you it just depends and
remember guys shipping is the next
important thing okay you have to get
your shipping down packed you have to
ask your supplier if the shipping is
going to take long if it is then you
have to work around that right and
thirdly guys offer massive discounts
people love discounts at this time of
year if you have a girlfriend or a
partner go and ask her and she'll
probably say the same thing my
girlfriend is consistently looking for
discounts right now so always you get
discount christmas is coming out we
should get this on sale stuff like that
so you want to make sure you give me
throw those discounts out there guys
because that's going to kind of set your
part from everyone else and forth late
fourth I guess I don't know how many
we've done here put your prices up for
two reasons you're going to make more
money because people want to purchase
and second what does I send again here
the discounts I'm a little bit hungover
guys I've been doing a lot a drink in
the last few days sick and you I'm gonna
get at you you can offer way more
discounts if you have your price up
right you can tell I haven't had a shave
right I usually show but haven't shaved
in like a week so there's been drinking
of but I'm having a holiday I've been
working sorry I'm still working actually
I'm a laptop out before but I have a bit
of a break cuz I'm just been working so
hard last few a few months anyway guys
make sure you have those discounts
sorted out because that's definitely
going to be state could sit you're part
I'm talking like 56 or 70 80 percent
guys that's what people want at this
time of year they just want to spend
money and they want to get the best
discount possible you don't have to do
discounts but I from last year what I
did last year is I've done a lot of
split tests with discounts and not
discount weight made way more money on
the discounts and also stuff like buy
one get one free buy two get three free
stuff like that a friend of mine is
doing that right now in her store
absolutely crushing it doing like 13k a
day and maybe it's profit coming up is
gross for profit 13k a day this is most
of its actually coming from those upset
do the old buy two get one free buy four
get one free buy five get one free
stuff he says he's absolutely crashing
with that right now I don't use any of
those on my stores but I'm probably
gonna start trying it just haven't
really tried it so yeah that's a guys

just um be aware of high prices because
it's gonna happen like this people come
into my group right now I spent 20 bucks
and only got like ten reach and stuff
that's the way it is for q4 right now it
depends on the niche guys but q4 is very
very competitive right now so you're
either any out and if you're in be
prepared so it's been quite a bit of
money because just to me my face
beckoner guess but dark be prepared to
spend quite a bit of money because
that's probably what's going to happen
until your ads start to optimize of
course your starts get cheaper costs but
it tastings me very expensive all right
