$10,000 per month it's one of those
goals that I hear a lot from a lot of
people that ask me what is it gonna take
to get there you know a lot of people
think that yes here in the states or
even in the world that the only way to
really have success in this world is to
go to college get a good degree and
that's the only way to really have
success but the problem with that is
this is that all you're getting at a
college and all that is you're just
getting knowledge you're just getting
more knowledge more knowledge on top of
the knowledge that you've already
high school now you're accumulating 4
more years into a college what they say
and hey you have to go to college and
we're to have success the problem with
this is this is that knowledge is not
going to get you to success I mean if
you hang around on YouTube on videos all
day and you just if you just read books
all day and you just watch more videos
and read more books and you gain more
knowledge that's not going to help you
have success and we're the reason why
people have success is because they have
certain skills ok and this is where I
see a lot of people lacking is the
skills now I'm going to go over to my
computer in just a second and I'm going
to go over the three skills that you
must have in order to really have
success ok these skills are what
everybody obtains in order to start
generating $10,000 six figures seven
figures whatever it is okay so these are
skills that you need so just going to
college and getting more education is
not going to do it you need the proper
skills once you get these skills then
you will be able to attain that that
knowledge okay and you'll be able to
attain the the skills to go out there
and start generating income for yourself
so what we're going to do is we're going
to head over to my computer and I'm
going to show you what you need to do in
order to start generating that $10,000
six figures whatever lifestyle that you
want to do so let's jump right into it
right now

all right so three skills that I think
that everyone must master in order to
achieve really anything they want in
life now these three skills this can
apply to making money online this can
apply to getting a job this can apply to
getting a promotion your job this can
apply to getting a date if you're single
and need a date these this these skills
can apply to that okay so don't just
think that it's just necessarily for
making money online I find that a lot of
people will they'll they want a job
right they want to go out there and find
a job and they and I even get a lot of
people that email me is saying hey I
need a job we help me out and the first
thing I say is do you have any skills
and usually they say they don't have any
skills and that's becoming the problem
that's becoming the problem in the world
is that everybody's there so educated
but yet they don't have any skills and
corporations companies individuals they
all need people that have skills okay
and it all it takes is just a little bit
of time and effort on your part in order
to generate these skills and once you do
then you're gonna really start to see
things start to really magically happen
for you I'm gonna go through these I'm
gonna tell you a little bit of story
about some of the things that happen to
me and how I kind of overcome some
things using these types of skills so
you know this doesn't really matter if
you want to make 10,000 100,000 a
million whatever you want this is really
gonna it's gonna define really what you
should be doing with yourself you know
online offline wherever at in the world
okay so the first thing I wanted to do
is start off with your mindset and now
you're probably thinking well mindset
yeah great I you know this isn't really
a skill but it is a particular skill
that that you must master now when I
think of mindset I don't think of of
just your mind and you get to get it set
what I think of mindset is I is the one
thing I think of is the belief in you
belief in yourself belief and you can go
out there and achieve whatever you want
to okay it first starts with you believe
in it because if you don't believe it
and you try to go out there you know the
marketplace is gonna look at you and say
you don't believe it we're not gonna
give it to you so it goes for anything
you want to do if you want to find a
date you've got to have the mindset in
the belief that yes I can
go out there and I can find a person who
can be you know my companion my partner
whatever it is if you want to make money
you have to believe that that there's
opportunities out there where I see so
many people they close down their
mindset they just don't even allow the
mindset to open up and then then what
happens is they miss so many
opportunities because they've heard
things or they've tried things or their
uncle try things and then the they lose
all perspective so the mindset is so
important how do you do this well here's
what happens to me couple years ago I
was in a very bad financial state
because I was doing some things online I
had some businesses going that just
weren't generating the income for myself
and if I if you don't have cash flow
coming in you start to struggle so the
first thing I did was I said you know
what I'm gonna start working on my
mindset so what I did was this is I just
started getting out my iPad or my my ID
my phone and I started to go to YouTube
and I just started typing in things like
Tony Robbins so to begin with another be
right here Tony Robbins okay and then
there's all of these great videos that
come up there's 20 Robbins 30 minutes
for the next 30 30 years of your life
okay here's another one Tony Robbins one
of the best speeches ever 20 Robbins
Tony Robbins stop saying I don't have
time very powerful speech so what I did
was I took my phone and I just started
listening to these 30 minutes an hour
every day and it just because my mindset
was you know a couple years ago was in
the tanks it was really in the tanks I
thought I knew everything I thought I I
had all the answers and I didn't and I
needed to really go back and get to the
core skills in order to move you know
get myself out of that financial
situation that I was in so this is the
place you should start and you should
start doing it you know I recommend in
the morning listen to these in the
morning you can also type in like Les
Brown Les Brown you're gonna find a lot
of videos and you can just listen to
these videos you don't have to watch
these videos just listen to them in just
30 minutes to an hour listen to these
and you're gonna be surprised if you do
this every day if you don't skip this
every day you do this you're gonna start
to see things to change in your life I
promise you okay I never thought it
would be and I and I people would tell
me
work on your mindset nice and say no I
don't need to work in my mindset I need
to go you know find some other skills or
find some other things to do and once I
started really applying these principles
and and started to work on my mindset
things really started to take off
another one is gonna be Eric Thomas okay
you can listen to his speeches you can
watch these videos whatever you want to
do I would recommend you just listening
walk around your block walk around a
neighborhood get up in the morning get
yourself going listen to the tapes if
you have if you go to work at 9:00 get
up a little early and walk yourself
thirty minutes for an hour and just
listen to these tapes it's gonna get you
in the right mindset so when these
opportunities that come up when you know
you're coming online and you start to
see new opportunities you start to see
things happen and you're gonna start to
get more opportunity to come your way if
you have a closed mind set and you're
not really in the right belief system
opportunities will just pass you by it
I've seen it over and over and over
again opportunity to just keep going by
because the person is not in the right
mindset for it so again you just got to
go to YouTube type in Tony Robbins you
got to type in Les Brown and just Eric
Thomas and just don't have any beliefs
about anything just listen to it just
list just keep listening to it over and
over and over again and then what what's
gonna happen is you're you're gonna
start to get more positive in your life
you're gonna start to see more
opportunities more positive
opportunities are going to come your way
and you're gonna be able to take
advantage of those okay so the first
skill set is mind setting and getting it
right so so important and I'm always
gonna preach mind set because if you're
in the gutter and things aren't working
for you this is the first place you got
to go got to go here and get yourself
out at this this works for anything so
if you're trying to get a job you got to
get the right mindset you got to be able
to say yes I'm gonna be able to go out
there and find that right job if you
want to start a business you have to get
the right mindset because you got to
have in order to to make that business
work you got to be in the right frame of
mind in order to have you know all the
stuff that comes at you at once when
things don't work and this and that
you've got to be able to be in the right
mindset if you're trying to go out there
and find a date or a companion or a
partner you got to be in the belief that
yes I'm gonna go out there and find the
right person for me so first thing is
mindset it's so important don't skip it
don't
try to go to the next skill these three
skills you have to constantly master
over you have to constantly always work
on these skills it's not like yeah let's
work on mindset and then like two weeks
later great my mindset set then we go
work on something else
always always always I am everyday I'm
listening to these tapes and these in
these videos over and over and over
again every day in the morning I listen
to them you know I might have listened
to him 100 times I don't care I just
keep listening to him when I'm in my car
I listen to him over and over and over
again all right so let's move on to the
next skill so the mechs kill is really
is marketing okay so when I think when
you think of marketing what do you think
of you think of well you gotta go out
there and and market
you know like advertising things like
that but it's not really just that it's
marketing you its marketing your your
ability to go out there and put yourself
out there into the marketplace okay with
value you got to raise your marketing
skills in order to get out there and and
you know acquire the business and the
opportunities that you want to yourself
if you're going to go in and find a job
you've got to be able to market yourself
to that employee if you walk into a
business and you say I want a job and
they say great what do you know how to
do and you say I don't know how to do
anything well then they're not gonna
hire you okay if you walk in there and
say yes I have a four-year degree I got
a piece of paper I got tons of knowledge
great what do you know how to do I don't
know how to do anything so you gotta be
able to market yourself and that goes
before finding a partner finding a date
all of that you gotta be able to market
yourself to that other person I'm gonna
give you some here let me see here I'm
gonna give you some some ideas and some
books that maybe you can get together
and read these are the books that I read
constantly over and over again I don't
read a whole lot of books I listen to a
lot of audios so don't think that you're
like I'm a I read a ton of books I don't
buy into the you know when somebody says
you got to read a book a week I don't
buy into that I think I think reading a
book a week is going back to the old you
gotta have a college degree type thing
you know people are stuck in the college
mentality where you got to continue to
read you don't have to continue to read
you have to just learn a few things and
then you just work on those
things over and over and over again
until you start to see results but there
are a few books that if you want to read
a few books and continue to read them
these are the ones because these are the
marketing books that are gonna help you
go out there and market yourself so
marketing Matt our magnetic marketing by
Dan Kennedy okay it's it's a great place
to start by learning about attracting
people marketing yourself out into the
marketplace another great one is gonna
be dot-com secrets I'm always gonna
promote Russell Brunson and what he's
doing because he is actually helping
people succeed okay
dot-com secrets is a book it's one of
those books that that you have to have
in a shelf and you got to read it and
over and read it apply it and then
you're gonna start to get good at
marketing another great one that a lot
of people don't say is it going to be
Blair Warren it's just the one sentence
persuasion course now when I read
through this I was like yeah it's kind
of good I understood about the one
sentence persuasion and when you look at
the one sentence persuasion it's this is
people will do anything for those who
encourage their dreams justify their
failures Ally their fears confirm their
suspicions and help them throw rocks at
their enemies that's really the one
sentence persuasion tool that this whole
book is talks about now he goes into
more depth about the different aspects
of that but that's really what it is
what this message to me is this is that
you learn value learned become valuable
to the marketplace and you learn to go
out there and use this one sentence
persuasion to go out there and apply
that to the marketplace see when you
when I see I saw this on Twitter the
other day where somebody's complaining
that that the you know Walmart the guy
at Walmart he makes twenty million
dollars he's the CEO of Walmart and yet
the the average no the the person that
checks out the person at Walmart only
makes like nineteen thousand dollars a
year and it's it's a dumb argument
because the guy who is the CEO of
Walmart he he has skills to take Walmart
the company and multiply the the the
profits right and multiply the the
income the person that scans
in the products they only have a certain
amount of value so you increase your
value out to the marketplace you get
paid more for that okay so that's the
skills that you want to learn so

right learn those over and over again
you gotta have some marketing skills
it's just a must it's something that
yeah you have to have and this is the
skill so the first skill is gonna be
mindset work on that marketing you're
always gonna be working on marketing you
got to be marketing yourself if you need
a new job you got to market yourself if
you need to do new spots you gotta go
market yourself
okay so always be marketing out there so
this is when you're thinking about
marketing right you go out there and you
and you we talk about marketing online
it's just going out there and being able
to market your skills and being able to
find the right people to see your
message so if you have a message if
you're gonna go out to go out there and
create value for somebody else you're
gonna be able to go out there and you
got to be able to to paint or kind of
throw your net wide and then you kind of
funnel people into your core group of
people that are going to be following
you that's gonna that's going to
resonate with your marketing message
okay so this is kind of a funnel you see
you're gonna learn about funnels through
your marketing you're gonna learn about
just taking a you know wide variety of
people and then narrow them down into a
small group of people that you can
market your skills to okay so you're
gonna learn about that through your
marketing so the last one is gonna be
traffic generation does this goes
remember this people are thinking well
how this traffic generation applied to
you getting a job well traffic
generation is this if you want to go out
and find a job you've got to go out
there and find the people that have the
skill to have the traffic it's gonna
help you get that job in or help you get
into that job okay so here's the thing
with like if you're gonna go find a job
and you let's say a lot of these brick
and more companies are going out of
business and you try to go out and find
a job for those you know go in there and
try to get into those brick and mortar
businesses like Sears and and all these
other ones that are going out of
business they don't
those businesses like Sears they don't
have the traffic that they once used to
okay so there they're not jumping into
the online world they're not jumping
into the internet world so they're
losing out and their businesses are
crumbling and falling down so traffic
generations is so important because it
doesn't matter what you're doing you
have to go out there and find the people
that are going to be attracted to your
message so you look at online you have
your website you have all these
different social media platforms that
you can use so you have a marketing
message so you learn about you have your
mindset right when your mindset is good
you start to see opportunities come your
way
opportunities come your way you learn
how to market those new opportunities
new opportunities that come your way
could be you know it could be a new
system that you learn it could be a new
product that you are going to promote it
may be a new affiliate offer that you're
going to promote maybe it's a new
product that you create they're going to
go out there and promote whatever it is
you're going to go out there and take
your marketing skills go out there and
find the traffic to bring those people
into your marketing skills okay it's
easy to just go out there and try and
say yeah I want a job I want to go find
a job and just go out there and do that
but yet finding a job still requires you
to increase your value put your value
into the marketplace so you have your
business you have your online business
online you have social media platforms
like Facebook YouTube you got Instagram
there's so many opportunities right now
it's crazy that you can go out there and
pick one master him and then acquire
those those skills and get that traffic
into your little world whatever it is
okay you're gonna acquire those skills
of marketing and then you go out there
to the to the world and you find that
traffic that's gonna come to your
website it's gonna see your marketing
message and then they're going to start
buying your products or Brian your
opportunity whatever you have going on
that's how you're going to start
generating the income so you have all of
these websites to go to now you can go
straight to the places like business
manager at Facebook you can go straight
to the traffic source take your
marketing skills put them into in front
of people all over the world see if they
work when you start doing that you're
going to start your marketing skills
start to work on them they're gonna
start to get better they're gonna start
to get you're gonna start to improve on
them and you use places like Business
Manager at Facebook to really go out
there and and see if your skills work
you have Google Adwords
this is the ads you see at Google when
you go to google.com you see a lot of
the ads pop up before your listings or
if you're on YouTube you see a lot of
the ads that pop up before the video or
maybe on the side okay so these are ways
to go out there and test your marketing
skills when you start generating more
income from let's say Google ads or
Facebook ads that means your marketing
skills are start to get better your
marketing skills are going from this
level to the next level to the next
level and so they're increasing
constantly all the time
so there you go that's three skills that
you have to master it's not you don't
just master you don't just like go to
four years degree and then stop and say
okay I mastered all three these are
lifetime skills that you have to
constantly be working on you're always
gonna be working on your mindset you're
always gonna be working on improving
your marketing you're always gonna be
working on improving your traffic
generation all three of these have to
work together and you have to constantly
work on them over and over and over
again and tell you just are you get so
good at them that money is just start
flowing flows your way constantly and
you never have to worry about anymore
and then you don't have to worry about
whether you want to go find a job or
anything like that you'll have total
security so it's it's really just a
matter if you're going out there and
just applying these skills and start to
make things happen for yourself so there
you go
