hey you know one of the hardest things

about starting your own business or

getting into business is getting those

first initial customers you got to go

out you got to create all this stuff a

website to business of the storefront

advertise all that good stuff it's just

to get your first customer in the door

and then when you get that first

customer in the door you got to work on

them you got to you know keep them going

and then you got to go out and find more

customers it's one of the hardest things

in business to do that's why to me it's

confusing why people don't step up and

jump into what Amazon's already built

for people just like you and I they have

the ability with one hundred and Prime

members right now that you can tap right

into these members already the customers

they have cash I mean they have credit

cards one button click ready to go all

we got to do is tap into those a lot of

people don't realize this but Amazon

lets anybody take their products their

own products put them in their warehouse

an allowable ship them for them I think

what a lot of people think is that

Amazon creates all the product so they

somehow bring in the products themselves

but really Amazon is just a fulfillment

center that's it it's just you know

they're they know how to take products

get them to people in two days they're

very good at that but what's great is

that individuals like us can go out

there take a product put it in there and

start making income and what I want to

do is you show you really quick how we

can do that how you can get into Amazon

and find great products and how you can

get them sourced and put them into the

warehouse so let's just talk a little

bit about 100 million Prime members if

you're not familiar with Prime

membership it's a membership that people

pay for on Amazon they pay right around

$100 I know this because I mean I am a

prime member and when they pay that that

membership they get a lot of good stuff

with that but the one thing they get is

the fast shipping

okay two-day shipping so if anybody

tells you out there into the marketing

world that you can just drop ship your

products right on Amazon well what

they're doing is they're telling you

something that is not really totally

true yes you can dropship it but those

people are gonna be waiting about two

weeks to get it so let me show you

something really quick this is the so

Prime membership people that spend over

$200 every month which is majority of

the people they out spend people that

are non prime customers okay

so basically Prime customers are you

know that people that spend all the

money they're all spending the money but

non Prime members aren't spending as

much money on their but also the only

way you get the ability to tap into

Prime members is if you have your

products inside the warehouse and Amazon

you can't drop ship your products and

still be part of the Prime membership

they won't let you do that

Amazon needs to ship the product they

need to ship it fast and that's what

people get with the Prime membership so

with the Prime membership anything that

people come on to Amazon and they find a

product they want to get that product

into the marketplace you can get in

there and then you can start selling

your products if you make enough profit

what happens is Amazon's gonna send you

the money every two weeks okay they're

just gonna drop the money in there so

the the key here is that you find a

product that you can source for very

cheap you know if you can find a product

that's that's you know 50 cents to a

dollar maybe two dollars but you can

turn around and sell that for 30 40 50

dollars and make a huge profit okay if

you buy a product for $1 and you sell it

for four thirty dollars

most of that is profit okay most of that

it's gonna be pocket that you know money

it's gonna be put into your pocket now a

lot of a lot of those there's gonna be

fees in there obviously with Amazon

they're gonna have shipping fees and and

storage fees in the warehouse but the

more the important thing is is when

you're going to be selling on Amazon and

you want to get products into the store

is that you find products that are hot

find products that are hot that are

selling but you also want to find the

ability to jump into a product that is

kind of that a lot of people don't know

about that it's in demand at nap there's

not a lot of suppliers for that product

that's the key to it now one of the

things I hear a lot is that Amazon

saturated Amazon is over you know

there's too many products in there and

when I when I put my first product into

the Amazon store five years ago the same

people were saying that that the

Amazon's over Pro you know there there

are too many products it's saturated now

it's a good thing I didn't listen to

anybody back then five years ago because

I wouldn't have been able to sell seven

figures in product right in the Amazon

store and that and the same thing goes

today

it's the same thing there's going to be

tons of products and the product store

but you're always going to be finding

new products to put into the store and

then get them out there and make money

you're only

is this is you only want to have maybe

seven eight really

home run products that's it separate

home run products are making anywhere

from ten to fifteen thousand every month

in sales that's all you need that's a

that's a seven-figure business for you

right there and if you don't want to go

that big only have two or three home run

products okay that's all you need you

don't need a you don't need one giant

product that's making a million dollars

a month you don't need a hundred

products in the store to make any money

you only need maybe seven or eight home

run products to really make it work for

you so let's look at the Amazon store

when we go to the best sellers first

thing I'm going to do is just kind of

dig around and the best sellers

categories and I'm just gonna look for a

lot of the products now here's the key

to what I do with my products is that

and I kind of learned this lesson in

some of my earlier products is that I

try to find products that are non

technology type products I tend to stay

away from products that people have to

ingest or put on their skin or any type

of products that that SCANA break easily

okay I stay away from those and the only

reason why is because the products that

are that are easy and I'm going to show

you some examples of them products that

are easy to manufacture products that

are easy to ship products easy to get

into the warehouse those are the

products I'm always looking for because

there's you know there's MIT there's

hundreds of thousands of those products

out there and and the reason why I stay

away from that is because I when I first

got started into Amazon I got into the

kind of the mineral I mean the vitamins

the vitamin C type you know the drops

that people would take they would get

them and I got a lot of returns and I

just I didn't feel good about the

product because people were ingesting

this product I got a private label right

out from another company I mean the

company was legit and it was an American

company but I just didn't feel right

about it and I was getting a lot of

returns and then I went into some of the

technology products that you probably

see you know sourced out there you see a

lot of the you know the products in

China that used technology to use

Bluetooth and things like that I got a

lot of returns on that they broke down a

lot and I just didn't like it so what I

did was I just kind of switched up and

said you know what let me go find

products it that are hot they're in

demand people want but aren't as easily

breakable

so those are the kind of rules that I

kind of say stick with when I'm finding

products

sample would be and I always go into

like the kitchen and dining are we stick

to products like that because they're

easy there people are always looking to

get these products and they're in their

house you know here the stainless steel

water bottle I love that product because

it's stainless steel it's not going to

get into the water it's a good you know

good for the environment also it's easy

to make you can make those super easy in

China people can you know the

manufacturers can ship them out really

really easy see this right here is it's

really hot right now this instant it's a

hot product but there's a lot of

technology to it you have to plug it in

you have to you know things like that

could go wrong could break and so I tend

to stay away from products like that

even though they're hot right now and

they're selling that crazy and you can

make a ton of money with it

here's tabletop napkins super easy to

make the you could probably pick these

up for less than twenty cents when you

need to go she ate down less than 20

cents and you can turn around and sell

these for ten fifteen dollars for a set

apiece whatever you want to do but the

upside on those are very easy they're

very easy to make the very easy to ship

they're lightweight easy any of these

Yeti products I love these are another

stainless steel type cups you know you

don't want to infringe on the Yeti

trademark but you can find kind of

duplicates of this that are similar and

and you know the stainless steel

products with the lids and all that but

it helps keep your water cool helps keep

your water hot when it's you know like

coffee and things like that so if we

look down through the kitchen more

kitchen items you can see a lot of water

bottles in here ins because people

understand that these are easy to get

into and and so I just jump into these

products right here I'm gonna what I'm

gonna do is so this is the kitchen and

dining I'm gonna just run some numbers

here just to see what kind of volume is

happening on these sites kind of give me

an idea and what I'm looking for

majority of the time when I'm running my

numbers here is I'm looking for monthly

revenue that's kind of in between like

maybe ten and twenty thousand and I'm

looking for review quantity that's very

low if I can find a product that's like

ten twenty thousand and monthly revenue

with a

review quantity that's kind of in the I

don't know ballpark between like 200 and

below I'm gonna jump on that product so

let me see here is this did stop on me

looks like it's still my numbers are

still rolling here so as I can see with

the kitchen/dining you can see some of

these are big you know like 4.5 million

for some of these that's the hydro flask

that is the looks like that's the cup I

mean they're they're crushing it with

that that's you know four point five

million does it still run it and still

run and that's why it's kind of slow on

my server here so I'm looking for

monthly revenue that's that's super low

and then I can jump and I'm gonna dig

into that product to find more

information on that so let me see here

alright here we go so let me scroll down

and see if I can find anything just on

this front page right here so there's a

there's a lot of volume right here

so here's ones forty one thousand but

it's got four thousand reviews not a lot

in there okay so on this front page

there's you can see there's tons and

tons of monthly revenue on these

products lots of products in here but if

I went to let me just come in here to

I'm gonna go in here I always like going

to stainless steel you can tell it's one

of the products that I like that's a

hint hint for you

so stainless steel water bottle okay so

then when this pot when this comes up

now these are I've kind of niche down a

little bit not now I'm not going into

kitchen and dining I'm going into the

actual stainless steel water bottles

okay and you can see that there's a lot

of different good products in here this

product right here has a very good

graphic right there this is a very good

image right there so that it stands out

it looks good and so I'm gonna run some

numbers on this product see what comes

up again I'm looking for revenue between

anywhere from ten to thirty maybe thirty

twenty five thousand per month I'm

looking for small review quantity over

here so right now look like this run the

numbers here so here's one let's see

here this was ninety five thousand with

a hundred

10 review quantity I think this is done

let me just make sure yeah so let me

just scroll down it really quick and

let's see it's anything stands out so

here's the review quantity here I'm

looking for so like here's want 8000 was

64 so let me just make sure that

everything else is good here so this

this is what I do with with my when I go

out and find these products so let's

let's see here this one 3000 the see

eight thousand sixteen thousand so eight

thousand with sixty four reviews so

let's take a look at what this product

is okay so this is just a stainless

steel water bottle here this is a very

good image of the product right here

that's probably why they're doing doing

really well the only thing that concerns

me though is 1499 or here okay so 1499

it's a very low price to me that sounds

like they're trying to really lowball

this price just to get some volume into

their you know into their their their

offering here so what I'm gonna do with

this is I'm just gonna go with so

stainless steel water bottle and let me

just highlight this right here it's you

know steel water bottle I'm gonna go

into Alibaba this is the suppliers for

all the products you know all your

manufacturing products now the reason

why I do Alibaba is this is that China

is the largest manufacturer of pretty

much all the products that we have we

you know the shirts you wear the

products that you use they all come from

China the manufacture in here the United

States we just it's too hard for

manufacturers to have a manufacturer

plant in the United States it's just not

very profitable for them now I know that

we're trying to get you know

manufacturers back in here but for our

case we need to go with the cheapest way

to get products to the warehouse and

Alibaba is going to be the way to do

that so I'm going to look up products

here I'm going to look up suppliers

okay so suppliers and I'm going to do a

search for stainless steel water bottle

and then the first thing I'm going to do

is I'm going to hit this trade assurance

and verify because I want to find

suppliers that have both of these trade

assurance and are verified okay so I'm

just going to scroll down here and I'm

going to look

for see if there's a similar product to

something like this so let's just say

this one I here this looks similar to

the product on this page okay so it's

kind of similar kind of the same okay so

you can see right here that between two

and five hundred pieces or 499 pieces

you're gonna pay three dollars and ten

cents now at $14.99 for this product

there's not a lot of upside to that that

doesn't mean you can't take this product

and run with it

because there is a lot of volume for

this so you can see that some of these

other other let means that they go back

to let me take this out so you can see

some of these other ones I mean there's

a lot of them 14 24 15 16 17 23 so what

I would do is this is I'm gonna go and

contact this supplier right here at

Alibaba and I'm gonna try to negotiate

down a better price for them okay I'm

trying to get down to a price that's

gonna be a lot better so I get a lot

more upside to this for me these water

bottles I'm gonna try to turn around and

sell these for at least twenty nine or

thirty nine dollars for these water

bottles okay because I want to be able

to get at least 50% you know income

coming back in okay so you just got a

when you find a product on Amazon you

just got to be able to kind of continue

to niche down you got to try to find the

volume of the product right there and

you find a product that right now is

kind of it's there's just not a lot of

action to it so these water bottles are

really good because they're easy to

manufacture they're really easy to get

in the manufacturing plant now all of

these all of these companies that are

inside Alibaba the verified companies

they're all going to understand how to

get products from their manufacturing

plant to the it's the you know get the

on the port and then get them on the

port and then send him into the boat

into to Amazon you're gonna use a

freight forwarding company to actually

get the products from Alibaba to the

port the freight forwarding company's

going to inspect your products they're

going to make sure all the codes are on

there and make sure everything is looks

good make sure the products are packaged

well and then they're going to take that

put it in

the port it's gonna go on the boat get

in the warehouse and then once it gets

in the warehouse

Amazon's kind of scan it all put it into

your shell being that they have there

and then you're gonna be ready to go to

sell this on the Amazon store okay now

all of this is done through the Amazon

central store so all you gonna do is

sign up for that

just just do a search for Amazon Central

in the Google just go to Google type in

Amazon Central you can sign up for an

account right there and get started but

you want to kind of get your feet wet

learning products how to get products

and you know get them up and running I

know this is kind of a basic for a lot

of you guys I know maybe some of you

guys are in Amazon you've been there

you've been doing that but this is you

always want to be doing research all the

time I'm always constantly doing

research I'm looking for those nuggets

I'm looking for those those small

products that I can manufacture them get

them into the warehouse and then I can

start making some income from that and

then once I get them in the warehouse I

move on to the next plug and I just keep

moving that and doing that ok so there's

a lot to it

but it's really just met it's just about

finding the right product that you can

get into the warehouse and get going
