this video I want to talk to you about
how to create a facebook presence for
now there's two billion people online
and I guarantee there's people out there
that want to get ahold of your services
if you have a great product great
service I know there's people out there
that want it but how do you establish
yourself on Facebook and how do you get
a business up and running I think
there's really two key ways to do this
number one is you obviously want to
create a fan page and then update your
fan page on a daily basis making sure
you're updating that kind of let people
come to your fan page and see your
content that you create it to create a
blog post posted on your fan page if you
create a video like this post it on your
fan page that what people can come in
and and see your information I think
what's the most important thing though
is you want to start a group on Facebook
that's that's probably going to be the
most important thing is create a
presence around your business using the
group make sure your group is set up to
have people be able to have to apply to
join don't just open it up to the public
but apply to join there's I think
there's three steps you can do like
public and there's apply to join then
you can obviously do secret you want to
do that but apply to join so what you
want to do is make sure you have
everybody applied to join that way you
can see people that are coming in
because a lot of times people are going
to they're going to take advantage of
groups and they're just going to they're
going to maps try to apply to as many
groups as they can all online so you
want to make sure you're screening
people doing that but once they get into
your group you still want to you still
want to maintain a good group presents
you don't want to have people coming in
there because they're gonna try to post
their links what I like to do with my
groups and I like to moderate every post
in there until I get to know the people
in there and that are good and that they
won't post spam links I like to moderate
the post because then I can see if
you've already closed and you're a way
for you know six hours and you can't get
your computer to keep Monterey to your
group then you can you don't have that
problem of people spamming links okay so
you want to make sure if you created the
present and you're doing a Facebook
group that you are always in there
making sure that people aren't posting
links and there
you know go back to their they're just
spamming the group they don't really
create any value you're looking for
people to get in there to turn to create
value and when you do that your group is
really going to start to accelerate the
guitar singing people joining better
that want to get in there and want to be
active and then as as your group grows
and grows and grows they just your
members start creating the content in
the group and you start to go from there
and then eventually you can get people
to help you get moderators come in and
help you maybe clean up a lot of spam a
lot of the junk of people in there but
there's always going to be people that
are coming into your group they're going
to try to span their link they're just
uneducated marketers and they just don't
know what they're doing and I'm going to
come in there and try to spam it you
block them and no problem that's a great
thing Michael groups is it you can block
people so they won't ever have to they
can't come back and join again so once
they join and they spam your group you
can block them and they won't come back
okay so that's going to be really the
two best ways to really get your
presence in your business online is its
fan page and then your group and let it
grow and nurture it and really be in
there and be active with your group if
nothing worse than coming in a group and
nobody's in there it's like a like a
ghost town you know that people come in
there to see there's no activity then
leave and we'll come back so be active
always posting content making sure other
people put some good content in there
