them out now what happens is is Google

will do a search throughout the entire

internet and they're looking for local

business information and what they do is

they take that local business

information if they find it and they put

it into their listings okay but a lot of

these businesses most um they don't even

have a clue that Google is actually

doing this for them but Google is only

gonna put them up there for a little bit

and then they're going to take it down

alright so okay so what you're gonna do

is you're gonna basically come here to

Google and you're just gonna type in any

type of local business that

is gonna be in your local area now you

can do this for just about anything now

in my area you know real estate is real

big so people are gonna be searching for

let's say a realtor okay so real

realtor okay just realtor and you can

see at the top here is gonna be the ads

but down here is gonna be the local

businesses okay now I'm we're gonna I'm

just gonna show you a realtor but you

can do this for any type of business

locally what happens is is Google goes

out and does this search every day just

looking for new businesses looks for new

information and what they'll do is

they'll post it on to their business

directory here so if you click on this

you can see right here this is gonna be

a list of Realtors in that are close by

in my area so you can do this for any

your area that you're there at right now

now if we look right here we click on

this so Greg Mahoney is a realtor okay

there's a link right here so his own

this business that means that he hasn't

he doesn't have a clue that he's number

one spot in this realtor right here okay

so you come along and you reach out to

Greg hey Greg look you're in you're in

Google we need to get your business set

up okay and and I'm the guy to help you

do that I'm gonna help you get going all

you have to do is click on owned this

business and you're going to walk

through this business now Greg probably

has he probably does have a clue right

now because he's in this listing right

here as the business is not there knows

and you can come to Greg and say hey you

are going to get shut down right

remember the article over here you're

gonna get shut down if you don't verify

this account you can have this account

up and running well you're gonna charge

Greg to do this okay you're gonna charge

Greg to set this up alright you don't

want to say you want to tell them how to

do this you want obviously you're the

person that's gonna come along and do

this you can do this for just about

anything and you can go through all

these listings and you look for owned

this business okay so once you click see

owned this business then all you do is

reach out to that person say look I'm

gonna get you listed I'm gonna help you

get reviews and I'm help you get more

traffic and leads from Google that's all

that what they want they want more leads

they want more customers so you come

along and you're going to charge them to

set up this business account for them

and you can go through and find all

kinds of people that are in this listing

there's just that that need

get their business setup now let's look

at dentist

okay so dentists another one so I'm

gonna go through here I'm just gonna

look for unlist or look for okay so

right here so this is a bay view Dental

Associates okay

own this business that means that this

business is is in the directory okay

they're sitting right down here about

number five spot which is a great spot

to be in but they're but their business

is gonna get bumped out because nobody's

taking control of that business so you

come along and you reach out to Bayview

and say hey you are in Google we got to

get you set up because boo Google is

actually gonna start sending you traffic

but they don't know how to reach out to

you so you're going to go through and

you're going to just set up their

business you're gonna help them get a

website going to or some traffic to

their website okay so you can come down

here to all of these and you can find

more I mean here's another one this

Peter guy he doesn't even clue that he's

in there dentists are great because they

have money and they don't have time to

do social media so you come along and

you just say hey look I'm gonna get you

set up in this directory here okay

there's a ton of them in here that you

could just come a lot of times are the

stars they've already been set up and

you can help them you know another good

thing with these is that a lot of these

businesses they don't have time to

actually come in here and respond to

these reviews so you could actually come

to person

you know like liquid gentle you can come

here and you can say look you know you

pay me on a monthly basis and I'll come

in here and I'll make sure that these

reviews are updated or make sure that I

respond to the reviews because if if the

dentist looks like he's responding to

the reviews then it looks good for

somebody that comes to this directory

listing okay

it just it stands them out from all the

other listings on there so you could

come along and you could help them get

their listings get more traffic and get

it bumped up as they get more reviews

they're going to get bumped up to the

top up here and obviously when they get

top they're going to get most of the the

traffic now these are two ads or here

but this one is going to be this the

ones it's going to be on top naturally

organic alright so you can come to all

of these and

and you can just go through and make

sure they have the listings set up okay

and you can get them set up and if they

already have a listing set up then help

them with their reviews you can come in

here and go plumbing okay so let's let's

type in plumbing ok so here's here's

here's one that doesn't really have a

whole lot of reviews here you can help

them get set up with reviews

here's one on this business okay bravado

plumbing they're not even listed you can

cut you could reach out to them say hey

I'm gonna charge you but you're we're

gonna help you get set up into Google

essential plumbing another one on this

business you help them set up all right

it's one of the easiest ways to do this

you can do this in your area you don't

here's another one I mean these there's

a ton of plumbers that don't have their

business set up and plumbers are busy

they're out doing their thing they don't

have time to do social media so you're

gonna be the social media expert for

them you can help them get the reviews

because if they can get more leads and

traffic for free from Google they're

going to love you and they probably pay

you even more down the road okay so

reach out to these and you can do it for

I mean you just think of all the things

in your area you know you got

restaurants you can do is for you got

plumbers dentists Realtors there's all

kinds of local businesses that you could

reach out to and say hey you're not

listed in Google's let me get you set up

you charge them for them and you know

you could just have them send you PayPal

if you don't even know you know if you

don't have a way to do that if you want

to reach out to them give them cash okay

there's just be creative with it but

make sure you let them know that hey if

you don't get your business set up

Google is gonna take it out and shut you

down you're gonna miss out on all this

free trap you're gonna miss out all

these free leads and that's potentially

gonna be more money in their pocket okay

so it's gonna be easy for them to go out

and spend the money on this that's all

you have to do reach out to these

businesses tell them hey we need to get

you listed and you're gonna start making

money you don't even need to have a

website you don't need to be an expert

just get them listed they'll start

paying you if you want to get some
