YouTube how do you make money on YouTube
without actually creating any videos for
yourself I'm gonna actually show you in
this video how to do it a couple of
websites so you can go to and how you
can get up and running quickly with
YouTube we're gonna do it right here on
this video alright so making money
but people stress about creating videos
and I get it I understand creating
videos can be hard you don't maybe don't
want to get a friend camera but you want
to be able to create a channel you want
to give videos up I've done a video a
couple videos on this in the past and
people just got confused on the whole
process so I wanted to kind of break it
down even more for you right here so you
really get an idea of what I'm talking
about
first of all let's look at a very
popular website I'm sorry a very popular
channel on YouTube so you get an idea of
what I'm really talking about here so if
we go to pop fitness our PopSugar
fitness on YouTube it has 2.8 million
subscribers okay there's 2.8 million
subscribers all they're doing is you're
creating these these really quick I mean
look at 32 minutes here there's 7
minutes really quick really you know
video just really quick fitness videos
that's all they're doing ok they're
creating these short videos now they're
making money on a couple different ways
they're making money on the ads that
come on the videos they're also making
money with the merchandise that they're
selling that's based on their brand and
they're also making money with affiliate
offers that they send people off YouTube
and on to affiliate offers a couple
different things they have you know
supplements they'll have fitness
equipment they're gonna sell so they're
gonna there's a couple different ways
that really making money and this is how
you're gonna really create your YouTube
channel is you're gonna be able to
eventually when you get to a point where
you have thousand subscribers you can
run ads and make money but affiliate
sales is where you really need to focus
all your energy on YouTube and make it
some sales there let me look at some
stats here this is social blade you can
go to social blade and you to look up
any channel that you want but if we look
at this they've had 10 million views
over the last 30 days
ok the average around
three hundred forty thousand daily views
that's huge think about that that's like
three hundred forty thousand people that
are watching these videos almost on a
daily basis okay that's huge amounts of
audience they're gaining like 3,000
subscribers day it's just it's a big
channel it's very good the reason why
it's because it's in the fitness niche
okay fitness niche is huge and it's
always gonna grow so if you're looking
to make money in on YouTube I would
highly suggest you get into the fitness
niche and I'll show you how do you how
do we create the videos for that but
just understand this you know that like
right now they're doing like 10 million
views I mean they started off couple
years ago with I don't know four million
views but prior to that they were only
doing you know maybe a couple hundred
thousand so eventually what happens is
this starts to grow and grow and grow
you can see that it eventually it's just
starts to keep accumulate with traffic
okay so just understand that you know in
the first couple weeks it's not going to
take off like this it's gonna take a
time to build up your channel and grow
from that so what you want to do this is
first of all we got to get videos to use
okay and if you go to Fiverr there's a
lot of good videos in here and if you go
to fitness videos alright so there's
gonna be a lot of like right here a
thousand fitness exercise videos
all right so the here's a thousand
exercise videos that means you could
theoretically create a thousand videos
and upload them to your channel now here
is where people got confused on this I
wanted to kind of clarify this because
you would get this you would download
these videos okay you download this
package right here and then you have the
actual files and you would upload them
what I want people to understand is if
you could if you can take these files
and just add a couple of things to make
it a little bit more unique so it's to
you then you'll be ok with this ok it's
not that hard to do you can use any type
of program like a video program that's
on your computer to do this what you
want to do is this is you take these
videos ok so you can go to like a
thousand fitness videos right all these
are is just it's the same video that
this channel is making ok you're just
gonna take these same videos and you're
gonna upload them you're gonna call
yourself
I don't know call it whatever sugar
fitness okay or whatever fitness channel
you want to make you create that channel
so you get the videos right here alright
you download these to your computer you
upload you expand the zip file to your
computer and then you find your favorite
video editing software and you want to
use a program there's tube arsenal okay
so to bar someone right here what this
does you can do an intro and an outro to
your videos I know like my video you see
the intro and the outro I've gotten
these from tube arsenal and all it is is
you can get a simple outro for these
videos in an intro to your videos and
what do you do is when you do this you
make your videos unique to you and so
when you upload them to YouTube they're
they're they're unique to your channel
because you'll brand your intro and
outro to your channel so if you have
some type of channel that that you have
you can brand it on your outro so you
can use this tube Arsenal website to
create your intro and outro and there's
all kinds of different things to do it
and it's it's crazy easy to do this ok
so don't think like you have to have any
editing skills you just come in here and
they're gonna ask you a couple questions
and like all of this is pretty much done
you just got to change out D
I mean you just change out the text
right here I think it's like this text
right here you can change and put
something here you can put your your
website right here if you have one you
can change out subscribe
all of these these text right here for
the outro you change it you hit submit
and that's created for you okay so it's
super simple now what you're gonna do is
you're gonna have an intro and an outro
you'll have two files you just put these
on the end of the videos from Fiverr you
just put them on the end okay so one
video boom intro outro there's your
video upload it to youtube and then what
you could do is you could create the
next video that could go out the next
day and you just continually add these
to the next day and you continue you
could just schedule these videos to go
out daily so you could schedule in the
next 30 40 60 days of videos that go out
that way every day you have it
consistently new videos coming on to
your YouTube channel but you just lump
these together okay with with your intro
and outro and you put those up you can
use if you have a Mac there's like the
Windows program it's super easy just
lump these together I think Windows has
a Windows Movie Maker that you can use
to lump these together and then when you
lump these together then you export that
video and now it's unique to you it's
simpler and it's easy that's what people
before we're getting confused because
they were just taking these files they
were uploading them and they weren't
sure what was going on with them because
I think YouTube might have been bumping
them out or they were letting them
upload them so if you make it unique to
you with your intro and outro you're
gonna have a really cool video so now
what you do is you got to figure out how
to market yourself as soon as you create
a video and you upload to your YouTube
channel you want to be able to mark it
you know a health and fitness offer
right if somebody's coming there and
you're there looking at the fitness
videos and they're there getting fit
well then they want to get some you know
get some maybe they want to get some
supplements okay so here's a CPA offer

the bottom of the description in your
videos of your channel okay so if people
would come here so if they come in and
watch

supplements and now what it is is the
offer that you have created is matches
up with the videos that are on your
channel and just imagine if you were
doing if your channel you know within
the next couple months or whatever is
doing half this I mean if you were doing
380 mm views a day you're gonna get so
many people clicking on to come to an
offer like this and you would be making
crazy amounts of money with that okay
but first you just got to build up your
channel with the videos okay so that's
this is how you don't have to make any
videos you just get them from Fiverr get
your intro outro done now once you get
your intro outro you can do it one time
like you only do it one time and you can
make thousand videos with just this
outro same outro same intro but you're
just gonna lump them to these videos and
then you're good to go and then you can
upload them to to youtube ok and there's
also I think there's some more like

videos so there's an endless amount of
videos that you can use from Fiverr and
you don't have to spend a whole lot of
money to get them you can get all the
videos set up and you can upload them to
your YouTube channel and you can have
great looking videos your channel will
start to grow and people will start to
click on your link going to your
affiliate offers and your making money
so there you go that's all you got to do
now go out there take action on it and
