hello it's Alex here from WP eagle
countryside have a look Oh lots of nice
countryside I'm over in Norfolk having a
little bit of a break today it's raining
but it's gonna be sunny tomorrow
it was sunny yesterday so I thought I on
the rainy day it's a good opportunity to
put up a little video I think so that's
what I'm doing right now
so Doug sent me over some more footage
and more great content and asked me if I
could put it up on the channel and of
course I said yes because the food
Biffle got from the video that I did
with him a couple of weeks back have you
seen it if you're not seeing it I'll put
a card up one of these sides go check it
out it's a little injury that me and him
did where he talks about affiliate
marketing websites now he is a good guy
to listen to because he set up a number
of Amazon affiliate sites and other
affiliate related sites did you hear
that levels in the gunch was a bird
sierra yeah he set up a number of amazon
affiliate sites that kind of thing one
of them in fact he sold for over two
hundred thousand dollars so yeah he's
definitely worth listening to when it
comes to free marketing so in this video
he's gonna be doing a teardown on a
piece of review content all about
nappies or as he calls them diapers and
yeah and he's taken us for exactly what
makes this a great bit of content and
gives loads of tips stuff like that and
then next week i've got another video
and that's going to be all around kind
of more informational toilet sort of
content and if I keep getting positive
feedback and folks happy to send me more
videos then yeah I'll keep putting them
up it saves me making videos not really
I'm gonna still make videos too but
anyway that is enough chitchat from me
I'm gonna roll the tape now hand you
over to Doug and yeah you've got some
really good stuff let's go let's talk
about diapers everyone's favorite topic
and we're gonna talk about disposable
diapers okay they're not everyone's
favorite topic but I wanted to show you
this teardown and I want to thank Alex
for letting me share some more knowledge
about Amazon affiliate sites with the WP
eagle audience so I'm trying to make
these fast I tend to talk a lot so
get to it I'm just gonna highlight a
couple quick things as we go so the
first thing that I love about baby gear
lab is they have a strong hook here and
they have an image to let you know
you're kind of in the right place
they're showing a baby and disposable
diaper so I know that's correct
additionally above-the-fold before I
even scroll down I see a table with test
results and ratings and that makes me
think hey this is the right place I
don't want to go over to Amazon and have
to choose from 400 different options I
just want to pick from about five now I
will mention that there are 24 different
diapers that they reviewed but they only
show about five at a time unless you try
to view them all at once we don't have
time for that though the tables at baby
gear lab are ridiculous
they are fantastic there's so much
information in here and they are in my
opinion the best in class I don't have
any tables that come close to this mine
are super simple but if you can do
anything similar to this then you will
be well beyond your competition I
guarantee it what I will mention here is
that they buy all the products right so
if you happen to have seen one of my
other tear downs a baby gear lab you can
if you haven't you could look it up but
basically they buy all the products then
literally test in like so they put every
product through a rigorous testing
protocol we see that they have a huge
table of contents so large we can't take
a look at everything right now but
basically a couple of key things they
tell you number one the best overall
disposable diaper they tell you the best
friendly green I guess budget friendly
green diaper they talk about the
comfortable ones which I guess they ask
the kids about that I'm not sure how
they test it but I'm sure they tell us
the very interesting part is they tell
you about the disappointing ones too so
notably disappointing
so they are straight up and they say hey
these are not great and that's keep the
reason why is it builds credibility if
you on your site say that every product
is great well then which one do I pick
how do I know that you're not getting a
kickback from each of the companies or
something like that so if you actually
put like real reviews and some negative
stuff pros and cons for each product
that builds a lot of credibility so I
highly recommend you do that I'm going
to go down to a specific area where they
just say Huggies versus pampers right or
sorry pampers versus Huggies and they
just say which is better this is like a
probably a longtail keyword right here
so they're comparing the two this is
something where they may actually rank
in Google search because they're
actually comparing and they have the
data to back it up so there's a section
here now just to zoom out and take
another look at this they have a lot of
h2 and h3 tags and they have a lot of
images they have a lot of bullet points
to go along with their tables and just
overall there's a lot of areas where
they break up the text so you don't want
to have a wall of texture you want to
have a lot of different you know sort of
rich features rich text so that there
are tables you have two h2 and h3 tags
and so on so again baby gear lab they
excel with their tables it may have so
much information in here that just this
alone can get them links and that sort
of thing by the way
