hey what is up this is Tyler Pratt with
Tyler Pratt comm today this video I want
to talk to you about affiliate marketing
now if you're not familiar with ciliate
marketing is where you promote other
people's products and you get paid a
percentage of it it's one of the easiest
ways to jump online and start to
generate income right away if you don't
gonna service yourself affiliate
marketing is going to be the best way to
do that now what are the best affiliate
marketing programs out there well you
know you could argue all day long about
who's this who's that but the end of the
day the best affiliate marketing
programs or authors are going to be the
ones that pay you the most that's going
to be number one thing so somebody is
has an offer that that is only going to
pay you like 10% or 15% they're not
paying you the most and they're not
looking and they're not thinking long
term they don't have a very good
strategy
now the people that have programs where
they pay you 100 percent and 75 percent
maybe you know 80% those are the people
that are dialed in they understand
exactly what it is they're trying to
achieve with their business and they're
going to pay you the most because
they're going to get a customer from
that now affiliate marketing is not a
very long-term game okay it's a it's
something you can get into right now you
get started with it you can earn some
income but long term you don't really
want to think of affiliate market is
going to be your core business because
you're when you send traffic to an
affiliate marketing program and somebody
buys the program or buys the product or
service you're giving that buyer to that
company or that person okay now they
have control of that buyer and they can
do whatever they want with it an example
of this is going to be Amazon you know
Amazon if you put a product up on Amazon
they're going to pay you 60% of the
profit that you make on that product
they're going to keep 30% but they now
have a customer you don't have control
of that customer they can take that
customer they can offer all kinds of
crazy products to them and they can make
tons more money with the customers that
you brought in to them okay that's one
of you understand when you add your own
product and your own service you control
the customer you control the list you
control the people that you
able to promote other products too okay
so but that's not to say that you can't
always promote products but the one
thing is is when you're promoting
affiliate products make sure they're
good because if you have a list and
you're sending products to your list and
they go there and they buy it if it's
crap
they're not going to be very good
customers for you and your own products
or services or they're not going to be a
very good person on your list and
unsubscribing
because they aren't happy with the way
that you sent them to this product okay
so make sure that if you're sending
people to an affiliate offer and if you
have a list that you're growing you want
to make sure that offer is good you want
to make sure that offer is something's
going to give them value kind of going
to help them succeed all right so you
got to make sure that you check out the
product if you can get ahold of the
product owner asked them for a review
copy of it maybe a you know way to get
it a membership area so you can see it
so then you can send that out to your
list and you can talk about the product
and they'll give away the you know don't
give it away to your list that'd be dumb
but you want to make sure you you said
you know you you obviously create you
look at the product and then you see if
it's good and you see if it's if it's
going to be some of that you want to
promote to your list so when you have an
affiliate offer the first thing I mean
find an affiliate offer is really easy
you go to places like offer vault comm
you can go to you know Amazon kind of
products you can go to JV zoo you go to
warrior plus places like that they're
going to give you majority of the
profits going to give you like a hundred
percent there's going to be individual
people that have products and services
and like I said if they're only giving
you like ten or fifteen percent don't
promote that product because they're not
really interested in you know the long
term but they don't really understand
what they're doing with their product
they don't understand that getting that
customer is the hardest part and if you
can attract customers to your business
through JV partners it's one of the best
ways to attract new people but think
about it when you go out and you you
find your products you find your offer
that you want to send traffic to what's
the next thing that you need you need
traffic and there's a couple different
ways you can do that you can go to
Facebook but you got to be careful of
Facebook because you don't want to send
traffic directly from Facebook to an
affiliate offer they'll end up closing
your account down
pretty quickly because they don't you
know that's not what they're doing with
their platform their ad platform they
don't like people to send to affiliate
offers it just it's too spammy they
don't want to you know they don't want
to piss off their their customer base
which is people that use Facebook okay
so it's important that you understand
that the next thing you do is you can
build a list so you can build a list off
Facebook so you can give away a free
report you can generate leads that way
you just got to be careful with that
because that's coming that can be
expensive if you're going to send people
to a lead capture page and you're only
collected leaves you got to make sure
you're able to generate income on that
off those leads you want to try to
recoup that advertising dollars if
you're sending to an affiliate offer
that pays out really well like hundred
dollars then it's easy to you know do ad
send them to your opt-in form and then
we direct them to a higher-paying offer
but if you're only trying to sell $7
offers or you know 27 our ebooks it's
going to be tough to run ads through
Facebook you can try a solo ad I used to
like solo ads in the day I'm not a big
fan of solo ads now you might be able to
find a way to generate some income but I
feel like solo ads are just so beat down
for people that are emailing a list over
and over and over again that you know
somebody gets onto your list all you
know they're just getting hammered away
with offers okay so I'm not a big fan of
solo ads anymore I think that Facebook
if you do it right if you're able to
generate get leads from Facebook onto
your list
that's a way to generate tons of income
and you can do it with affiliate
marketing but you got to make sure it's
it's with offers that are big enough
that are paid out enough because you
need to be able to recoup that money
back in so you can run more advertising
okay so those are gonna be the best
programs that I think that will work
best for you for affiliate marketing all
you can do is go find one final it's
going to pay well and then start running
traffic to it it's a that's really the
