looking really positive traffic is up as
well as earnings so I'll be sharing all
the details with you on that and I also
I've got for the site they're quite big
and ambitious but you know you got a aim
high having you so here I'll be telling
you all about those so let's go

how I built the site and yeah it's been
a bit of an adventure
I've been doing lots of work on the site
and it's now generating some nice
earnings speaking of earnings let's get
right into the facts and figures here
are the latest Amazon earnings and as
you can see in the last 30 days we've
done 93 dollars in total since we
launched a site we've 198 dollars and
there's still a few orders that are yet
to be shipped so that means there'll be
some more earnings appearing in there
really soon it looks like it's growing
nicely because if you take a closer look
you'll see that I've already had more
orders this month than I did last month
so if we're caring like that I'm sure
we're gonna have a record month and beat
last month's figures and yeah just
generally keep getting better and better
every single month in terms of Adsense
earnings nothing too exciting there if
you take a look you can see that in the
last 30 days we've had 3 dollars 48 Wow
and about 30 dollars since we launched a
site so not a huge amount from Adsense
so I'm gonna be adding some more
advertising to the site really soon and
of course I'll do an update video on
that when I do it now what is really
exciting is the traffic figures let's
have a look at Google Analytics right
now and we can see that traffic is up
77% over the last 30 days it's growing
nicely and one area that's growing
really well is organic search traffic
which is up a hundred and forty seven
percent over the last thirty days so
that's great because I want the main
source of traffic to be organic traffic
because you know that's generally the
best kind of traffic it's free and yes
that's really positive that just shows
that the content marketing that adding
all those articles to the site is really
pay
off in terms of the work that I've been
doing on the site well I haven't
actually done too much I have been going
through and jazzing up a few the posts
still implementing a lot of the changes
and suggestions the Doug suggested and
the teardown that he did a little while
back I put a link up to that video if
you haven't seen it I do have some more
content in the pipeline that's being
written so I will be adding that very
soon I'll also be taking on board
Ricky's comments and suggestions which
he gave to me in a video just the other
day did you see it if not again I'll put
a link up to that right now some really
interesting ideas and thoughts there and
it is going to kind of change my
approach to content a little bit and I'm
going to be focusing a bit more on more
informational content and less kind of
product content but you know they'll
still be product reviews and stuff in
there too because I think they're a good
thing to have another thing that I have
started is reaching out to other sites
to try and get some guest posts so I've
been doing some simple google searches
looking for sites kind of related to
roof boxes so I'm looking for outdoorsy
kind of sites like camping adventuring
fishing all that kind of stuff and I've
been doing a special Google search where
I've been looking for sites that are
actively encouraging people to write for
them so the way you do that is you
simply type in your subject like camping
and then you type in the words like
right for us in speech marks or
contribute in speech marks that kind of
thing and Google will show you all the
sites that do have a page where they're
asking for content so yeah but going
through them keeping a spreadsheet and
sending them articles I've got a few
articles that are ready to go on that
but not I have many responses just yet
but it's early days and I am documenting
everything I'm doing on that so there
will be an update video on that when
I've actually got some responses and
built some links which I mean are we
really interesting once it all works out
but yeah it is a slow process the last
thing I want to talk about is my plans
for the website I have got some quite
ambitious plans for it basically what
I'm gonna do is keep adding content I
want at least 50 articles maybe 75
articles on the site before I kind of
slow down a little bit and stop I think
loads of content and that'd be a good
number the content I'm going to be
adding as I said is gonna be more
informational other there will be some
product content
well it's gonna be a bit of a mix of the
two I'm gonna continue to work on the
YouTube channel I want and load more
videos on there and I'm gonna try and
record some videos myself rather than
paying the ha for anyone like that I'm
gonna try and make them myself I've got
a roof book so I can do that but I'm
also going to do some like with a
PowerPoint or similar presentation where
I'm just gonna do a voiceover and see
how they work out because I think
YouTube is gonna be a really important
part of the kind of traffic generation
mix but ultimately my big goal is to get
the site up to four figures a month so
at least $1,000 a month I'm hoping that
we can get there in the next few months
it shouldn't take too long if we carry
on growing as we are and then once the
site gets to that point I am gonna be
looking to sell it and if it's earning
that kind of revenue I'm hoping that I
can get at least five figures for it and
yeah I'm gonna sell it on a site like
flipper or Empire flippers something
like that but of course I will be
documenting everything that I do and
sharing it with you and hopefully you
can yeah follow me on this journey all
the way through till we ultimately sell
the site for a load of money that brings
us to the end of this video I hope you
