starting from scratch so if you have a
coaching business and you're just
and trying to figure out what to do and
you're trying to you're thinking
yourself you don't tell her what if what
if you had to start over what would you
do the first thing you want to do is
before you absolutely do anything like
if you're one ready to start a coaching
business or if you're ready to start a
business online first thing you gotta do
is start to build up your distribution
channel you have to start finding a way
to generate traffic this is way before
you start start doing graphics and logos
and websites and and all of that stuff
that's really not that important like
all of the logos and then in your your
website at all secondary stuff
generating traffic to that website is
the most important thing so you know if
you have a website and you're the best
coaching program in the entire world but
nobody sees it or nobody gets to that
point to see it you're just going to be
out there in no man's land okay you have
to get people in front of your offers
you have to get people to look at your
offers so the first thing you do if
you're just getting started and you're
starting from scratch is is get on one
of the distribution channels I'm talking
about youtube or Instagram or Twitter or
Facebook okay and you want to start
building up your distribution network I
like to recommend you tube like this
because it allows people to see you
allows people to hear what your message
is and there is also a link in the
description that people can link on
click on and go to your website twitter
is also going to be good because you
link out to it the one thing some of
certain things I'm not really a big fan
of I don't necessarily think that
there's any wrong with them but things
like like podcasting like you know
people listen to it but then do they go
home and type in your email your your
website or go look you up I know the
podcasting is for branding all that but
I like when people are surfing around to
be able to click on a link and go to a
website or sales page or webinar things
like that so first thing you want to do
is get yourself a distribution channel
going you have to have traffic going you
know because when you first get started
you don't have a lot of money so you can
put money dad
right so you can't you have to do a lot
of legwork let's do a lot of grunt work
a lot of just grinding it out do a lot
of stuff that you're going to be
creating videos or your facebook posts
and nobody's going to be going to it but
eventually over time these things start
to multiply you don't think like
blogging blogging has always been really
good from the start if you'd like to
write that's great you know some people
don't like to write I don't know if I'm
a big writer so you know videos from me
or good I don't know that I like to
write blog posts okay so you got to
figure out what your what your talents
are to start your distribution channel
you just got to get traffic flowing to
your message wherever that is okay
blogging is going to be great YouTube's
video is going to be great because
people can click out on them facebook is
going to be great because people can
click on links Instagram is going to be
okay because they give you one link in
the d biol you know if you do a face if
you're doing Instagram and you build it
up then you can you can put up an image
saying hey click on my link in my bio to
go and get some free you know get a free
report or some free information okay so
Instagram could be good snapchat I'm not
a big fan of because again there's
nowhere to really click on a link inside
snapchat i think it's it's good for i
don't really think it's good for really
branding I think it's just good for
people to just want to have fun and do
that but if you're a business yourself
you want to be able to get people to
click on a link go to your website
because if they're not going website and
that's in your message then what's the
point okay so first thing is getting
your distribution channel up and running
quickly if you want to get some
