all right so on this video I'm gonna
give you my top 10 tips for getting more
views and more subscribers on YouTube
how to scale your channel up to 1000
subscribers
is it possible well it is I'm gonna give
you all my tips right on this video so

show you how to make money online we
talked about working from home YouTube
tips and how to become an entrepreneur
if you subscribe right now what I'll do
come out with a new video all right
let's go ahead and jump into the content
alright so number one is to become a
personality especially on YouTube
because that's what it's for you know
nobody wants to listen to a duck and run
but like that's okay everybody he'll
pick up at the debate just be who you
really are who are you around your
friends and your family I mean that
genuine person because people connect
with people and they can resonate with
your personality they can connect with
your personality and it's so important
so don't forget that and combined your
personality with the information and the
value that you are delivering on your
videos alright so number two is show
people stuff okay give them tutorials
show them different things on the screen
so whatever you're doing in your video
pick something up show them an object or
maybe don't even just talk about it but
actually you know pick up the
screwdriver and show them exactly how
the screwdriver works they love this
stuff they heat this up
tutorials you know how to's in or maybe
like a top ten list like the top five
ways to do this or the top 10 or the top
20 ways on how to do that or whatever it
is show people the top ten ways and a
top 20 things okay and if this is
something like a service or you're
showing them a website then use a screen
capturing software such as like
ScreenFlow or Camtasia and show them
exactly what you're doing online and
then you can have a little video capture
of yourself of your face talking
about it down below on the bottom right
of the screen so that would be excellent
okay and this also inspires people when
you can show people things alright so
number three is stick to the same topic
niche or market alright this way people
know what to expect I mean you don't
want to be talking about dogs on one day
and then the next day you're talking
about Cheez Whiz or cats or something
like that then when that happens people
are going to be like why did I subscribe
to this guy and they're just gonna hit
this unsubscribe button okay it happens
to me too all the time but just stick to
one topic so that way people know what
to expect from you when you make your
videos alright so number four is have
crystal-clear audio alright so important
guys I can't tell you how many times
I've came across a really good video but
the audio was really not good and it was
off it was really hard to understand
what the person was saying you know or
you have those people that have tons of
subscribers on YouTube and they have
lots of views but it was all let down
with a three dollar microphone don't be
like that
I'm even using a microphone right now
here it is I just have it above me right
here I'll leave a link for a couple
microphones that I use down below in the
description of this video so you guys
can go over there and check that out
but make sure the audio is loud boost
the audio in your video editor before
you place it on YouTube which is another
tip I highly recommend it you guys are
going to get much better results alright
so number five is avoid dead air if
possible okay just like in broadcasting
when you know if you listen to the radio
they're just talking constantly same way
with on the news you know somebody's
just talking all the time and this
stimulates people it stimulates the
brain so they tune in a little bit more
and they stay attracted to your video
okay this is so important so just keep
on talking keep the ramble and going
people love that so they can stay
stimulated and watch more of your videos
alright and number six talk less about
yourself and more about the information
that you have to offer okay super
important guys now especially when you
are just coming out with a new channel
and you haven't gotten a lot of traction
yet you really have to stay on point now
I would say after a while once you build
a
following and you have more views more
subscribers then at that point you can
create a video that talks a little bit
about your story and where you came from
and what led you up to the point where
you are today that's totally cool but at
the very beginning you guys you can't
mess around you've got to prove it to
your subscribers you have to prove it to
YouTube you got to show up every day
stay on topic get right to the point
alright and number seven attract people
by the way you deliver your information
and your content ok because there's lots
of videos out there on YouTube and
people are talking about the same thing
right so you'll have this guy over here
talking about how to make goals and then
we'll have another dude over here
talking about how to make goals right
basically the same topic but which way
you know what kind of personality do you
like better the more you can express and
be yourself on camera the more that's
going to resonate and connect with
people deliver your information through
that through that real person that you
are alright and number eight commit to a
consistent video posting schedule so
whatever that is now for me personally I
post a video every single day and that's
what I tell my viewers I say hey I post
a video every single day so subscribe
now or maybe you post a video Monday
Wednesday Friday well let them know or
maybe it's just on Saturday or maybe you
only post a video every Monday so you
could say that hey I post a video every
single Monday so be here to watch my
latest videos that's something you can
do so let them know what they can expect
and when your content is going to be
delivered also YouTube they love
consistency so especially if you post a
video every single day you're gonna see
your channel just tick off like a rocket
alright and number 9 be the hero that
people are looking for you know some
people wake up one morning and maybe
they're just not excited or they're just
kind of running low on energy or maybe
they had a bad day or whatever but when
they come to your videos you're just all
pumped up and excited you have the
energy that you brought to the table and
in a way it can become contagious ok it
kind of like runs off people sometimes
you know so whatever you gotta do do
some jumping jacks or
you know running a place or whatever
bring your energy level up a little bit
and just be that hero and let them know
right away that you're out there to
provide the information that they are
looking for all right and number 10
just because you place yourself on
camera does not make up for the lack of
value all right you know we've all been
told from people on YouTube you got to
show your face you got to speak and and
not hide behind the computer and that's
all great and if you're doing that then
that's fantastic but it does not make up
for the lack of value and information
that your video provides okay there's an
old quote if your presence does not have
any value then your absence is not going
to make any difference so whether you
are on YouTube and you're a smiling face
or you're you don't even exist on
YouTube but it may not make any
difference so if you are gonna show up
every single day which is what I
recommend be that person be that hero
stick to the point
stay to a consistent video posting
schedule and I think you guys are going
to see great results okay so if you got
